Hi,

I order 3 items worth rs. 1300 from club factory.
Money was deducted from my account twice. I have the account details as well but order was not placed.
Considering that there is application error i placed the order again therefore 2600 has been debited from my account.

The order numbers are so1519605 and so1519625 which are showing unpaid in my account.
Kindly help me refund my money...

I have ordered the products. My money also got transacted. The amount is 2470. I have the transacted statement. But during the transaction, the app got hung and i didnot receive the order confirmation. Will i get the order confirmed or will i get my money back. Please help.!! The order is not placed because the app got hung but the money got deducted....

Kindly raise a complaint against my order as I have ordered total 8 products worth rs. 5000 from club factory app but it is showing only 1 item and remaining are not available. As I already made a payment for all those item but no updates also no update about delivery.

I ordered my product on 29th april, still yet received a response from the company i called customer care no it's seem always line is busy so respond to us as soon as possible... Waiting for the product delivery or refund our money... I red to mails but they don't reply to this mail... Plz give us a full details abu ur email and contact no... I have ordered and paid the full payment on 24th of april. I am not able to track my shipment details and still it is not delivered to me.
I want to raise a complaint against club factory. I want my money to be refunded back to me bank account as soon as possible.

Iv received an incomplete order from the company
I also had to return the product received due to size problem
Sent an email on the address provided by the company twice but got no response
Thrz no contact no given plus there are two addresses given of China n US but I'm little hesitant to parcel the product due to no show behaviour of the company
Plz help...
