I am winner in Mass housing scheme 2019 (sec 34 taloja, plat 6) but due to covid pandemic i am unable to paid or accept this tenement. Further, I want to surrender my tenement but cidco nivara kendra executives said that EMD AMOUNT RS. 25000 NOT REFUND.

Kindly help me asap and refund my amount asap bcoz i need it most.

    On 19-Apr-2021, I paid Rs. 80 using my Debit card on CIDCO online website for water charges payment and the Consumer no. is[protected]. The amount was deducted from my bank, however the payment is not shown on CIDCO website, 404 page error was displayed. Please refund or apply that payment properly and notify me.

      Rajendra Bandal residance of B-306, Anmol Plaza CHS, Plot-7, Sector-8, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 410210, hereby complaining that drainage line of our building is chocking up due to CIDCO line is not clear. Since three weeks continuously we are following up the matter to clear the same. Due to this we residence of the building facing lots of problem in covid19 pandemic. We have submitted two written complaint letters in kharghar cidco office however no concrete solutions has made by the authority.
      We residence of the Anmol Plaza society is requesting to attend the complaint on top priority, please.

          Sub : Breach of contract by the owner of Flat B 303 Mr Ahmar Zaman – relating to leakage repair work executed in my flat B 403 Master Bedroom & Master Bedroom Toilet from 11th February, now left incomplete/ faulty and denying compensation.
          ________________________________________________________________________________...

          I, Geeta Srikanth Chari owner of B 403, Neelkanth Residency CHS, Plot No 109, Sector 18. Ulwe have been suffering regularly due to leakage issue happening in the downstairs flat i.e B 303 member from year 2018 till date.

