This is with reference to order number so12834575 with awb[protected]. I placed this order on january 24, 2017. As per the records provided, it is shown as shipped. However, when i tracked the order from ecom courier website, it has been rescheduled for pickup since february 4, 2018 till today. I contacted the ecom courier via email and informed me that club factory have not handed over the physical parcel to the courier personnel. It has been two weeks since i placed the order.
Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As we want refund or exchange the item as per return policy send the items to the same address but no address on the package.
No one is picking the call as given in the website... kindly revert back as early as possible...
