I purchased online the hand bag4 pieces in an offer on[protected]. I received the parcel 4days back[protected]. But i'm not happy n not satisfied the bags..     My order id is SO13183742. I placed my order on 30th January 2018. It's been 17 days and I haven't received my order yet. They promised to deliver the order within 2-5 days. But I haven't received the order yet. And their customer care number also never works. I ordered a so many items. Amount Rs. 1926.47 already paid

      My order id is SO13433384. My order has been cancelled stating that the order has been expired. It aslo stated that the payment has been refunded. But i have not got any notification from my Bank executives about the refund. In short, i have not got the amount back in my bank account. Where has the amount been refunded exactly as you stated on my order details. Refund my payment in the nearest possible time.

          I have returned 4 items on the 26th of december 2017, that i purchased from club factory and haven't received the refund till date. It has been almost 2 months and my patience is running thin. I will be left with no option than to contact the consumer forum in this regard.

          I am very disappointed in this company and will think twice before buying anything from them again.

            I have ordered shoes. It is mentioned that shoes will be delivered on 13feb. But shoe is not delivered
            All the money transactions are completed. It is mentioned that cash on delivery is not available so i have payed money through card. I have been waiting

            I have called them for more than 10a times. But it's saying that server is not working please try again.

                  I have ordered 6 products in club factory, i got 5 products on febraury 11 but i dint got one product. Please take action regarding this and inform them, so that they will come to know and they will solve. Dont neglect this, there are 656 complaints regarding this topic. Take action on this and slove it. I hope that you will slove this, if you neglect means people will not buy any products in this club factory.

                  And the customer care is not answering properly.

                      Dear Sir, I had bought a product from Club Factory which I received delivery on 4th of Feb'18. My Order No is SO12698897. Since 4th Feb I have sent them multiple requests in the Support System of their App (which says Return Policy within 9 days) and no-one till date has given me a good answer and my product has not been returned yet. I think this is a fraud company and I have been cheated. Please let me know the way forward for me to return my product.

I have ordered of about 8000 rupees. Really discussing such a poor / worst experience with club factory. Not even a single email or contact number given on site to contact just a number is provided for voicemail only nothing else, no security of money.

                                I received my product on 7the jan, and one of the product which i received is damaged,, which is not for my use...
                                I talk to customer support but for past 3days they are just wasting my time by saying
                                Is it okay to offer you a $1 compensation).

                                Now mai inke $1=64rs le k kya krungi, us damage product ka jo maine jis chij k lye purchase kiyatha wo kr hi nhi sakti mai to...
                                I said that refund my whole amount and take back your damage product but they didn't refund my amount.

                                I'm complaining because the company is fraud. I never got the goods, and the customer care executive asked for card number and declined to give the refund if not given the card number.
                                This was completely unheard of in an online shopping site. Please do something against their fraudulent ways.

                                    This is regsasrding the returning the product in online portal for club factory.

                                    I am not able to return / claim the refund as the product when details are shared in the app. They are asking credit card/ debit card number & cvv number.. Which can be used else where as well.. This is cheating. Why are they asking for these details.

                                        I had ordered 4 bags and a pair of heels with the subtotal of around 3000 rs my order number is so12596692 but i have received only two bags and the heels only. It took 10 days to arrive.
                                        Delivery date was[protected] but still i didn't receive other two bags.

                                        The customer care service is also available on the site.

                                        Please send my complete shipment or tell me the reason of delay or if you can't sent then send my money back.

                                        I have been placed order no S[protected] in which 2 item were placed but cmpany have only one item so company refund me 1613 rs on dated 25.01.2017 but no refund recieved in my account for since last 15 days and i did't recieved my pending item still today.

                                        So[protected] As we ordered 7 items in that one item is damaged and 2 items are not good
                                        As we want refund or exchange the item as per return policy send the items to the same address but no address on the package.
                                        No one is picking the call as given in the website... kindly revert back as early as possible...