          I would like to bring to your notice that earlier in April 2018, the earlier Owner - Mr Ragunath Iyengar many a times executed leakage repair work in my flat B 403 master bed room toilet as there was leakage in their ceiling. They had conducted various trial and errors in my master bed room toilet to find out the cause of leakage by getting plumbers, civil contractors and experts regularly at any time, without prior intimation even after 9:30 pm, which we cooperated fully. Various repairs were done to my master bed room toilet ie by applying chemical to the corners, not using the toilet for few days. Later on an expert was called by Mr. Ragunath Iyengar to ascertain the actual reason of leakage and it was found to be leakage from master bed room toilet internal pipe (fitted by builder) which was broken and it need to be replaced. Ie entire master bed room toilet tiles was uprooted and repair was done for nearly 10 days (actually told it would take 4 days )– contractor vanished mid-way due to payment issues, my master bed room toilet was uprooted and I had suffered terribly as I am in initial stage of arthritis, the work was left incomplete at times, I had tough time coordinating with Mr. Iyengar for fixing my master bed room toilet and tiles. Ie entire master bed room toilet tiles and western toilet was to be removed & new tiles had to be fixed both in Toilet & master bedroom. I had suffered more than a week due to non -availability of western toilet as I was/am initial stage of arthritis undergoing treatment. From the beginning of year 2018, My flat had become an experimental laboratory and I and my family members had faced mental trauma and my health was affected worse.
          Now Again, there was repeated leakage in the beginning of this year /month January 2021 as informed by new owner of flat B 303 Mr Ahmar Zaman. He called local plumber to my flat and Plumber suggested leakage was from the tap, so my brass tap was replaced with a plastic one. Experiment in my flat started again even after major leakage work was already done in 2018 and the leakage continued.
          Then, Mr Ahmar Zaman called for so called PIDILITE Expert – Mr Rakesh Sharma of My Design.He inspected my flat B 403 wherein I also informed him that there is internal leakage from top floor i.e B 503, B 603 flats even and to ascertain the actual root cause of the leakage. Visual inspection and thermal imaging was done, to find out the root cause of the leakage in the ceiling on 14th January 2021.On 19th January 2021, Mr Ahmar Zaman called me saying that the contractor Mr Rakesh sharma after checking thermal imaging test report had suggested that the entire master bed room as well as master bathroom tiles of my flat B 403 need to be uprooted, actual repair reason was given in unsigned letter from contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma (attached herewith) and I need to bear 50% expenses and it will take 15 days to complete the repair work .During the call, I explained my financial loss of income as my husband had lost his job in this covid, As Mr Ahmar Zaman was in hurry to solve this leakage issue at the earliest as his entire interior decoration done was getting spoiled due to leakage, he mentioned he will bear all expenses and I need to co-operate and accommodate the contractor and his labour to get the leakage repair work at my flat. I have been cooperating earlier in 2018 also and agreed to cooperate fullest this time also.
          I also sent whatsapp text on 20th January, 2021 when Mr Ahmar Zaman had got his interior design done in his flat in year 2020, I had called Mr. Ahmar Zaman’s wife particularly to check the leakage which is happening from 1 and half years . It was confirmed by Mr. Ahmar Zaman’s wife that their flat B 303 don’t have leakage and got the same checked from the interior decorator. My request went to deaf ears.
          Finally, contractor Rakesh Sharma told that he will complete the entire leakage repair work within 10 days (documented and signed attached herewith). As I have severe knee problem and im diagnosed in the early stage of arthritis, I had shared my Dr’s report to Mr Ahmar Zahmar and contractor Mr Rakesh sharma . Mr Rakesh Sharma assured that the western toilet of master bed room will be least affected, I can use it daily (whatsapp message 22nd January 2021). But Master bed room toilet was uprooted for more than 12 days and I had suffered very badly. Even till today my master bed room toilet is not fixed, it is supported by white cement.(whatsaap pic available)
