      I ordered a pair of shoes from Clarks in December but didn't like the fit so requested a return by sending a request on their customer care ID and also called the helpline but there has been radio silence at their end. No response to even follow up emails, no customer care representative spoke to me or called back. Neither did anyone pick up the product, hence there hasn't been any refund too

      It has been more than a month that I have been trying to reach out.. This kind of service is not expected from a premium brand like Clarks

        On the facebook, advertisement was flashed for Clarks Shoes at discounnt and i booked the shoes. website was exactly what Clarks.in was. i paid Rs 1499 through payU by using my GPAY. payment went to some Rimpal Kumari but i did not get any order confirmation. i got payment confirmation from PayU. i tried to stop the payment through Gpay and my bank but it was too late. looks like someone is fooling people in the name of Clarks shoes. i called up at Clarks customer care and they confirmed that its a fraud website.
        I had similar experience with the same product.

          My name is Kannan residing at Velachery, Chennai. I bought Clark’s Men navy leather loafers-10 UK from Amazon. herewith attached is the proof of invoice copy and shoe pics for your reference. As I was stuck in lockdown I couldn't wear the shoes for some months. Now I ‘am really shocked to see that the blue color has changed in some places after using the shoe for a week. I have used many brands in my lifetime. But this is the first time that shoe color is changing in the reputed brand which I cannot digest. Please give a replacement for this at the earliest.

            My name is RK Sharma and I had purchased a pair of CLARKS SHOES from clarks.in with order id FY61C3477B01209656F2 on 22nd December 2021 and received them on 27th December 2021.

            I found the shoes to be 3 years and pre used in condition. So, I raised a return request but they did not process it and deliberately did not process it since return option is available for only 15 days.

            It is 19th January today and I still have not received a response regarding return of my order and they have even cancelled my request for return on their website.

            It is frustrating since they assured me that return will be initiated between 3-5 days on a mail they had sent on 5th January 2021.
            But till date no one has come for pickup of my return order.

            I request clarks through medium of this platform to kindly initiate the return for my order with order id : FY61C3477B01209656F2

              Hello, i had purchased a pair of shoes online from clarks website and
              I have raised multiple request since the last 1 month for return of the shoes but till date no return has been initiated, no answer to my mails from customer service and I am very frustrated with this experience which I have received from clarks

              My order id is FY61C3477B01209656F2

              The last mail that I received from clarks customer care stated as follows :
              "We have forwarded your issue regarding a return request to our relevant team. as per our records we are running with some technical glitch therefore we required some more days to get this resolve.
              Your parcel will get picked up within 3-5 business days" This was from Mr.Sony from Customer.[protected]@clarks.in. I received a mail from Mrs. Ritika Singh from clarks customer service on DECEMBER 29TH STATING THAT RETURN will be initiated within 2-3 days but it is 19th January today and still no one has come to pickup my return order.

              It is 19th January today and no one has come up till date nor any follow up mails from customer care.

              This is not the way to treat your customer and deliver such a frustrating and pathetic experience. Clarks was a trustable brand but its pathetic customer service is tarnishing its image.

              On the website clarks.in, your customer service has canceled my return request. Why? I never canceled my return request. Re-initiate my return for this order

              I request you through this platform provided by consumercomplaints.in, to again to initiate the return for my order at the earliest, that is, it should be done within this week. I am tired of waiting months for returning a pair of shoes. I expected better customer service from clarks.

              Kindly, pick up my return order.

                    Hello, I had purchased a pair of shoes online from Clarks website and
                    I raised a return request for the order which I had received.
                    My order id : FY61C3477B01209656F2 and I received a message from Clarks regarding acceptance of return and initiation of pickup of the shoes.

                    I had received the following message on 31st December 2021: "Please keep your reverse pickup Order Number :[protected] of GOFYND ready, ECOM EXPRESS executive Ph: [protected] will collect it today"

                    But no one came from the courier company and I am still stuck with the shoes which I wish to return.

                    I request Clarks Customer Service through medium of this platform that they re-initiate the return for the shoes and also inform the courier that he pickup the shoes only during Monday-Friday, since the place for pickup is my office and I am not available during Saturday and Sunday.

                      I have ordered the shoes from clarks. I have received the order. I want to to return the shoes. My order qualifies for return policy. Some how I am not able to process the return from website from my account. The order status is not yet updated on the website it say out for delivery The product is already delivered on 30th Dec 2021. So there is return option available. for reference I have attached the screenshot of the website, my account. I tried calling customer care on[protected] but no one answers the call, I am calling from last 4 days. Other customer car number is not in service[protected]. I also wrote mail to customer.[protected]@clarks.in but no response from them I have also attached the screenshot of the email.

                      Request you to please help me with the issue.

                        I had purchased a pair of shoes online from Clarks website and
                        I have been trying to raise a return request for the order which I have received. My order id is FY61C3477B01209656F2

                        The shoes which I had received it on 27th October were 3 years old
                        and on the box the date of manufacture was written as august 2021
                        but when I opened the box, I found that the shoes were actually manufactured in September 2019. This is unacceptable.

                        The shoes are about to be 3 year old by next month and I never expected to receive such an old pair of shoes from Clarks.

                        Their customer care no. doesn't work all day and your response is absurdly slow and this is not expected from such a reputable company.

                        I wish to return my order and my order Id for the order is :

                        I request you through medium of this website to kindly process my request for the return of these shoes as soon as possible.

                              I have ordered a pair of shoes and then returned them on 13/12/2021 . There is no option on their website to add bank details and no one is telling me how I will get my refund back .Their website has been showing "Out for Delivery to Store" for more than a week . No one is replying to customer care no. and mails .

                                      I have been trying to contact clarks customer services on phone which is always busy with no response and on email which no one replies to . I want to return the olive slippers worth rs 2999 from order number FY61B240BC012CD744CA
                                      I am unable to create a return request using website as nothing happens when i click on return option.
                                      I tried to reach out to the customer services number but there is no answer on that number, it says someone will call you but haven’t received any call.

                                      Please help me with the return pickup.
