Hi, I am a big fan of Clark's shoe, and I own multiple pairs of shoes from Clarks. A couple of years ago, I had purchased a white ballerina, but I hardly used it, and it was kept safe with good packing. When I wore it after a few hours, I realized some loose particles coming out of the sole, and within no time, the sole lower portion was completely damaged. I never expected this knowing Clarks super quality; it is very disheartening. The upper part of the shoe is still in good condition and looks brand new. It will be beneficial if this item can be repaired or if the amount is refunded.
All their orders are fulfilled/managed by Eshopbox. Apart from multiple emails to Clark’s, I contacted the Delhivery agent who picked my order and pressurised him to escalate my refund dispute with Eshopbox.
Eshopbox is the culprit which is delaying these refunds, I think.
