I have placed an order of t shirt and shoes, before 15 days ago. My money was also debited by online banking at the same time, now when their turn to deliver my products and they where saying that we have one item available in stock but the shoes is not available, this is going to be rediclous if the item is not available then why you put on web site.

Also now a days the app still running the same item on web page if it is not available then why you put still on the app

I think this is fraud company and india govt has to ban as soon as possible

    Hi,

    I order 3 items worth rs. 1300 from club factory.
    Money was deducted from my account twice. I have the account details as well but order was not placed.
    Considering that there is application error i placed the order again therefore 2600 has been debited from my account.

    The order numbers are so1519605 and so1519625 which are showing unpaid in my account.
    Kindly help me refund my money at the earliest as this has left me bankrupt.

    I order a product of rs 382 and the product was come in 20 days and in poor condition with poor delivery the product is worst.

      Hello,

      I have ordered the products. My money also got transacted. The amount is 2470. I have the transacted statement. But during the transaction, the app got hung and i didnot receive the order confirmation. Will i get the order confirmed or will i get my money back. Please help.!! The order is not placed because the app got hung but the money got deducted.

        Dear team,
        Kindly raise a complaint against my order as I have ordered total 8 products worth rs. 5000 from club factory app but it is showing only 1 item and remaining are not available. As I already made a payment for all those item but no updates also no update about delivery.

          I have ordered the product Order no. SO1322544 for 5 items. My money got debited from my account of Rs. 1996.45 got SMS from bank. But during the transaction, the app got hung and I did not receive the order confirmation nor email. Will I get the order confirmed or will I get my money back?. Please help.!! Even in app its showing unpaid.

          I have ordered watches first time got delivered to my address second time I ordered the same product still not it is not yet delivered still past 20 days over from booking the product so I will give my number [protected]. Please call immediately from your team and doing bad services

          I order my product on 14 April and it's been almost 40 days now.the order hasn't even been confirmed and there is no option to cancel the order it days it'll be out soon and it's been more than a month but it hasnt even shipped international warehouse.. Please deliver my product now

            I have ordered and paid the full payment on 24th of april. I am not able to track my shipment details and still it is not delivered to me.

              Iv received an incomplete order from the company
              I also had to return the product received due to size problem
              Sent an email on the address provided by the company twice but got no response
              Thrz no contact no given plus there are two addresses given of China n US but I'm little hesitant to parcel the product due to no show behaviour of the company

              Club factory is not delivering my order nor r dey returning money. Nobody picks call wen v cl on nos provided wid dem. Iv sent mails on their email but dey r not responding .

              I was order on date[protected] from club factory india app...i was order a blue jacket worth 1700 rupees and a pair of shoes worth of 1700...total i was shoping amount of 3400 ..from club factory ...and payment mode is online ..now i have not delivered my order ...i request to you ...please refund my amount...

              Please take action on this kind off online marketing applications I am feeling very bad for foolishness that lost money in this when I checked reviews got to know so many people have faced this issue but how no body has taken action on this please help us to get back our money taking action on this imeediately