          Moreover pandemic was not over and our work schedule was affected (as my husband had started free lancing and consultancy recently), our children have their studies (online). Exams were starting from 27th January 2021 for my daughter, son’s exam on 10th February 2021 and 22nd February 2021 (whats app message available), where we will sleep as we have AC in our master bed room only and my aged, mother in law who is 80 + and has Diabetes & B.P and sister in law were expected in first week of February 2021, Our entire family had suffered earlier in 2018 and now again in 2021, need to suffer for no mistake of ours. During the conversation, even after being polite and cooperative, Mr Ahmar Zaman’s wife threatened me saying she will involve police or court, . I told Mr Ahmar Zaman and his wife to respect my seniority and humanity (whatsapp msg of 20th January 2021 attached). I had cancelled the visits of my aged, mother in law and sister in law due to the repair of leakage work for Mr Ahmar Zaman, on the other hand, he had invited his relatives to his place. We even had to cancel our preplanned trip on our anniversary date i.e 26th February 2021 by cooperating and being at home. (whatsapp message available)
          I also suggested and shared the mobile no of the builder’s plumber – Mr Ramesh- who had actually executed the civil and plumbing work of the entire Neelkanth society chs., and ask for second opinion. I even informed Mr Ahmar Zaman and the contractor that there is an internal leakage from the top floors i.e from 6th floor till 1st floor, to kindly check for the same before executing the repair work at my place as such repair was done earlier also in year 2018 to avoid further leakage in future too. Mr. Ahmar Zaman ignored my suggestion and gave contract to Mr Rakesh Sharma (without taking me in consideration), Mr Rakesh Sharma, Mr Ahmar Zaman, Mr Ahmar Zaman’s wife came to my flat late evening I, e after 9:00 pm, informing that the leakage repair work will get completed in 10 days and wanted my fullest cooperation, which I agreed and entrusting contract to Mr Rakesh Sharma, Mr Ahmar Zaman and his wife went out of station on 21st January 2021 . I was told about Thermal test report but actual report was not shown and even detail of the scope of work was not explained and documented (as I had already executed repair in my flat in the year 2018 flat for earlier owner Mr Raghunath Iyengar, I did not know what repair took place, so this time I wanted to know the detail repair work that will be actually done in my flat and to avoid further leakage in future too). I then coordinated with the contractor – Mr Rakesh Sharma for the thermal report and scope of work, Mr Rakesh Sharma whatsapp on January 21st at 21:58 pm which was not signed and thermal report on 22nd January 2021 at 00:15 am . On same day to be safer on my side, this time, I hired a civil contract – Mr Vrushank Suthar of Vbricks Solutions and consultancy, shared the thermal report with him . Mr Vrushank mailed on 23rd January 2021, his recommedations to me . Since I did not have MR Ahmar Zaman’s email id, I had put message on Mr Ahmar Zaman’s whatsapp, he replied on 25th January 2021 then he was not available on Whatsapp nor on calls of mine as well as contractor – Rakesh Sharma. On February 3rd, . I, Mr Vrushank, Mr Ahmar Zaman, Rakesh Sharma connected over conference call, to enable the repair work to start, completely smooth and without discrepancy. (Email enclosure attached) and Mr Ahmar Zaman told he will be back to Mumbai 0n 7th February 2021 for discusson on his arrival, and to start work in his presence.
          As per the recommendation mailed by of Mr Vrushank Suthar VBricks Solutions and consultancy and I Had suffered trauma earlier too with such leakage repair work in the year 2018 by earlier owner – Mr Ragunath Iyengar who had got his expert and uprooted my master bed room toilet and the work nearly 10 days (actually told it would take 4 days )– contractor vanished mid-way due to payment issues, my master bed room toilet was uprooted and I had suffered terribly as I am in initial stage of arithis, I had requested Mr Ahmar Zaman of flat B 303 to give me a security deposit, which he denied saying that he has given 70% advance payment to Contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma and have spent on his siblings marriage. One the basis of trust, I permitted to undertake the repair work at my flat . So as suggested by Mr Vrunshank Suthar, the scope of works was documented along with terms and conditions, which was signed by me, Mr Ahmar Zaman& Contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma (copy attached ) to avoid any discrepancy and to get the work done smoothly.
          The repair work of leakage started on 11th February 2021 by the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma Mr Ahmar Zaman’s. The same day the scope of work was documented and signed wherein it was clearly mentioned the work will get completed within 10 days (I gave 2 more days as grace on humanity ground as chemical will take time to absorb and dry further to terms and conditions) was signed by Mr Ahmar Zaman, Mr Rakesh Sharma and Myself- Mrs. Geeta Srikanth Chari. Mr Rakesh Sharma. My entire bed room things i.e 2 cot and 2 cupboards were shifted to my drawing room and the sofa set of my drawing room was kept outside my flat i.e in the common lobby on 11th February 2021(whatsapp pic available) and now the work in my flat is left incomplete/faulty.
          There is breach of contract by Mr Ahmar Zaman on the documented terms and conditions signed by me, Mr Ahmar Zaman and contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma.
          1. Mr Ahmar Flat B 303 should be present to supervise the actual repair work

