I ordered a pair of shoes on 21/07/2021 from "www.clarks.in"
After receiving the order, I found the size of shoes bigger than my regular one's, so I initiated a return immediately after receiving the order on 25/07/2021.
I kept on waiting for refund till 10 days and then I kept on sending reminders to customer care 'Clarks' but they didn't provide any reply.
Moreover they haven't provided any proper customer care number,...

I have returned the item on July 8th, 2021, pick up has been arranged by Clarks and till the day Refund is not credited, Its almost 1 month. Really frustrating and I sent multiple follows via email and telephone, But till there was no response from Clarks Team.

The customer care is not approachable from BSNL, Vodafone and Reliance (Punjab)
There is no reply from the email address that you have provided for queries. Please give the responsibility to some sincere person, nobody cares about replying to customer email...

My return request was picked by your courier partner, and on your app it shows refund initiated. But I still have not received my refund....

I am trying to contact Clarks customer care service since 2 weeks. I wanted to return the product. Nor they are reverting me via email neither they are picking up the call. This is a pure disappointment. With such a renowned company like this, I never thought this brand is worst at their customer services....

I purchased Clark's pair of shoes from Brand Factory at Metro Cinema Mumbai on 27 January at 60 % discount. After 10 days the shoes developed cracks and upper layer started getting peeled off. It is just not expected out of a renowned brand like Clark's. Please advise further action for replacement or return. I am highly disappointed with my purchase....

I purchased 2 pairs of sandals from the elante mall showroom of clarks today. The shopkeeper told me that i will be getting an electronic bill on SMS after a few minutes of purchase, but I haven't received it even after 12 hours. He had refused to give a printed bill of the same.

Have sent them mail on customer care for no updates about the placed order, trying to connect on their customer care number, it simply gets disconnected after 15 sec, no communication from their end, dont know where to complain, and take refund....
