We the member of Innovative residency Chs Plot no 48 B, sector 19 B, Ulwe 410206 are facing problem from Building Krishna Heights Chs Plot no 44B, sector 19 B, Ulwe 410206 they have put there drainage Pipe on main road from last 1 week water is collected on road and due to which we are facing problems and we also have Hospital in our building.

Unauthorised construction of watchmen canine next to my living room

This is regarding the construction of watchmen room next to my living room on the Cidco allotted plot, which is affecting ventilation, light and air to my flat. The same is been done by two buildings next to each other.
The area is in new panvel east....

Water issue in the complex

Excess water charges consumer number 100202052

Dear Sir,
This is regarding excess water bill received for the consumer number[protected], node Panvel (E), for the month of Oct - Nov 20. The consumotion for the period as per the meter reading is 1078 Cu. m., which as per the existing tarrif is INR 10 per Cu. m. amounting to INR 10, 780. However the bill generated for the said period shows bill amount as 20, 780.

We are facing water issues from a long time

Illegal staying at open plots near Khandeshwar Railway Station

A huge group of people staying near Khandeshwar Railway Station (Sector 25, Kamothe) by rigging own tents etc. They are doing open toilet and using Cidco water supply by opening manhole etc. It's very un-hygenic for full Kamothe. Kindly take action....

This is my second appeal within a month regarding shortage of water supply. We are now facing heavy water shortage in Sector 6, Plot 25 than previous few months.

Karanjade node is preplanned activity of CIDCO (not illegal) and your qualified engineers have studied this issues then also you are not able...

I Premsingh owner of Godown -42, kalamboli state that my godown is locked since a long time. there is no water supply at all in my godown, i have lodge a complaint at kalamboli with regard to non supply of water to godown, the water charges for billing peiod Oct-Nov 2019 amount to Rs. 6423/- has been paid by me. A copy of my receipt for Rs.6423/-, and my latest meter reading is enclosed .Now I have received the water bill for Rs. 11324/-...

Water shortage

Address:Sai Vrindavan, plot no 164, Karanjade sector 4

I am a resident of Karanjade, panvel. It's been over 15 days we have no water in the society.

It is really frustrating since the water which used to come from CIDCO for 5 hours now only comes for 3 hours.

We have a big society (sai vrindavan, Karanjade) with over 150+ flats and because of the water supply being cut down we don't have 24 hours running water.

Please look into this at the earliest....

Water Supply Bill payment

I paid my waterbill of ₹765/- on 3 December 2020 through Googlepay but the transaction went in processing state and on Cidco website, it showed failed. Money was debited from my bank. After that on google pay it was showing processing only. And today on 8th December 2020 that transaction became successful. But still on cidco website, it is showing as failed. Transaction id is CIDCOWS[protected]
It is showing failed on cidco...

Regarding removal of debris & construction material on road.

Address:Ulwe, navi mumbai

I live in sec 18 ulwe (navi mumbai) there are so many debris, construction material and some garbage islaying on road whic is 30 mtr wide road. which is dangerous for health of childrens . please take some action regarding this. The 30 mtr road connects plot no - 10, 10 A, 10 B, 8, 9 etc....

Today when I tried to pay water bill online using debit card internet banking, it rejected with the error

' VISA CARD NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS TRANSACTION'

Card was changed again it flashed a message

' Mastro card not acceptable for this transaction.'

as a result I COULD NOT make payment....

Water bill unprecedented charges

For the last two billing cycles I am getting very high bill for the water consumption. There is no relevance between the amount due and the amount charged for the following reasons.

1. The first water bill was presented with the reading as units for the entire period since the meter is installed without taking into considerations the earlier bills paid.

Solution : The amount should have been spread for the average...

No one responded water supply team

Cidco water supply team given that contact no 0091 [protected]
Try 50time but not any single response. Will same day visit my aera cidco office but they person don't know any rules and regulations water supply office he told me we don't help your what is this very poor service given cideo team.will already raised my quiry please resolve.....

High Water Bill

Very High water charges

CIDCO Water Charges Bill of Rs.5655 for the Billing Cycle AUG.2020 - SEP.2020 of Consumer No.90100322 Pay on or before due date to avoid penalty on outstanding dues. Ignore if paid.

High Water Bill

Address:Plot No-A 34/30, Sector-12, Kharghar

Consumer Number: 80201159. Last bill June to Jul was Negative Rs3241. My house is vacant since lock down (Mar 20). Last paid was in Sep Rs 1596. This is not reflected in my CIDCO citizen bill payment site. Now Oct-Nov Bill has come Rs5399. House is still vacant. I should be charged the minimum charge since sep payment. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible....