          # unfortunately the work did not get over on 10th day but prolonged beyond 10 days to 24 days with many faults and losses. All such faults and losses (whatsapp pic available) happened due to non-availability, non-supervision of the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma as Mr Ahmar Zaman ( B 03) had no control over the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma.
          But it was I who used to update daily the work executed in my flat.I used to send whatsapp pic showing the status of the work executed in my flat
          There were different labourers employed by contractor – Mr Rakesh sharma and I was put at risk at this covid pandemic (evidence available)

          2. Our split A/c of master bed room was not used for more than 23-24 days and was full of dust/dirt. As per terms and condition 2. It was to be serviced by Mr Ahmar Zaman, after the completion of entire work.
          # I have got the servicing done. I have sent Mr Ahmar Zaman the whatsapp pic and sent an email as well as a whats app text to reimburse the same, but no reply till date.

          3. It is the sole responsibility of Mr Ahmar B 303 owner to incur all charges I, e from uprooting tiles until fixation of tiles
          #My master bed room tiles were uprooted from below and from sides, a chemical – Dr Fixit Crack X powder with water solution was applied then Dr Fixit PIDIFIN coat was later applied (whatsapp evidence available) and then 30 KG Reti(sand) was dumped, later on cementing and tiles were fixed. The level of flooring has increased tremendously which was well informed by me to Mr.Ahmar Zaman.
          • My master bed room toilet was also given the above treatment, 9 kg reti (sand) was dumped but the flow of water towards nani trap was faultily done(the flow of water is against the nani trap or water Outlet) and water was gliding towards the toilet door. Rectification was done again by removing the tiles and raising the level. The toilet door was unable to close so the doors of master bed room was uprooted and chopped off from below by Mr Ahmar Zaman’s contractor –Mr Rakesh sharma (whatsapp pic available), the same was informed to Mr Ahmar Zaman by me.
          • Master bed room toilet was uprooted for more than 12 days though I clearly have shared my Dr report to Mr Ahmar Zahmar and contractor Mr Rakesh sharma that im in the initial stage of arthritis, undergoing treatment. Even till today my master bed room toilet is not fixed, only white cement is applied. (whatsapp pic available)
          • The entire walls of the bedroom was spoilt from the corners, (whatsapp pic available) we voluntarily got it painted from Mr Ahmars Zaman’s contractor – Mr Rakesh sharma of my design by providing distemper and stainer, as the room had a total unpleasant look.
          Till today im facing problems in my master bed room toilet Mr Ahmar Zaman is silent now.

          4. Selection of tiles colour will be mutually decided by owners B 303 Mr Ahmar Zaman and B 403 Ms. Geeta Chari
          #The contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma selected his own colour and the tiles reached my flat on 22nd February. Since it had a unpleasant colour, I had informed Mr Ahmar Zaman above terms and condition but he remained silent. The tile shopkeeper came to check the stocks delivered at my flat wherein he mentioned that he has shop behind. I myself took the initiative to go to shop and got the colour changed and informed Mr Ahmar Zaman.But the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma had told Mr Ahmar Zaman that I have selected an expensive tile. I had taken Mr Ahmar Zaman to the tile shop and to his surprise I had selected tiles of lower rate than rovided by Mr Rakesh sharma
          Mr Rakesh Sharma had got tiles box for 380/- and I had selected tiles box for 320 (floor tiles) and 330(side tiles). Side tiles were damaged by contractors labour from below (whatsapp pic available). My good will was tampered as the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma defamed me by stating that I have exchanged the previous set of tiles with expensive tiles. I and Mr. Ahmar Zaman had been to tile shop and the truth was brought to the notice of Mr Ahmar Zaman about the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma’ intention to charge more. (evidence available) Such false action should be compensated for hampering the reputation of a lady.

          5. As repair has been already done in the flat B 403 in the year 2018, many a times in master bed room toilet ie tiles uprooting, applying chemical and then fixing the tiles. This will be last time Ms. Geeta Chari will be facilitating and cooperating,
          # But till now my work is incomplete and faulty. The schedule given by contractor Mr Rakesh sharma was by passed and was not executed as per schedule documented.

