Cidco gave a possession on 3rd august 2021 and promised that u can leave from today onwards but today now 1st sept 2021 there is no water supply in flats ...cidco only gives houses but not water what it means
so please do needful actions on it...

My Self Dnyaneshwar Deokar. Currently allotted flat in cidco taloja mass housing Scheme at sector 37. Taloja Phase II. But water supply is not provided in this sector....

Since 02/10/2018 waiting for home and after lots of efforts received possession of flat in August 2021. But now realized new problem of water. Plz resolve the said issue as early as possible.

Ground floor residents are extending their house to an extent out of their carpet area.
Also, they have build toilets out of nowhere aside of electrical workshop of cidco.

There is huge sewage overflor problem going on for days in sector 4, plot no 151, karanjade .
The sewage is out on the road and is cauaing huge problems for residents here.

At the entrance of the building the condition of the road is becoming worse everyday after so many repairs. Big pot holes are there which is filled with water in the monsoon and it is becoming an accident prone area.

Kindly look into the matter of insufficient water supply to Chintamani CHS, Plot 9, Sector 21, Kharghar. Our society has been receiving extremely low amount of water for our day to day use since Aug 17, 2021.

This is to inform you again that we the citizens of sector 34B Kharghar have been facing the water shortage problem since months. In between, supply was regular for 10-15 days and again problem has stared. We are getting only 1 hour water since last 7 days. There is a water issue since March 2021 pressure is very low due to which there is a shortage of water sector 30 plot 4 to 19

Highly disappointed ...as our building Shree Shankar Heights Plot No.56, Sector 36, Kamothe is not getting cidco water regularly and we are forced to order the contaminated tanker water as there is no other option..Requesting Cidco officials to look into the water issues ...sorry but regretting big time by buying flat in this part of the area...
