we have already given the complaint along with the signature of about 37 flat owners in the society regarding the unauthorised constructions within the society premises along with the type of construction and the name of the person who has created those construction in New Panvel & Belapur CIDCO office and

the O.C is dated on 18/02/2010 also the remainder O.C is dated 20/04/2010 ,29/4/2010,3/5/2010 and the online complaint has also been made on the feedback form of CIDCO website

but still no reply given or action has been taken by the authorities. Hence I request you to reply to us on the matter as quickly as possible the the members are becoming restless .



so we request you to do the needful as quickly as possible on such unauthorised constructions with in the society premises.

unauthorised extensions should not be allowed.
Row house owners initially take "Occupancy Certificate" from CIDCO officials, after their inspection. Soon after a few days the original wall wall is demolised and walls are constructed in the extended area.

    Dear Sir

    I stay in kharghar. CIDCO has building sewage treatment plant in sector-16 empty land (Behind spaghetti complex, Speghetti complex is the one of the big residential complex in kharghar). CIDCO has kept this land initially for garden purpose during selling the flats of spaghetti complex. I am not opposing this project but i feel that such type of project CIDCO should built little far from residential colony.

    I request u do some help.

    I agree that Sewagw treatment plant should be shift other than residential place .

      Dear Sir

      I applied for allottment of Flat under DRS 1987 through
      Application -Cum -Receipt no 012044 for RS 5000
      dated[protected]
      As i was transffered to Bangalore and I could not receive
      allotment letter in time I lost the chance to have a flat in Mumbai forever.
      As I am Retired and there is no chance returning to Mumbai
      I have no alternative but to ask refund ofRs 5000 along with interest if any.

      I sent a Regd Letter on 1st March 2005 along with

      1)Original Application -Cum _Receipt 012044 dated[protected]
      2)Original Proforma for With Drawal duly filled-in
      to

      Unfortunately the said regd letter was returned undelivered

        Please refer my previous letter dated 11.09.2008 for taking over the possession of the above said Apartment.

        I have been allotted a Flat B-NL-SW2-49-203 AT SEAWOOD ESTATE PHASE II PART-I IN SECTOR-54, 56 & 58 at Nerul by Cidco Ltd. I have paid total amount for the apartment along with miscellaneous charges on[protected] on the promise by Cidco Ltd that the apartment will be handed over within 3 weeks after deposit of the balance installment and other miscellaneous payments vide Cidco letter CIDCO/MM- I SWE/ PH 2 (PART-I) / 08 Dated[protected].
        Inspite of my request letters dated 11.09.2008 and 19.12.2008 to hand over the apartment no action was taken by Cidco Ltd. Cidco Ltd needs to hand over the possession immediatetely and pay interest for the delay in possession on full value.

        Growth Dengue & Malaria Disease in Vashi Sector No.15, B-3 Type Compound, Suffering from Sanitary water blockage and over flows sweage water block cause health problems, Growth of Insects & Diseases like as Malaria & Dengue mosquitoes in the Compound of B-3 type Association, Bldg no.13-20. Serious action has to taken by Municipal Corparation of Navi Mumbai-Vashi as well as Building Association Members but still no Action taken still. As the children & member facing these problem. Hope Comments would take serious action