          6. Ms. Geeta Chari Owner of B 403 will cooperate to the fullest possible
          #Neither Mr Ahmar Zaman nor his contractor never ever informed about the actual work procedure that would be done in my flat and not even the timings of the arrival of his labourers to work in out flat were informed to me. Our schedule was disturbed due to this . There were different labours employed every day who used to come to my flat. I had clearly told Contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma and Mr Ahmar Zamn to keep us informed about labours timing of his arrival so that we can plan our schedule i.e going to bank, fixing of an appointment, but it went to deaf ears. Normally the labours usually used to come at 11:30 or won’t come for 3 to 4 days at a stretch (whatsapp evidence available). Mr Rakesh sharma had spoiled my reputation on 24th d February. Mr Ahmar Whatsapped me that the labour who was working yesterday for the tiles has refused to work at my place and I am not letting to work properly and despite offering increased payment does not want to work. I had called the labours who was working at my flat the previous day (audio recording available) and both the laborers clarified that I did not disturb them in any way and same was shared to Mr Ahmar Zaman, the same day. Again, contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma has tarnished my reputation.
          So I requested Ahmar Zamar for supervision and to finish off the work at the earliest but went to deaf ears, but I kept on insisting. On 1st March 2021 as Mr Ahmar Zaman was busy in his office work, disconnected our call and had asked his wife to oversee, who took the responsibility of getting the work done. The very same day Mr Ahmar Zaman’s wife and and Contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma came to our flat in the evening after 6:00 i.e. 6:30 pm, without any prior intimation (Mr Ahmar’s wife requested contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma to come, but same could be informed to me by whatsapp or by calling). The same day my husband Mr Srikanth Chari, shifted the beds, sofa, cupboard from drawing room to bed room (whatsapp pic available) My husband mentioned Mr Ahmar Zaman ‘s wifethat she can go in or get Mr Ahmar Zaman) but contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma can’t go in and can come tomorrow morning and clearly instructed contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma for supervision between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Contractor Rakesh Sharma & Mr Ahmar Zaman had come only fopr couple of days in the beginning, I was sweeping cleaning the entire house on my own though having knee problem and unwell (whatsapp pic available) against the contracted norms .Moreover we had sleepless night for more than 20 days and even we have privacy. I told Mr Ahmar Zaman’s wife there is certain protocol to be followed, if she is getting the contractor after 6:00 pm she needs to keep us informed and that the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma should visit my flat tomorrow morning(next morning) for which Mr Ahmar’s wife started, shouting, yelling & pressurizing to allow contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma inside my flat, which I denied. So Mr Ahmar Zaman’s wife left home crying.

          7. There will be full responsibility of Mr Rakesh Sharma due to execution work of tiles and water proofing.
          #The scope of work documented was by passed and was not scheduled as mentioned by the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma
          Now that the work is left incompleted/faulty, Mr Rakesh Sharma is in his home town, I am suffering . Contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma mentioned that leakage has stopped in the master bed room but the leakage has started in Mr Ahmar Zamans flat’s passage and kitchen area due to leakage from my flat indian (another toilet). Therefore contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma and Mr Ahmar Zaman wanted to do grouting in my another toilet also, which I denied since I was skeptical that the repair work in Indian another toilet which will prolong for further more days and this work should be documented and signed . I clearly mentioned the terms and condition put was only for master bed room and toilet wherein leakage repair has already executed.. I was tired of false commitments given by contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma and Mr Ahmar Zaman.

          In addition, the points in the terms and condition breached were:

          1. During the repair work, any/all damages occurred will be replaced by Mr Rakesh Sharma or by Mr. Ahmar Zaman
          #My indian(another) toilet bahroom was used by labours on 11th March 2021 they have misplaced the mixer tap handle, which was replaced after many follows up on 3rd March 2021. Till that time, we had to bath in cold water, our family suffered (whats app message available)
          My passage tiles broken on 11th February 2021 when master bed room things namely cot, cupboards were shifted to drawing room, the fixation of tiles is badly done on the passage.(Whatsapp pic attached)
          During repair work photo frame was broken by contractor labour
          Both contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma as well as Mr Ahmar Zaman have washed off their responsibility and now I am the sufferer

          2. As it is mentioned by Mr Rakesh Sharma of My Design that whole treatment will take 10 days, I had given 2 more grace days only. Beyond this from 13th day Rs 1000/- per day will be deducted from the remaining amount to be paid to Mr Rakesh Sharma and will be paid to Mrs. Geeta Chari family will be suffering tremendously due to delay in completing the work . The leakage repair work at my flat took 23-24 days.
          The repair work of Mr Ahmar Zaman started at my place from 11th February and got finished (even now it is faulty and incomplete) till 5th March 2021.So Mr Ahmar was supposed to pay for 11 days i.e 11, 000/- as compensation as per this terms and condition documented and signed by me, Mr Ahmar Zaman and Mr Rakesh Sharma which is still pending.

