Please restore water supply at the earliest.

High or incorrect water bill sent for the period Oct -Nov 2020. The same is attached below. Room/ Flat is closed from last year so this much big amount of bill is not expected

I am milan pramod bagde has been won lottery of bhk flate at taloja. due to financial problem. i was surrended my won lottery letter . i had paid total amount of Rs 25280.00 on dtd 28.10.2020 against application Ref.No.: [protected] SchemeCode: 27-TALOJA(LIG) CategoryCode: PL CIDCO - 2020.

which was promise as refundable amount after one month of surrending it. but almost 2.5 moth are goes out but my amount is not refunded ..

please do the need full..

It's been one year now we are not getting adequate water supplies in our building. Earlier the water supplies were 24*7 but now its coming for hardly 4-5 hours and all the citizens are family huge trouble. Please look into it and help to get adequate water supplies immediately

Water is not supplied regularly to the Societies in Sector 9 Khanda Colony, New Panvel West Navi Mumbai especially Haware Vrindavan Society in Sector 9 Khanda Colony Plot 52.

This is despite the society residents paying "CIDCO Service Charges" amountng to Rs 13000/- Per month to the society for supply of water for 24 hours in a day and despite paying the Society maintenance charges regularly on a monthly basis upto Rs 2000/- per month based on sq foot area.

This has been prevalent since February 2020 onwards. It is more than one year since the residents have been facing this problem. The noticeboard at Haware Vrindavan Society displays the words "Cidco kadhoon paani cha prabhav ati mandh aahe" or "Cidco kadhoon paani bandh aahe". This is continuous for 4 days in a gap of every 10 days

The residents pay high maintenance charges and after a tiring day at work end up without water in the evenings.
CIDCO should supply water for 24 hours immediately to this housing society as all the dues to CIDCO from this Society are clear

CIDCO also can give notice in leading English and Marathi newspapers about the water cut along with proper reasons so that the residents are informed about the same and are prepared for it.

The water problem stretches to 6 days from the planned ONE Day mentioned on the notice Board.

I have paid water charges, money deducted from my account but transaction failed at CIDCO end

How i can get my refund.

I vikram Haridas rajpure .. applied for Cidco police lottery on August 2020 and won the lottery on 10th November 2020 but i have not satisfied with the location so I applied for surrender of flat on thier website as on 18th nov 2020 but not received the refund as on the date.. I have called many a times on their helpline number but either they did not attend the call or else respond with the response that It is in process ..they are not even giving proper commitment of date... please do the needful.

For last two days we are not getting sufficient water supply to our building due to low water pressure.. Kindly do the needful to fix the issue or at least send us tanker to once in couple of days

We the member of Innovative residency Chs Plot no 48 B, sector 19 B, Ulwe 410206 are facing problem from Building Krishna Heights Chs Plot no 44B, sector 19 B, Ulwe 410206 they have put there drainage Pipe on main road from last 1 week water is collected on road and due to which we are facing problems and we also have Hospital in our building.
We kindly ask to handle this matter in a top priority and plan for a final and permanent solution.

This is regarding the construction of watchmen room next to my living room on the Cidco allotted plot, which is affecting ventilation, light and air to my flat. The same is been done by two buildings next to each other.
The area is in new panvel east.

From last 3-4 days water is not coming in the complex. We are facing very huge problem regarding this. Pls look into this

Dear Sir,
This is regarding excess water bill received for the consumer number[protected], node Panvel (E), for the month of Oct - Nov 20. The consumotion for the period as per the meter reading is 1078 Cu. m., which as per the existing tarrif is INR 10 per Cu. m. amounting to INR 10, 780. However the bill generated for the said period shows bill amount as 20, 780.

While I have made the said payment to avoid DPC. You are requested to look into the matter and reverse the charges in next billing cycles.

We reside in Kl-6, Bldg No-9, Room no-5, Sec-3E, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai and we are facing lots of water issues from a long time.Water supply is for 2 hours in morning and evening but the pressure is too low and even we are not able to fill our tanks properly as a result of this.

Dear Sir,
A huge group of people staying near Khandeshwar Railway Station (Sector 25, Kamothe) by rigging own tents etc. They are doing open toilet and using Cidco water supply by opening manhole etc. It's very un-hygenic for full Kamothe. Kindly take action.

Dear CIDCO Water Supply Team,

I am resident of Mountain view, Sector-6, Karanjade, Panvel - 410206.
This is my second appeal within a month regarding shortage of water supply. We are now facing heavy water shortage in Sector 6, Plot 25 than previous few months.

Karanjade node is preplanned activity of CIDCO (not illegal) and your qualified engineers have studied this issues then also you are not able to resolve the problem. I want to know what kind of work are you doing to resolve the water shortage from last 5 - 6 years.

Now I doubt on your work capabilities. I feel like I lived any illegal constructed area but bought a home on legal rate.

Please resolve this issue on priority.

I Premsingh owner of Godown -42, kalamboli state that my godown is locked since a long time. there is no water supply at all in my godown, i have lodge a complaint at kalamboli with regard to non supply of water to godown, the water charges for billing peiod Oct-Nov 2019 amount to Rs. 6423/- has been paid by me. A copy of my receipt for Rs.6423/-, and my latest meter reading is enclosed .Now I have received the water bill for Rs. 11324/- for the billing period Oct-Nov 2020 where in arrears is shown as Rs.8560/-. pls note that since there is no water supply in my godown the arrears for Rs. 8560/- demanded does not arise. I have also earlier paid Rs. 5040/-. in the billing period Oct-Nov 2019 towards arrears. Pls clarify all this issues to enable me to pay the actual payment due by me.

There is always water shortage in the Springs Roadpali and we get to know that there is maintaince activity being conducted at CIDCO. please provide a solution for the same else we would have to go online on social media...
