I had booked few product online from the Club Factory Facebook page link. However, the product is not yet delivered to me. The committed time line was by 30-31st Jan.

The order number - SO12786283
Order booked - 24th Jan'17
The order was shipped on 27th Jan and I was given the tracking number still that is not yet received.

I have done payment and not yet received the product. By when should I expect the product to be delivered?

Last date of order was 1 Feb but still it has not come .and one order has been cancelled automatically
I have been waiting it for 20 days still not come very disappointed with the service of club factory
Seems to be fraud .
In app all seems to be very good and they also don't have cash on delivery system
So if we want to cancel order there is problem of refund of the money

I ordered 6 various department from club factory. in that i wanted to return 2 tops. because of i am not satisfying with cloths quality.. its very bad material. in this case i am facing problem to return the cloths. i tried twice time to return it by online. but its not showing anything like confirmation etc. also m not getting any customer care call number. so could you please help me out how to return it??..

Updated by Adarsh Ranjit The product sent is worse than what is sold on the road side. Very poor material used. Got the shoes returned however Club Factory did not refund shipping charges for both ways. Shoes sent were too small. I was placing an order of 4 items in club factory and while paying the amount I chose the option of Paytm. The amount of Rs.2185 got debited but an error message got displayed from CLUB FACTORY that "Payment Failed" .
I have attached the snip of both the amount Debit email and error message which got displayed from CLUB Factory. Please find the attachments.
Kindly provide me with response for my query,
Is the order received at club factory's end??
ELSE what about the money which got debited from my account while making the payment via PAYTM for club factory ?

I was wishing to buy a 5 number shoe unfortunately i got 6 number size, the colour of the shoe was ash and we wrongly choose for different colour and the top i chose for purple it wrongly went for orange. I have placed multiple orders however did not inform that you guys have cancelled the order. Call me on[protected]. I want to discuss. I have ordered it for specific reason and when i am calling the given indian number it's not even connecting. Disgusting. If you had a problem with one product then you should cancelled that specific product but you guys cancelled my entire order. My first experience is worst experience.

Explain the reason for refund and pay back my money. Explain me my product refunding reason else send me the product. And afterall consumers trust and faith is more important for a online shopping.

Hi i had ordered a bag through your website on 20 to january and i had got a confirmation mail from your end on 25th january claiming that the order is out for delivery and would be dispatched through delhivery courier. But after that i didn't get my courier delivered and i could not even track the status of my courier for which i had made payment through net banking. I order multiple things on this app today (01/31/2018 6:48pm)... tried to go through payment... made payment through paytm but after making the payment i got flash update stating that the payment has been declined. but it has charged my bank account... order id : SO13231962... after contacting at chat support they have asked me to wait till 10 working days without providing any reference id for order cancellation or payment refund. instead asking for more details about the paytm transaction. and asked me to order again if i need stuff that i ordered. how can i trust those people...!!!

I. Already order some clothes from club factory but i. Think. Is fraud company coz i received some of the items and is cut off the labels all of them.. By legally must have a labels on which. Item but they don't have.. The smell of the clothes is very bad. I. Think some one used and they sending to me, i ask customers support to. Return all but i. See no. Cus support esist... I have ordered & paid rs.2200/- cash for 2 casual shirts, 1 sweater and 1 leather belt on dec25th, 2017 and they got delivered on jan08th 2018.
When i tried those in personal i find none of them have a good quality. So applied for return on the same date. But today is 30th jan and i still didn't get any update on the return status.
