Dear Team,

I have visited grand central mall and parked my vehicle in seawood railway station parking. And observed that no one has been wearing any uniform or dress code but they are collecting money from bike and car owners. Parking employees should be wear the same dress code. It will be easy for vehicles owner to identify them. Right now we are not able to identify them who is the parking owner and employee.

So request your support in getting the above query addressed.

I have visited Belapur railway station parking and it has observed that the parking area is not cleaned properly. Everywhere there is some trash, garbage and dry waste are lying. If you are charging the parking money from vehicle owners then the parking area should be maintained clean and tidy. But the area is surrounded with junk, scrap and dried grass.
If any fire incident took place or any mishap happens to the vehicles who will be taking the responsibility.

Just to inform/highlight there was a fire incident which took place in Mansarovar railway station parking area and many vehicles got damaged due to fire.

I have submitted a cancellation request for my application number [protected] on 7-Nov-2022 and again on 1-Dec-2022.
Still not receive my refund amount or a single communication or reply from CIDCO authorities.
HELPLINE NUMBER :[protected] have to tried for hours to connect on this

I received notice from CIDCO Navi Mumbai dt 16/11/2022 no. CIDCO/Vasahat(Washi)/2022/527 and 528 and after receipt of the same I sent written reply by RPAD on dt 24/11/2022. But your respective office refuse to accept the same and it received back to me with remark "REFUSE" which is very surprising to me. I am also trying to call respective department on phone number given on website but no one answer the same.
Therefore I am filling this complaint and attached herewith my reply. Kindly consider my reply to notice dt. 16/11/2022.

We have applied lottery for MH-10 Mass Housing Lottery August 2022 and the application number is [[protected]]. I have paid the EMD amount of Rs.75000 which i was supposed to get back as I was not winner.

Request to please look into it and also your customer support number doesn't work as we have tried 100 times but no one responds and call gets disconnected.

Kindly make a note of my application number [[protected]] and refund the EMD as soon as possible.

As I mentioned in my previous complaint the garbage collection from my society is not happening for 4 days...there is no place to store the garbage for 4 days. If you can not provide services then why are you charging service charges on monthly basis.
There is no improvement after complaints then what is the meaning of complaints. No sweeper is cleans the roads in front of our building and no garbage collection for many days. Please look into it and change your contractors, if they are not working properly. Please solve the issues ASAP

Firstly CIDCO website is not updated which gives lots of trouble finding the exact contact details and grievance portal. The attached is the map of sector 23, Ulwe, where every day many people are suffering through a pathetic experience of cleanliness and hygiene. It’s been an Irony that our beloved Prime minister of Country and State Chief Minister are announcing Swach Bharat and Swach Maharashtra. There is absolute minimal efforts adopted for the same, I might say people are tolerating or say ignoring it day by day. The three problems A, B, C are highlighted on the above map and following are the Pictures of same.
Problem A: Series of Garbage boxes of White Wings society are kept on road beyond the Yellow line, the boxes get filled by garbage and many times spilled out rotten food is laying on ground for days. Resultant in this area lots of mosquitos and health issues not only to small children but adult as well. White wings society has been requested to keep the boxes inside but still the society is stagnant to keep it out on road.
Problem B: The picture shows how badly the place is covered with stinking pieces of wastes it is all over till the corner of Temple,
Problem C: The footpath of the Bikaner Corner, The most prime location in Ulwe and yet the most unhygienic as well, the real beauty to see is in the evening and in the morning, People eat the fast food and leave the loads of the garbage on the base of trees which are placed on the porch of the corner, Moreover on the foot path waste water is always draining. There is a space between the foot path and the bus stand where the water gets accumulated makes really difficult to walk to walk through the corner as in the porch all customers are there, through the foot path and lower space it is not meant for walking, and in-between all the bike cars o[censored]nknown owner are kept.
Overall it is a very shameful and pity, I feel for everyone when I take my daughter with me on walk and I cannot change my route, I have tried request every society and the shop owner, but everyone is like is this your Judiciary?
1. I am egger to know why there is no surprise visit of CIDCO higher official’s.
2. Another question arise is why CIDCO have not taken any action against the society or Shop owners to maintain hygiene,
3. CIDCO might have given legal notice or a fine would have stopped it. Why in society it is not mandate to keep wet and dry garbage separately which is taken by CIDCO.
4. There is no doubt as with no surprise visit, no fining, no legal notice, no circular for Wet and Dry garbage and Hygiene, and By having ‘n’ number of program like Swach Bharat and Swach Maharashtra on paper will not create a good place for next generation.
I hope this will be an eye catching problem for the department, and believe CIDCO will definitely help everyone to be a responsible citizen, Thank you

This complaint is to bring into notice the poor sewage system in our area. This has been happening from last on month. People in our locality are suffering a lot due to the faulty pipelines in the sewage system. Due to the sewage problem we face unhygienic conditions in our colony. People are not able to move around because of the stinking smell.

Please do needful as soon as possible.

I am writing on behalf of society members of Plot no. C 41, Shiv Ornate, Sector 8, Ulwe, Navi mumbai -410206. The garbage collection vehicle is not coming to our society from past 3 days and it is very difficult for the society to keep 3 days old garbage. We continously are trying to call to the garbage collector but he is not picking up the call. This is a usual practice now a days, they never come on daily basis. We do not know why they are doing it as we are paying CIDCO service charges regularly for this type of service.
Apart from this, the road sweeping team never come in front of our building for road cleaning, they clean near by societies but not our. It is requested to the responsible persons of CIDCO to look into these matters urgently and sent the garbage collection vehicle on priority basis

Dear Sir,

We are resident o[censored]lwe, Sec 17, Plot 177, Navi Mumbai.
We are facing huge difficulty while driving two wheelers on road due to gravels / debris on the road by building construction contractors.
Lot of gravels you can find on side track of roads falling from dumpers while transportation.
There is much chances of slippage and may cause severe accidents.
Also, we find lot of stray dogs on road which is making us difficult to drive safely as they come in middle of road.
Hence, we request you to kindly take necessary action on the contractors and instruct them to lift the debris and gravels and keep public roads & surrounding cear and safe for commuters.
And to municipality for stray dogs.
