Bank is insisting to bring the Mortgauge NOC from CIDCO on their name, CIDCO Estate Officer, Nerul office, Mr.Joshi is not issuing the NOC, the reason that they do not...

RESERVATION HAVE DELETED IN VASAI AREA ,FROM MANTRALAY GR HAVE PUBLISH IN 2007, FROM TAT TIME I M ASKING IN PAPER HOW THEY HAVE DELETED PUBLIC LAYOUT GARDEN PLOT AND THAT ALSO IN 7/12 GARDEN HOW MANTRALAY AND CIDCO HAVE MANAGED IN THIS CASAS THAT MEANS ALL THING'S HAPPEN FROM MANTRALAY DEPARTMENT ONLY ......I HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES TO CIDCO,MANTRALAY,NAGAR-RACHNA,NAGAR-PALLIKA,T.I.L.R,D.I.L.R, AND TO ASHOK CHAVAN CHIEF MINISTER MUMBAI.

IN RIGHT 2 INFORMATION I HAVE ASK MANY TIMES BUT NO PAPER HAVE SHOWN

Would like to pay your attention on the illegal hawking near Jalvayu vihar phase -2 (oppsite daily bazar)at Sector -20, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Number of illegal Meats/vegetable shops are set at that place resulting in stink smell (not bearable). Hawkers are throwing meats parts openly in the open space. Now rainy season also come, these meats shops may spread diseases.

>It is requested to take action and de-assemble these hawkers shops immediatelty in the interest of residents living there. Kharghar is bulit as a central hub and have its own beauty and importance. But due to these illegal hawkers will damage the image of Kharghar.

we have already given the complaint along with the signature of about 37 flat owners in the society regarding the unauthorised constructions within the society premises along with the type of construction and the name of the person who has created those construction in New Panvel & Belapur CIDCO office and

the O.C is dated on 18/02/2010 also the remainder O.C is dated 20/04/2010 ,29/4/2010,3/5/2010 and the online complaint has also been made on the feedback form of CIDCO website

but still no reply given or action has been taken by the authorities. Hence I request you to reply to us on the matter as quickly as possible the the members are becoming restless .



so we request you to do the needful as quickly as possible on such unauthorised constructions with in the society premises.

Dear Sir

I stay in kharghar. CIDCO has building sewage treatment plant in sector-16 empty land (Behind spaghetti complex, Speghetti complex is the one of the big residential complex in kharghar). CIDCO has kept this land initially for garden purpose during selling the flats of spaghetti complex. I am not opposing this project but i feel that such type of project CIDCO should built little far from residential colony.

I request u do some help.

Dear Sir

I applied for allottment of Flat under DRS 1987 through
Application -Cum -Receipt no 012044 for RS 5000
dated[protected]
As i was transffered to Bangalore and I could not receive
allotment letter in time I lost the chance to have a flat in Mumbai forever.
As I am Retired and there is no chance returning to Mumbai
I have no alternative but to ask refund ofRs 5000 along with interest if any.

I sent a Regd Letter on 1st March 2005 along with

1)Original Application -Cum _Receipt 012044 dated[protected]
2)Original Proforma for With Drawal duly filled-in

p.s As i felt & experienced by now - Sending Regd letter , e-Mail to aggrieving party is of no use.
Hence as a last option i am complaining to Indian consumer complaints Forum

Please refer my previous letter dated 11.09.2008 for taking over the possession of the above said Apartment.

I have been allotted a Flat B-NL-SW2-49-203 AT SEAWOOD ESTATE PHASE II PART-I IN SECTOR-54, 56 & 58 at Nerul by Cidco Ltd. I have paid total amount for the apartment along with miscellaneous charges on[protected] on the promise by Cidco Ltd that the apartment will be handed over within 3 weeks after deposit of the balance installment and other miscellaneous payments vide Cidco letter CIDCO/MM- I SWE/ PH 2 (PART-I) / 08 Dated[protected].
Inspite of my request letters dated 11.09.2008 and 19.12.2008 to hand over the apartment no action was taken by Cidco Ltd. Cidco Ltd needs to hand over the possession immediatetely and pay interest for the delay in possession on full value.
