It's been a complete month n i hv not received my part order yet... Neither any of the mentioned contact number is valid in the club factory app. For the first time i shop with club factory n unfortunately it's a vry bad experience... I may not b able to trust such brands like this... Even they didn't share tht order tracking id with me... N without tracking id details even courier service company won't b able to help me out

    I ordered 3 shoes total amount of 2609.43 rupees. My order number is so13773767. I ordered it on 2 weeks ago. I paid this amount through paytm. Till now i didn't receive any single shoe from you.       I ordered a bluetooth sunglasses from club factory but it came without a usb charging cable and also it was not turning on. For the first 2 days they ask for the pictures i gave them pictures. Now also they asked some videos. After spending lot of time on uploading videos on google drive i sent them no also they are asking for some pictures and they are not giving me a refund continuously they are saying me to be patient how can i so be patient with refund for a costly product.

        I had placed an order for a handbag (Order no. So[protected] on january 31, 2018. The estimated delivery date was february 18. I have already paid for the product online.

        It has been over a month, and i still haven't received it!!!

        Please inform me of the status asap.

        There's been no intimation or update from the website.

        This has, by far, been the worst experience i've had with an e-commerce website.

        Very poor service!!

              I purchased few items from club factory last month but due to some quality complaint, i had to return them. (Order no - so[protected]. After returning the purchased items, my refund request was accepted and money was to be credited in my account within 10 days. They offered a paytm transaction id ([protected]) to contact paytm customer service with the details of my transaction. I mailed club factory regarding the refund issue but there was no response. There has been no response from paytm either.

                      I have orderd some stuffs from. Your website on 19th feb expecting it to be delivered within 8 to 10 days (Approx 15 days). I received an email yesterday stating one of rhe shoe size is unavailable so they refunding its amount within 5 to 7 days. Please clear some issues:

                      1. If you dont have the stock then why do you take the order and also grab the amount for it asap??
                      2. On top of that inform the customer after 10 days regarding its unavailability. Do ypu treat ypur customer for granted??
                      3. When the hell will i receive my remaining order and tge balance refund??

                      I am really pissed off with your services and would like a refund asap and would definetely refrain myself from ordering from your app or website in future. Its horrible service and you guys dont care a damn for the inconvenience cause to the customer.

                      Can anyone please help me find out what product is being delieverd to me in the given below shipment. I ordered 1 shoe which is not available, 1 passport wallet which unavailable, and 1 leather purse which in the above coments are also unavailable. So i am dying to find out the best companies delievery and operational process as to what are they sending me in ths shipment. I suppose an empty box and i should track it with full dedication. also i suppose i should stop expecting my refund amount from you guys becoz who knows i might get peanuts instead of all the amount.

                            In this order i have order one "beaded ankle paragraphs with wedges" priced at inr 1307.00 which i applied for refund and send the project through ems speed post with tracking no "ek[protected]in", the product was received by warehouse on 3rd feb'18 by warehouse, club factory team has refunded inr 588 for some different product. It's been more than month i am continously following up with these people, its really frustrating to each and every day ping support team when they are not willing to understand the issue. Needs your intervention in this case.

                                I placed an order for multiple stuffs on Feb 3 n was supposed to receive them by Feb 21, yet not received the package... On the Deliver courier tracking site, it says 'Not yet picked up by the client' from Delhi, my shipping address is Bangalore... please look into this asap n get it deluvered not refund the cash...

                                  Sir I'm ordering a gown and return it back because of bad quality but I don't get my back yet .Order no: SO12820230.And when I do queries for this he say to contact with Paytm and I'm unable to contact them.I'm consumer of clubfactory then why I contact to Paytm.

                                      I had ordered the product online on 12th february, 2018 but still i haven't yet received the product. I have received the message with the tracking number[protected] but somehow this link is not accessible. I have already made the payment for the product. If the company is not delivering the product then kindly refund my amount. Of rs. 493.

                                      Its been a long time that i have ordered the product online i. E. Drawstring tassel single shoulder bag. I am waiting for the product but these cheaters if they are not ready to deliver the product then only refunding the amount is the option which is possible. Kindly look into this matter or else i will take this up to the superior authorities and will ensure that this particular company gets a toll for the same.
