My father had applied for cidco lottery in 2019 for the MASS housing scheme.
I had won the lottery but due to discepancy my application has been rejected.
I do not want the house.
I want refund of the deposit amount.

There is no proper customer care service to communicate to. Toll free number[protected] is either never available or the customer care representatives cut the call.

There are similar complaints for November 2019 lottery refund.
Please request CIDCO to initiate the refunds.

Refund for previous lotteries is not processed yet there are new lotteries emerging.
10, 000/25, 000 is a huge amount for commoners.
I hope CIDCO will solve these issues as soon as possible.

I am the resident of the above mentioned society for last 35 yrs, and this society composed of 21 buildings on plot no 18 which were built by Cidco and the flats were alloted to the residents on ownership basis by executing deed of declaration with individual owners by forming apartment ownership association, which were later converted to cooperative hsg society in the 2018 by cancelling this deed of declaration by the consent of majority of the apartment owner
The purpose of this conversion was to undergo these buildings to redevelopment which were declared as dilapidated by NMMC a planning organisation
Sir, CIDCO Town Manager service Mts 1 and Mts 3 has issued an NOC in the year 2017 for the period of 1 year (Copy attached herewith) to the said society for the re development of these buildings with 22 conditions to be fulfilled prior to start of the re development, this NOC is been extended every year till date and the existing term of this NOC will expire in April 2022
Sir, Here i will like to mention that in the recent NOC issued by CIDCO still mentions that the conditions mentioned in the NOC remains unchanged which indicates the conditions are yet to be fulfilled .
Sir, in this respect i have made many communications to the Manager town services which has issued NOC to find out if the conditions are been fulfilled but till today my mails, letters remains unanswered and when met to the concerns it is answered that the dept is not monitoring the conditions laid in the NOC .
Sir it is very surprising to learn that the authority issuing the NOC doesn't take the responsibility of monitoring the conditions mentioned in the NOC
Sir CIDCO being the lessor of this land has its primary duty to see whether the title of this land is cleared before demolishing of the buildings, sir there are many cases where the said flats in the buildings are mortgaged with bank and some financial institutions and the litigations are pending with Hon Bombay High court, Civil court
Sir I have enquired about the fulfillment of the conditions stated in the NOC but no dept nor the officer has addressed my quieres hence atleast I have to approach you with the complaint against the concerns and requesting you to give necessary directions to the concerns to strictly monitor all the conditions laid in the NOC issued for redevelopment and not to permit the further process without fulfilling the said terms

I applied for a Mortgage NOC
The status on the website says accepted but the process won’t go any further.

There is going industrial work in our residential area. Outside area acquired fully with machinery and fabrication grills. Due to these work we feel like we are staying in industrial area. there is so much noise pollution as well as this area not in clean due to these machinery. If you see attached images, There are cement machinery kept on road side for repair and footpath acquired by fabrication grills.

Kindly stop these industrial activity in residential area and let us stay in peaceful life here.

This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased a new house in Satyam17West, sector 8 Sanpada. It is alarming to see the rate at which the hutments have sprawled in the last month in the adjoining plot. We wake up to noise and a bad stench every morning. These people are misusing the entire area and created a filthy surrounding. In the current scenario of covid this is highly unacceptable. We would be obliged if you can look into the matter at the earliest.

Dear sir /mam, in sector 17 Ulwe terrible noise pollution due to fabrication work going on the premises related shop/karkhana also entire footpath and related road. It's not only fabrication work but also cement mixer trolley and industrial realated motors servicing outside the shop premises with the heavy hammer from morning to late evening
That's the reason heavy noise pollution created in the entire Residential area.because of this type of noise pollution scary disturbance in me
and my family daily home related work.and also this type of noise damage healthy lifestyle. we don't know how people allowed to this type of karkhana in residential area. It's my humble request to you do something for this as soon as possible

Few days before cidco has make the roads and after one week they excavated for gas pipe line,
After completing work even after they not clear the road from last one week,
Middle of road there is small samll stones which is high risk for bike riders,
CIDCO kindly take immediate action against.

Hi I live in Kamother sector 17 jaigurudeo complex. Today morning 29dec2021 there is an illegal butcher shop which has opened on the CIDCO empty plot in front of Radha Krishna Hotel.
Can some action be taken?

Water supply in our society has been found to be unfit for human consumption/ use by testing lab. The matter has been brought to the knowledge of builder who has failed to take any visible step to resolve the issue. We fear outbreak of cholera, dysentry and allied diseases as we are being forced to use the water.

No garbage collection since last 5 days (4 Dec 21)

Respected Sir,

I am resident of Patel Manzil, Plot no 209, Sector 19, Ulwe Node, Ulwe.

Sir there is a drainage opening that has resulted in choked up on the main road opposite to the building, all the drainage water is coming on the road and it is becoming difficult to walk on the road and it stinks, due to this it has become a breeding place for mosquitoes which will definitely lead to Malaria & Dengue to us and the resident in the vicinity.

It seems that the drainage has never been inspected and repaired, there is a huge manhole filled with bamboo, this can surely result in kids drowning.

So kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

Karanjade sec.2 plot reserve for mango garden is full of bushes and debries need to be cleared as we the residents of near by building facing at of problem of mosquito and flies in our apartments due that bushes
Pls clear that bushes and develop the garden for which it is been reserve

I submitted application for Ghansoli location and waasnt selected for lottery. I was expecting my refund on 9th nov 2021 but doesn't received my money back.
On 15th, I received message stating that I am the winner for round 2 and got taloja location which I never applied nor provided my consent for second round.

In applications I clearly selected no for reuse of money for any other location flat. Please check and refund my money as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ Ma'm,

We resident of Sonnet CHS Ltd. Situated in Kharghar, Plot No.-16, Sector 35F. Facing less water supply from since last two years. we received daily 15 to 28 units of water only and our requirement is 55 to 60 units daily.

We have done many follow-ups / Written complaints to CIDCO officials but no solutions found. No one is bothering and no one visited in our society to check and resolve our problem.

On daily basis we regular do complaint for low water supply, but why CIDCO didn't supply one tanker of water we don't know.

We request to pls look in to the matter and resolve asap. As CIDCO is the sole authority whose responsibility to provide adequate supply of water to all residents .

This is very serious issue we are facing from last year of mosquito trouble.
All people are fed up of this and now some serious cases are rising of Malaria and dengue .
Request you to please do the needful as earliest.
People are scared to go outside home even they are scared to open door after 5pm due to this.
Main solution will be do the quick action like fogging etc.

Hello, The CIDCO contractor wokring here on CIDCO plot for sewage pipeline broke the main water connection for building on Plot 121/122 and the main pipe is broken causing problems to all other buildings on plots after 121/122 which get water supply from the same pipeline.

Upon confronting the contractor said no one told him where the water pipeline was. As per my understanding before any excavation a survey needs to be done for underground pipelines and cables as this can result in a catastrophe otherwise.

This needs urgent attention as there is no water in all these buildings and more importantly all the water is going down the drain resulting in a HUGE WASTAGE OF WATER.
