I ordered 3 shoes total amount of 2609.43 rupees. My order number is so13773767. I ordered it on 2 weeks ago. I paid this amount through paytm. Till now i didn't receive any single shoe from you. And today when i check the status it shows me expired. If you guys don't want to deliver my order please kindly refund my amount my paytm number is [protected]. Thank you....

I ordered a bluetooth sunglasses from club factory but it came without a usb charging cable and also it was not turning on. For the first 2 days they ask for the pictures i gave them pictures. Now also they asked some videos. After spending lot of time on uploading videos on google drive i sent them no also they are asking for some pictures and they are not giving me a refund continuously they are saying me to be patient how can i so be patient...

I had placed an order for a handbag (Order no. So[protected] on january 31, 2018. The estimated delivery date was february 18. I have already paid for the product online.

It has been over a month, and i still haven't received it!!!

I have waited for one month for the product and these club factory ppl have sent a mail stating refund.!!! But i need the product..!!! I need it definitely.!! I don’t want the refund..!!! These ppl take money from indians and rotate the money and will never send the product..!!! Pls ban the official site in india.!!! These chinese need a change.!!! I guess consumer court is taking bribe for these kinda companies to support them..!!!...

I purchased few items from club factory last month but due to some quality complaint, i had to return them. (Order no - so[protected]. After returning the purchased items, my refund request was accepted and money was to be credited in my account within 10 days. I haven't received my Refundable amount yet.I have ordered my product on 17th of feb and cancelled it within 3 days as i was not available on the product delievery date. Its been 13 days from now i haven't recieved my refundable amount.

I have placed a order on 20th feb, 2018 and the tracking status is showing that "part of your order from factories is delayed". It's been a 11 days now but the product didn't dispatched till the date. Please do the needful in this regard and update me about my product. Hi, I have ordered a black color handbag of 4 items along with that worth rupees 604 a week before. i didn't receive that item yet and no order number i received while booking that order. kindly update the status. it is very worse of not even getting an order number as well as no updates on the deliverables. make sure atleast that you are updating on this compliant....

In this order i have order one "beaded ankle paragraphs with wedges" priced at inr 1307.00 which i applied for refund and send the project through ems speed post with tracking no "ek[protected]in", the product was received by warehouse on 3rd feb'18 by warehouse, club factory team has refunded inr 588 for some different product.
