Despite being a regular customer at your store, your renowned outlet in Raipur (Magneto Mall) has failed to take accountability.
I bought a shoe, and within few days due to contact with rainwater it got wet and its color faded from bright pink to black. While purchasing the shoes no one was informed about their condition i.e it's not waterproof. It's awful to see its material getting deteriorated. I've attached its image and bill for your reference
We hope to either get a replacement for this shoe or return the cash paid. This is a genuine request from our end to not force us to take this matter further to the court. Hope to get a response from your end. Kindly do the needful.
