I had ordered 4 bags and a pair of heels with the subtotal of around 3000 rs my order number is so12596692 but i have received only two bags and the heels only. It took 10 days to arrive.
Delivery date was[protected] but still i didn't receive other two bags.

The customer care service is also available on the site.

Please send my complete shipment or tell me the reason of delay or if you can't sent then send my money back.

I have been placed order no S[protected] in which 2 item were placed but cmpany have only one item so company refund me 1613 rs on dated 25.01.2017 but no refund recieved in my account for since last 15 days and i did't recieved my pending item still today.
So[protected] As we ordered 7 items in that one item is damaged and 2 items are not good
As we want refund or exchange the item as per return policy send the items to the same address but no address on the package.
No one is picking the call as given in the website... kindly revert back as early as possible...

    I ordered goods worth 1800 from them in january as and made the payment through paytm. Received their confirmation message and also that the order has been confirmed and dispatched. Till date i hv not received my order. When i check the status it shows everyday out for pickup. Today when i call their customer care a veey rude person picks up and says aapka order cancel hi gaya hai, payment aapko wapas hoga lekin card ke through. I said i made payment through paytm on which he said phir to nahi hoga wapas "aap jaa ke so jao" i was like so taken aback. Imagine customer care person talking like this. This shows the level of this company. I am in a dilemma now what to do.

      This is with reference to order number so12834575 with awb[protected]. I placed this order on january 24, 2017. As per the records provided, it is shown as shipped. However, when i tracked the order from ecom courier website, it has been rescheduled for pickup since february 4, 2018 till today. I contacted the ecom courier via email and informed me that club factory have not handed over the physical parcel to the courier personnel. It has been two weeks since i placed the order.

        I have oredered four items from club factories on 30th january 2018 but till now i did nt get any sms or my product. I have done my payment of 3015 rs from my credit card. I need my product urgently. I tried to cal on customer service number but there is no response from there plz let me know when will it deliever? Or provide me some other customer service number so that i can talk anyone in club factory.

        On 25th January I have ordered two products Rs 1441.58. And it already reached in India newjalpaiguri Gati KWE hub on 2nd February but when I talked to Gati Courier service they said my products had already returned from Gati local hub. They told me to talk club factory but I wrote so many times to club factory in customer support chatting box but no satisfied reply from club factory. Not updating tracking from 5th February so today is 24th February.It had been already One month so what to do kindly suggest me will you resend my products or refund my money back as soon as possible. My order no is S[protected] docket or tracking no is[protected]. Kindly check out my problems and reply me immediately please.

          Hi, am buying regularly club factory.last time i get very low quality products so i return the product.1 month over they not return my amt.still they told they not received the parcel.but i already find the courier status and i wil send the signd copy(club factory persons signed and received jan/18 proffesional courier).after sending evidence copy almost 1month over still they told they check the details.

          Can i move legally.

            #Order SO12877786 is in Shipped status at Club factory portal and I was given tracking number #[protected] for Ecom Express Courier service.I called up the Courier service customer care and found that they have not received the order yet. The order has been placed on 24-Jan and I am still wondering what is the status of it and when can I expect a delivery ?

              I purchased sum things in your site but you reserve my Money through my debit card but purchased things they are not reserved to me .When the date of delivery I call your customer care executive they told me that your purchased things are seized by custom you give us your debit card number I will send you money in your account but he debit my Money second time then I approch that fellow they told me due to miss concept I will cridet i debit this amount I will send you all that money but they can't.

                I have ordered a Wrist Watch at around 2 p.m dated 08.02.2018, order id is-[protected] but my order is appearing failed on the website . after that i called to customer care no i.e - [protected] and he asked me about the payment detail of Rs 1010 of my order and after informing him, i found that 4000 also debited from my SBI Account.

                So please provide me status for the same as soon as possible.

                    Hi my money got deducted from paytm for the product. I have order tummy shaper. I got sms saying that your orderso13241935 is been processed by factories. To prepare your iteam it take 1-3 business days. I got this sms on 3rd feb 2018. No any sms till now. Please refund money or send my product. I have order so many thing from club factory this is the 1st time i face problem.

                      Order delivery took around 50 days. Quality is very poor so i requested for return and refund, on same day i received this order. Order is not visible in my account that is fault of club factory software so i am not even able to request for return.. Now i have multiple times raised concerns reg return, no one taking action reg my issue. And pick up is not being arranged.

                          Hello I have shopped upto 15k from club 23 east. 1 Feb i got the delivery but because of size or material issue I had to return multiple items. I have raised the request on the app asking for refund but haven't received any call to collect the parcel from me. Pls help as I have to return upto 7k + worth material and it's a huge amount. No doubts mater which i am not returning is very good but I need to replace others we I didn't like.

                            I have ordered 2 leather jackets from club factory. My order no. Is S07986335. Because of MATERIAL MISMATCH i had returned those products back to club factory. They said that the refunded money will credited to my patym account within 8-10 business days. It's been 30 days, i'm still waiting. My refund id is SOR[protected]. I have received a message in club factory app on 08/1/2018 that rs.1879 is refunded but i didn't receive any amount. I paid through debit card and my paytm transaction id is[protected]. They have provided contact no. in case of non payment of refund amount but that also doesn't cater the need.

                                This is regarding the refund of rs.2006.56 which was initiated on 23rd jan 2018 but not received yet.

                                I have ordered a jacket and earrings on 21st jan 2018 and paid the cash through debit card but the order was cancelled with the 'refund reason' missing status.

                                Also, i was requested to contact paytm customer service[protected] for refund details with the paytm transaction id: [protected] which i did but could not find any help as there was no query mentioned related to this so that i can contact a paytm executive.

                                Not sure why i had to contact paytm customer service when i made the payment through icici debit card!

                                @club factory please look into this asap otherwise i have to file a complaint.

                                      This is regarding my order with club factory with order no. So12627382 placed on 21st jan 2018, first of all the delivery tracking is like hell you wont even know when are you going to receive your delivery and it takes hell lot of time and on top of it the packaging and product quality seems to be like some 3rd grade material. The product i received is completely different. Till now your site is not updated with my product delivered status and am not able to raise a return request there.
                                      My sincere request kindly return back my money and get this product returned back.

                                      I need a confirmation is hangbags order is placed or not ..becoz my paytm had showed the balance 3435 given to club factory .kindly know me about confirmation.
                                      I have odered earings and after 7 days when i enquired about the expected date of delivery then they says that ur order is cancelled. I wandered how come it is. When i asked about the refund action then they are asking about my card no.

                                      This company is totally fraud, so we should take care of such companies.