          Mr Rakesh Sharma took nearly 23-24 days and therefore Mr Ahmar Zaman is supposed to adhere to the terms and condition put forth.We had sufferered tremendously undergoing sleepless nights in the scourge of mosquitoes, both children exam, my health issues and my work schedule affected.

          3. Mr Rakesh Sharma should take appropriate Covid precaution i.e wearing mask while entering B 403 Geeta Chari’sflat
          I also requested Mr Ahmar Zaman’s contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma that the covid pandemic is not over, his labour needs to take appropriate covid precautions i.e wearing mask, but it was done only for couple of days, which we informed to Mr Ahmar Zaman and Mr Rakesh Sharma, but went to deaf ears.

          4. Since machines was used, electricity from my house was used in breaking tiles, fans for drying, blowing, tile cutting and so on. Mr Ahmar Zaman was supposed to reimburse proportionately in the bill of February i.e one third of the bill as the work was to start from 11th February and get over by 20 th February 2021as documented and signed by me, Mr Ahmar Zamar and contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma but the work continued in till the first week of March 2021

          & The terms and condition was signed by me on the condition that my signature will be mandatory to get the work started and final signature will be only done after the satisfactory completion of the entire work. If it’s not satisfactory, the above sign will be null and void. It was clearly told to Mr Ahmar Zaman that the final payment to Mr Rakesh Sharma will be done on my satisfaction but now Mr Ahmar Zamar washed off his responsibility. He neither responds/to my whatsapp message, email or my call. I was informed by Mr. Rakesh Sharma that Mr Ahmar Zaman has to clear off his pending dues but Mr Ahmar Zamar is not picking up the calls of Mr Rakesh Sharma who is out of station.            But unfortunately till today my master bed room tiles are not rectified as the water gets collected in the tiles itself and the tiles are not placed having huge gaps between them. My door since chopped off has the contractor has raised the floor level and fixed tiles. Now the door has started to break from the side.(whatsapp pic evidence available)

          • I had sent mails and whatsapp to Mr Ahmar on 2nd march 2021, 3rd march 2021, 4th march 2021, 5th march 2021, 6th march 2021, 9th march 2021, 14th march 2021 for necessary faulty rectification by sending reminder 1, reminder 2 and reminder 3 on whatsapp, email and even tried calling Mr Ahmar Zaman and his wife on 14th March 2021 evening

