Myself gorav k ghai my flat L 21 1302 in sec 36 swapnapurti kharghar their was a water leakage before 3-4months from upper flat bathroom which spoiled all roof and kitchen as water droping from there then samadhan named guy came after contacted him n his persons got the work done and i spent 6k for painting now again same problem has come whole roof and hall wall has spoiled water is droping from there with in 4 months pls get it done properly with water treatment as we r suffering even cant cook food as water droping and cannot cook food cant spend 6k in every 3-4 months pls do the needful asap and properly

At mansarovar railway station, no receipt of cash payment of parking charges is provided by contractor nominated by CIDCO.

The street lights in our region have not been repaired for quite a while. There are wear and tears all over the wiring mechanism. The state of the street lights is more terrible amid the stormy season. During the evening individuals frequently stagger down. Additionally, non availability of proper lighting across the streets increases a further chance of accident and other mishaps.

I, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have proper street lights.

Hi CIDCO team, hope you are doing fine and in good health. I am a resident of sector 28, Vashi. There is a CIDCO open plot opposite plot 279, sector 28, near Suri motors/Niranjan wines. Given that there is no complete fence around the plot - men use this for urinating, spitting, dumping alcohol waste. The site is very unpleasant making unsafe for women. Since there is a wine shop in resident building - men drink alcohol on footpath adjacent to building and dump bottles in open plot. There is lot of alcohol and drug nuisance, chaos, noise created at night making the residents feel unsafe.

Navi Mumbai is awarded as the cleanest city, however dirty open plots like these adjacent to palm beach road is hampering the reputation of our city.

Request your co-operation to kindly look in to this urgently and help with a permanent solution. We had also written to NMMC however they have guide us to contact CIDCO given the plot is owned by CIDCO.

The garbage in front of Tulsi Heights CHS plot No 1 sector 5 new panvel east 410206 has not been collected in the last 3 days.

CIDCO as a public authority should work desperately on water supply for citizens. NO OR IRREGULAR water supply forces us to file a complaint or litigation against .We have been getting water supply through tankers at their own conveniences in the past 5 years.Horrible accountability at Cidco officials end. Are the current elected people not able to resolve the requirement of basic needs such as water for citizens since past 5 years?

We will go to RTI and fetch the details if this issue is not resolved in a month.

We are facing irregarlity in water supply since 1 month. For past 3 consecutive days, we are not gwtting proper water supply. We only get 15 min. Of water in the morning and there is no guarantee in the evening. I have requested society but even they are cluless.
Request you to please look into this matter.

