I had placed an order for a handbag (Order no. So[protected] on january 31, 2018. The estimated delivery date was february 18. I have already paid for the product online.
It has been over a month, and i still haven't received it!!!
Please inform me of the status asap.
There's been no intimation or update from the website.
This has, by far, been the worst experience i've had with an e-commerce website.
Very poor service!!

Also, what sort of service is this? The item has been out of stock, and you've been sitting on this for over a month!! You demand money upfront but don't even bother to notify the customer of the status?
So, if I had'nt raised a complaint, would you have just taken my money and let this have gone unnoticed???? This is the most bizzare shopping website I've come across.
Request you to expedite the refund process, at the earliest. Hope, atleast, this won't take another month and a half.
