Shortage of water supply in Ulwe Sector-17, Plot no. 288 to 325,
Very low pressure water supply since last 12 days. We don't have water to drink.

Dear Cidco authorities, the builder of Swastik residency sector 10B, plot 28, Ulwe NAVI Mumbai, which is a 4 storied building, had collected Rs 25000/- per flat for society formation almost over 1.5 year ago and is still not handing over the society. He has been giving lame reasons and not answering calls even. Also all residents have paid maintenance and he has not paid water bills which are over Rs 63000/ and nor paid the security his 6 months salary. Request CIDCO authorities to take action on this builder to get him to books and hand over society at the earliest. He has also sold common areas of society illegally to somebody which is not according to the approved plan. Request Cidco to take necessary action.

This is to inform you that we at Utsav CHS, Plot 21, Sector 34B, Kharghar have been facing acute water shortage from March 2021. Now it's been 2 months and we receive water for less than an hour twice a day. Now this is giving toll on the health. Water is a basic need and we expect help from your end. We would request your quick intervention in this matter.

There is no water from 3 days in Taloja phase - 1, 2... If you are not supplying water so let us know 2 days before... But we are helpless contacted your water supply department they are not ready to talk with us and taking rudly... In Covid 19 also you are doing this shameless things whole family are in their house and you are not giving water to whole Taloja... This a shameful that we the citizen of Taloja and I am 17 yrs old boy telling you so keep in mild that this a enough water problem, electricity problem...

सेक्टर ६, पंचशील सोसायटी, प्लॉट डी - 32, नवीन पनवेल पूर्व येथील सोसायटीत मागील १ महिन्यापासून पाणीपुरवठा केला जात नाही. साथीच्या आजारात पिण्याच्या पाण्याचा पुरवठा न होणे ही अतिशय गंभीर बाब आहे. या संदरर्भाची लेखी तक्रार या आधीही आम्ही नविन पनवेल कार्यालयात केली होती परंतू याची विशेष दखल घेतली नाही. पाणीपुरवठा होत नसेल तर टँकरने पाणीपुरवठा सिडकोकडून होत असतो परंतु मागील १ महिन्यात केवळ एकदाच आमच्या सोसायटीला एक टँकर मिळाला . तरी या विषयाची गंभीर दखल घ्यावी आणि आम्हाला पिण्याच्या पाण्याच्या समस्येतून मुक्त करावे हि कळकळीची विनंती.

I am resident of Vashi Sector -10 behind Trimurthi hotel, Shivsagartt apts. We do not get regular water supply nor we are informed by the water supplier that they will not supply water. The water is supplied in the morning from 6.00 am to 8.00 am and in the evening it is from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm. From last one month, the water supply is stopped at anytime twice a week in the morning and evening, at times the water is supplied late half and hour and stopped at the said end time. We are facing lot of issues due to this and if there is any problm the supplier has to supply the water post the problm is resolved for the remaining time, which is not the case. I would request you pls take this matter in priory and give us resolution for the same.

Hello sir/madam,
I siraj mehboob shaikh, resident of airoli navi mumbai.
I have being allotted stall at Koparkhairne in year 1999 and have paid all the charges and registered the property with marketing department raigad bhavan.
Now i have to sale the stall but the officers at cidco site office of koparkhairne asking to do deed of stall but they are saying they don’t have my original file with them marketing department have not sent file to them but marketing department have sent the file in the year of 2000 they have sent letter to koparkhairne estate department about record of file sent to them.
I have applied for deed of stall on 6th april 2021 still and today is 28th may 2021 still they are not working on my application.

Don't understand Why there is delay for my case . appreciate extend your support to provide my REFUND urgent.

The condition of road Sector 6 New Panvel East, behind National complex up to the rear side of Maruti nivas it is full of slush and I may state that for the past 10 years no repair was carried out on these roads and today it has become a nightmare for the pedestrians and the vehicle drivers as well. My humble request to you is to please direct immediate repairs of this road.

I am Rahul Kaduskar resident of pillars Regency, sector 8, ulwe. Lot of plastic garbage is thrown in the natural pond and also daily people's are washing clothes because of which water in pond is polluted. I kindly request on behalf all residents to clean the plastic garbage in pond and take strcit action on people's using it for cloth washing.

I stay in shankeshwar shraddha chs/103, taloja phase 1, plot no 4, sector 9. My neighbour flat no 104 has extended a room with tin shed behind our bathroom due to which we have safety issues and ventilation issue. They have packed our bathroom window with plastic bag and sometimes voices comes from tht window as if they are taking or doing some work. We have safety issue tht anyone can peep into our window as there is a room behind our bathroom window. When we requested the owner to remove the tin sheet as it is blocking the ventilation, he refused and said it's his property he can do anything.

Tyanni contractor la phone kela tarihe contarctor ne kahi dakhal ghetli nahi. Gautam sirani CIDCO varishta adhikaryankade takrar keli asta tyanchi car chi service contractor ne band keli ahe .. tar contractor hyanni majhi gaadi kadhun dusri gaadi attach keli .
Ata january 2021 pasun april 2021 paryanta 4 mahine jhale ahe .. Majha 4 mahinya pagar 88000 rs hey denyat mala tala tal karat ahe . Ani 20000 che Vyaaz he lavat ahe .me khup adchanit ahe .. 11 april 2021 la majhe vadil corona kalat gele .. tevha he mala kahi madat jhali nahi .. ata me kay karu majhech paise mala bhik magayla lagat ahe .. please kahi tari kara sir .

Even after paying the cidco service charge amount as per the amnesty sceme, the waived interest is added back to the current bill april 2021

An email was sent from Cidco nirvana to visit the Raigad office and submit an application for a refund which I have done so. Many emails sent but no proper response from your end. so I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful. I have attached all the emails sent by me.

I won the Swapnapurti Lottery but due to health issues I surrendered my flat and requested them to refund the money.

For the past one and half years, I had requested to cidco nirvana I have completed all the procedures to get the refund back, the Application submitted personally in the Raigad office and they said you will receive the refund in your account, no need to visit again.

Continuously I am sending emails about it, Pls check your mailbox, calling the office, and enquiring about it but there has been no response... Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Curse you Cidco Flagging board mention Panvel as "Smart City" .
It is a place worst than village. Constant Water shortage facing this problem since a decade.

Shame on this system.
Repeated campaign and complaints have failed.

I m a peace loving man but here after seeing so much of trouble.
Only on thing I want to mention.