          • *All the members of the society had visited my flat and seen the way me and my family were cooperating and suffering since 11th February 2021 till 5th March 2021 and then later on .
          • Mr samadhan, a Police Person also the member of the society had seen our situation right from 11th February 2021 and I had discussed the entire matter of faulty tile work in master bedroom toilet, which is now unattended by Mr Ahmar Zaman of flat B 303. Samadhanji appreciated our cooperation and also mentioned me to personally visit to flat B 303 Mr Ahmar Zaman’s and get the faulty tile work in master bedroom toilet corrected. He further told me to send an email to Neelkanth Residency committee Member informing the hapenings, therefore I sent mail accordingly on the 18th March 2021 to Neelkanth Residency Committee member
          • So on 18th March 2021, I had been to Mr Ahmar Zaman flat . I presume that it is Mr Ahmar’s parents and his sister (pregnant) was available in his flat. Mr Ahmar Zaman’s sister was staying earlier also when the leakage repair work was on and was aware of all the happenings relating to leakage repair in my flat as we had met earlier too. I enquired about Mr Ahmar Zaman to them wherein they told Mr Ahmar Zaman has left for his home town and will be back after holi. I explained them the fact that the faulty tile work done and my doors has been damaged in master bedroom toilet and told them that on humanity ground Mr Ahmar Zaman should have reverted/responded to my whatsapp message/email or call back as we are suffering till today. Ahmar Zaman’s sister started shouting at us and mentioned me to go for legal / police complaint. (evidence available)
          • Mr Ahmar Zaman called me on 18th March 2021 at 19:11 pm mentioned that his parents are at home, I should not go to his flat and further suggested I did not cooperate with him even after undergoing trauma for 23-24 days (till today), my son had to appear for this online exam with huge sound at my flat, my daughter attending her MBA classes and her exam, daughter had developed rashes in her feet due to cement and mud in the entire flat, my health affected and fell sick, my husband work affected as I he had to do his calling and work from home, my work suffered, we had sleepless night since the bed was shifted to drawing room, scourge of mosquitoes. Now Mr Ahmar Zaman is washing off his responsibility by false allegation mentioning that I did not cooperate and my husband had yelled at his wife, came crying down*, he won’t be paying for anything and insisted me to go to police/ take legal action and has no time to listen to me ( Audio recording available of 18th March 2021 at 19:11 pm)
          • * Mr Ahmar Zaman was not present during the conversation on 1st March 2021, just on the basis of his wife’s false statement, he can’t put the blame on my husband, thereby spoiling my husband’s reputation
          • I could get hold of the contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma mobile on 30th March 2021, who told he is our of station i.e in UP and mentioned that Mr. Ahmar Zaman is neither picking up his calls nor calling him back(Audio recording available). Contractor Mr Rakesh sharma was the evidence of the situation, his clarification is available (audio recording available of 30th March 2021)
          • Same day i.e 18th March 2021, I had approached local police with the signed terms and condition documentation for necessary action. Police person also told me to report to CIDCO
          It’s more than 56 days that my master bed room work is left incomplete/ faulty and Mr Ahmar Zaman, putting the blame on my husband now has washed off his responsibility in getting faulty/incomplete work done at my flat. He is acting smart by remaining silent, not picking up my calls, not responding to my mails, whatsapp etc. . I have left with no option but to raise a complaint against Mr. Ahmar Zaman flat no B 303 for breach of contract, our reputation getting hampered by him as well as his contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma and failing to adhere to the terms and conditions which was documented, signed by me, Mr Ahmar Zaman and the contractor Mr. Rakesh Sharma.

          After all the mental trauma to me and my family cooperating for more 23-24 days, our time and efforts were put in vain as after executing leakage repair work at my flat, Mr Ahmar Zaman has taken us for granted by not responding further, Now, I want Mr Ahmar Zaman to rectify my master bed room toilet tiles, the master bed room door has to be replaced, reimburse my Electricity bill amount, reimburse A/c servicing done, photo frame has to be refixed, passage tiles to be fixed properly, compensation for spoiling my reputation and my husband’s goodwill and pay penalty/ compensation from 11th March till date as Mr Ahmar Zaman has breached the contract documented terms and conditions, signed by me, Mr Ahmar Zaman and contractor Mr Rakesh Sharma.

          Request the Concerned authorities to look into the matter & Take appropriate action

            I do kot know how CIDCO is managing ULWE node. Basic amenities are being managed properly.

                Taloja phase 1 sector 7 lake is not cleaned from a time ago. It is now very smelly, and it is full of thrash, tree and small grasses hav been grown up in the lake and beside the lake which has become the home of snake and mosquito which and many other insects and some of the people have tied a cow in the lake premises. Please the develope and construct the lake also keep some restrictions in the lake because local vilage people go there and have drinks and creats lost of problem.

                        I observed that since the last few months our Water meter is running faster then usual but our water usage hasn't increased, infact we were away from our home for a month as we have gone to our native place but despite that we receive a huge bill.

                                        we r the residents of Road no2, at Sector-12 (CIDCO) New Panvel (E), Navi Mumbai– 410206.In-spite of my several complaints to CIDCO officials at executive engineer, cidcoSewage, public health department New Panvel no action has been taken. So, at the end I have been compelled to complain with your good self against the over flowing choking of public sewage chambers of Road no2. It has illegally CONSTRUCTED the ramp on the public sewage chamber of CIDCO, thus causing the frequent overflowing, choking the other chambers. spillages of sewage water on road, causing health of other residents, community in danger.
                                        Therefore, it is requested that please take urgent action in this pandemic situation for securing public health safety...