Cidco water suppy irregular way without any prior notice

Water is not supplied regularly in Haware Vrindavan Tower ABD CHS Ltd in Sector 9 Khanda Colony, New Panvel West Navi Mumbai Plot 52 for the last 17 months.Since December 2020 every week on Monday and Tuesday there is no water supply citing no reasons. Overall there was no water supply for 9 days in December, 8 days each in January and February, 10 days in March, 11 days in April, 15 days each in May and June, 5 days in July, 6 days in August, 2 days in September, 3 days in October, 1 day in November and 2 days in December 2021, 1 day in January 2022, 1 day in February 2022, 3 days in March 2022, 2 days in May 2022 and 1 day in June 2022 amounting to 103 days of no water despite there being sufficient water available in the other societies in the vicinity during the same period. This is deliberately done by MJP, CIDCO, PMC and the Society to harass the residents time and again and to torture them. This is despite the residents paying high Society maintenance charges regularly well before the due date. For delayed payment the Society charges 21℅ interest and the residents cannot afford to pay 21% interest. However when there is deficiency of service namely irregular water supply for the past 17 months, the Society must refund 30% of the maintenance back to the residents with 21% interest. However this is not done nor is there a reduction in the society maintenance. Apart from this the society residents pay "Cidco Service Charges" amounting to Rs 13000/- Per month to the society. Cidco service charges are still levied by the society as Service Charges despite the residents already having paid property tax from Oct 16 to Mar 22. This property tax includes water charges for these 5.5 years. PMC should refund the amount to residents for water supply not provided proportionately during these 5.5 years. Despite paying the Society maintenance charges regularly on a monthly basis upto Rs 2000/- per month based on sq foot area, they are suffering without water. The Society does not arrange for any water tankers to resolve the issue during those days. For these 103 days without water the Society should refund Rs 50 per day i. e Rs 5000 to each member as water tankers were not arranged due to the diktat of one lady member ( wife of a committee member) who acts against the interest of the other 125 members. The noticeboard at Haware Vrindavan Tower ABD displays the words "CIDCO kadhoon paani cha prabhav ati mandh aahe" or "Cidco kadhoon paani bandh aahe". However there is no water supply even after the shutdown timings specified with much fanfare by CIDCO. The residents use water judiciously and there are 126 flats in this society. The residents have invested their life savings in this home and cannot afford to purchase another property. Their lives have become miserable after the water cuts. It is also alleged that the Waterman Mr Swar [protected]/[protected] does not pump water properly acting on the instructions of the Managing Committee. The Society MC misuses it's powers and instructs the Waterman to stop water supply. The residents are human beings and not cattle. The Society MC has converted this Society into a SLUM by misusing the powers. The residents are in deep depression because of the illegal and fraudulent water cuts imposed by CIDCO, PMC, MJP and therefore MJP, CIDCO, PMC and the Society are wholly and solely responsible for their condition today. The residents are scared to complain fearing harassment from the Society MC. A couple of months back the AGM was held, but the Minutes of meeting and other decisions are not yet communicated to the residents in writing. The residents appeal to the Honourable Prime Minister and Registrar of Cooperative Societies to initiate a CBI enquiry and take stringent action and necessary steps immediately to refrain CIDCO, PMC, MJP from imposing illegal water cuts and direct the Society to refund 30% maintenance with interest to the residents and take steps to redress the impending grievances and resolve them permanently. The cidco service charges charged by the society should also be refunded back to the residents immediately to resolve the issue and the society should refrain from levying cidco service charges in the monthly bills. Now the Society is against any type of Gardening in individual houses and is illegally planning to levy a fine of Rs 500. The Society MC is harassing the residents time and again and driving them to commit suicide.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments croping up at CIDCO Property near new Panvel post office. C5-33 Sector-13, New Panvel

These people are developing illeagal huts and shops just behind the Prime Mall and Fire Station. These people have started setting up of small shops ( selling groceries and some others businesses). This place should be used for building parking but ground floor flats are using it for there personal use and not allowing other floor people to use this place.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and Order can be maintained in agood society developed by CIDCO.

Street lights are not working in my area.

I am resident of Sai sumukha sec 35 Kharghar. We are facing water issues since past 4 months. Inspite of multiple complains the issue is still not resolved.

We are compelled to order water tankers privately or via Cidco almost every day. Is this is really planned City by CIDCO?

Many people say, its purposely done to support water tanker lobby etc? Please stop playing with residents life. stop this harassments of residents.

There is no water supply from last 4-5 days .not s single drop. We face these kind of issue since last 3 year. After 3-4 month ko regular supply suddenly they stops the water .and we have registered many compliments till now.
They do this for tanker mafia..again we are facing water supply issue..this is really pethetic.

We, at sai pooja chs plot no 72 sector 21, we regret to bring to your notice that garbage container for our locality plot no 73 and 74 is overflowing due to non cleaning for many months. Also there is no garbage collection from our nearby area. It causes health issues to our society people. Images are attached.

since last 20 days CIDCO water supply to plot no. 17 Sector-21, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. is very irregular and at very low pressure. Frequently issuing complaint to Mr Naik from Cidco. But still complaint not resolved
We have to get tanker water from local suppliers.
Other Plots and sectors have regular water supply.
Please look into the matter and resolve any issues as early as possible.

I have applied for cidco lottery 2022. I has paid rs.75000 as EMD. but now it is more than month I have not received my EMD back. customer care numbers are very difficult ot connect, evn after connecting they say same answer as it is under process
