i tried contact customer care i am unable reach.
I ordered dresses for women and kids. A total of 14 items, but I received only 12 items of my orders..my order no. is SO13217220. My missing item is sweet shoulder petals wedding dress and short sleeved chiffon long dress. Please do something about it. I really need response from you. Thank you.

I order 1 bag and yesterday I received oreder but your product packing is not good and your product I get in bad condition bag uper and back both side black mark mark is there already so pls I need replacement and give me another bag as soon as possible it's a request pls accept my request and send me new bag in good condition I hope u will help
Have returned 5 items on the 04 th of January 2018, that i purchased from club factory and haven't received the refund till date. It has been almost 2 months and my patience is running thin. I will be left with no option than to contact the consumer forum in this regard.

            I have ordered a dark purple gown on 7 february 2018 and till now i didn't recieve my dress. I have got successful payment message on my mail and one recent message of shipping and a tracking number which is not working and also they have provided a link which is denying access to me saying that i'm not authorized for it... What should i do... How i get information or track where actually my dress is??... Today is eleventh day from the day of purchasing and i have not any exact information of my dress... Actually i have ordered it directly from the site of clubfactory in my laptop... I don't have mobile and that is why i can't install the app of clubfactory because of which there support link is not working for me... It only works on those who have the app of it... Please provide me info of my dress... Exact location... And correct date and time when it is actually coming to deliver at my house... Give this info a day before so that i prepare to recieve the package... Please help me out... I am attaching the snapshot of mails sent to me from club factory and the pic of my dress which i have ordered.

Please let me know where exactly my dress is and how many days it will take to reach me... Please give the exact date so i'll prepare to recieve it...               I ordered 14 dresses for women and kids last january 30, the delivery came today but i only received 12 items. Two of my orders are missing. My order no. Is so13217220.                 I have order five products on january 29, 2018 and got the estimated delivery date of february 16, 2018. I have received three products on the date of delivery and two of my products are missing i. E. One pair of shoes and one pair of jeans.
                Kindly help me out as they are not giving any information, they have given me the awb number of the order but that awb number packet i have already received, which clearly states that it contains only three items.

                  I ordered something from club factory but my product was cancelled then i called club factory customer care no. But they did not recieves my call then i searched the no. On google that [protected]
                  This was the no. I called them they told me that your amount will be refunded they askes me my account details and debit card i gave them the details then they withdrawn 45981 ruppes from my account then they said that this was system issue and your money will be refunded by club factory to your another account i gave them another one so the again withdrawn 9992 rupees from my account...
                  They said we will refund shortly but nothing happenes please help me please...

                      I ordered for a long winter coat for rs. 922. But the jacket was short when delivered. I returned the jacket the very next day. I returned parcel on 30th november 2017. My courier tracking id[protected]. I requested for the return on 29th november 2017 but still my return has not been processed its been over 45 days but yet the complain has not been processed.                         I have ordered for three but received only 2 of them and when i called the customer number that club factory has mentioned in the online, they just about my debit card details and instead of refunding, they just debit 1000rs from mine account and told me to wait you will get your money back and disconnected the call. After that they kept my number in black list and not receiving the call even from another number. Disgusting app and company and work as a fraud.

                            This is Sunita subba. I had ordered 7 products and did payment for 7 but when I received the products I got only 5 products. I have been trying to contact Helpline but it's of no use. Please kindly resend the products or refund it. And the clothes quality are too low. I had sent msg to file the complain on app but they aren't responding. I tried to call at the help line no., They aren't receiving the call. Today I received the products and saw that the bill was of only 5 items while I have paid for 7 items.

                                I have returned some items and on the app it saying refunded on 24th January. My account is not showing any refund of the same amount . I can't get through the customer care numbers. I think this is a bogus website that does not refund the amount. I m going to make a consumer complaint in the court if I don't get my refund

                                  Hi i have ordered two products on 13 feb from club factory
                                  (Order number: so13663248/so1366387) without any updated both the products are canceled.
                                  Also i tried to call customer care number ([protected]), dont know name of the person but he started abusing on call & they kept asking me my bank details. I dont know what kind of a facility they give to the customer no one is give a proper resolution. I want my complete amount refund asap 2, 100/- otherwise send me proper address of the head office of the club factory where they are located. Because in noida there is fraud head office address given in the website...
