Dear Sir,
I have raised a complaint about Illegal construction on 01/02/2021 & Reminder on 12/08/2021 at Cidco offices Kharghar, Cidco Offices Belapur, Panvel Corporation, Police station, etc. and said illegal construction is at- Mehek Society, Plot No.-A-17, Sector-12, Kharghar, Taluka-Panvel, District-Raigad, (Navi Mumbai)-410210. its more than 7 months but still not get relief as per laws & GR & Notification orders etc.
illegal construction (Not as per sanction Plan) is-
1) Parking Shed (it's highly Risky in emergency for fire brigade issues)
2) Security Guard Cabin

    Water supply problem in Ulwe

    I am resident o[censored]lwe Sector 21 Plot 57 and have been dealing water supply shortage problem since almost 6-7 months. The water supply is so slow and less that the residents get hardly one hour supply in their houses. It's difficult to manage household, cleanliness and basic needs due to this. Several complaints made to CIDCO office but no action taken. Ulwe has been dealing with Water supply shortage from a long long time now and it's necessary...

    सेक्टर 37 तळोजाला पाणी नाही, ताब्यात घेतल्यानंतर 2 महिन्यांनंतरही, सिडको ही कल्पना देत नाही की ही पाणी समस्या कधी सुटेल. सदस्यांना ताबा देण्यापूर्वी सिडकोने या सर्व समस्या सोडवायला हव्या होत्या.
    आमच्या कुटुंबासाठी टँकरचे पाणी सुरक्षित नाही म्हणून कृपया आमच्या पाण्याची समस्या लवकरात लवकर सोडवा.
    घर ताब्यात मिळायला आधीच उशीर झाला आहे.
    पाण्याची सोय नसल्यामुळे रहिवाशी कुटुंबासह तिथे राहायला जाऊ शकत नाही. तिथे राहायला गेल्यानंतर काही दिवसांनी परत पाण्याचा problem चालू झाला तर कुटुंबाला कुठे न्यायचं?
    आमची पाण्याची तात्पुरती सोय न करता कायम स्वरूपी सोय करावी ही विनंती आहे.

      After paying so high taxes, we the people of Kharghar are not getting enough water supply. Sai Sumukha, near Ganesh Mandir, Sector 35 I, Kharghar, we use to get 32-36 units of water supply daily but now from last one year we are receiving very low units which is not sufficient to meet the daily requirements.

      It's my humble request, please look into this matter and give us our basic necessity water.

      I hope someone from cidco team reads this and acknowledge our issues.

          Dear sir

          Sorry to say that CIDCO name we have in our mind that it is the finest development in Nvai Mumbai.

          But after getting the possession at taloja sector-37, now i have change the mind that CICDO also doing what private builders is doing.

          1. Leakge at every floor
          2. No watter connection
          3. No proper response at all
          4. Lifts are not working
          5. Tiles are not proper.

          Please CIDCO look after that so a common man can blindly faith on you.

          This is very pathetic condition.

            I am winner of CIDCO MASS Housing Scheme 2018.

            Got possession on 02/08/21 but there is no water supply at Sector-37, Taloja Node

            As few of winners resided there and facing lots of issue due to water.

            Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

              Cidco gave a possession on 3rd august 2021 and promised that u can leave from today onwards but today now 1st sept 2021 there is no water supply in flats ...cidco only gives houses but not water what it means
              so please do needful actions on it

                      On 27/08/21 I have done payment through RTGS for cidco lottery .I have paid 2 lakh 50 thousand and 2 hundred and 80rupees but till today I don't get any payment received message from cidco, I have checked my cidco account there also payment not received message is coming., I have called so many times in cidco no proper response I had get, the last day of submision of money is 7 . atleast I have asked about is money cidco has received give me that assurance that also they all are not telling please do the needful

                        My customer id is 90102922 my name is vasram narsi patel.
                        I already paid for apr-may2021 bill period
                        But it shows balance in new bill june- july2021
                        Pls update it due date is near.
                        I dont know how your bill system works.
                        I paid bill so how can it show balance.
                        I tried contacting all number not even one works. You guys dont even have email address were we can write you directly.
                        You want people to pay online so at least give good customer support
                        There is no way to contact you guys u have only phone numbers which dont even work
                        Second way is to visit cidco office then what is the meaning of online.
                        This is the main reason people prefer offine payment because problems can be solved on the spot.

                          Wtf! Is going inTaloja no water from last 5 days now we will do a morcha for water and transportation supply cidco will be responsible for this. Provide water to Taloja And Kharghar.

                              Sir/madam
                              I would like to draw your attention on the irregular supply of water in our building .There no sufficient amount of water provided to our building whereas the neighboring buildings have proper water supply. This issue of irregular water supply is going on from more than 2 years . Sometimes there is proper water supply provided but sometimes water is not at all supplied and while other times it is for very short time.
                              There were many complaint made in the CIDCO office but it was of no use. The authorities have not taken any concern steps to improve it.
                              I shall be thankful to you if our complaint is resolved in the columns of your esteemed daily.

                                    Address: P-6, building no-7, mayur apartments, new Panvel, navi mumbai.

                                    I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments croping up at CIDCO Property just below my building.
                                    Ground floor residents are extending their house to an extent out of their carpet area.
                                    Also, they have build toilets out of nowhere aside of electrical workshop of cidco.
                                    My request is to have a brief inspection for people violating without fear of that they are drawing a contribution towards illegal construction.
                                    It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and Order can be maintained in agood society developed by CIDCO.

                                      Dear CIDCO Team,

                                      This is to inform you again that we the residents of Taloja Sec 26 have been receiving very dirty water supply since 15th Aug. Please note that it is causing gastrointestinal and skin problem to kids as well as adults. Request you urgent intervention in this. The water supply is not adequate. We are getting only 1 hour water since 10 days and that too very dirty water. Request your kind attention in this regard.
