Hi,

I place an order with club factory so12408837 on jan 17, 2018 and received the item on 30 jan. However, the item was not making much sense with the description on the website hence i wanted to return it. I made the order through the guest account and the return option is not showing, i conveyed this to the customer care team and they are telling me to just parcel the package to their address but the courier team need a return form which club factory is not providing.

Please help.

I had ordered different product worth rs1917 from club factory. They had first show transaction failed. Then again i entered the card details. Then i got a message order order conformed with id so13044472. Then i got two mails for my transaction that from paytm that shows two times they taken the payment from my account. And also get
I message from bank shows two times balance gone from my account

I have ordered for grey colour slip-on for rs 615 on 23rd january 2018. I've got d emails nd my tracking no. But i'm not able to track my order as club factory's tracking sight is not open. Hi team,

I’m feeling very unfortunate that i’m writing this to you about the fraud that i faced recently with club factory. I placed order no. So9868603. On 15dec2017 and i was assured that the package will be delivered in a 14-15 days but it took more than a month for the delivery, on calling the customer care several times i was given the same information repetitively that the package was on the way and that it will be delivered in next 24 hours.
After one month when the package arrived, i hv seen that the item that was delivered was completely different than the order that i had placed. Later when i informed about this to club factory i was told that my amount will refunded with screenshot of applied refund n it has been told me that no need to return wrongly delivered order... Again i waited 7-10 days still no received any refund... Yesterday when i talk to customer service i came to know that refund which was applied goy denied by financial team... Without my information how you ppl can do this... I am sitting ideal with no work to tk continues follow up on this. Or this is the way you are taking care of your customers... Added to this one more thing
I have received my another order so10623390 from the same club factory and it took long too for its delivery with incorrect item delivery. I have ordered red color hoodies they delivered pink... N as compensation they have refunded half amount of that n ask me to keep ordered one i agreed bcz i don't want to waste my tm in this... Along with hoodies i have ordered one cloth n slim wear but quality of those cloths is poor... When i asked why i got answer that we are posting pictures which are taken from high class cameras that y it's look different than picture what you are receiving...
This is the worse experience of online shopping i ever had.
Kindly help me with this.

.. This is the worst experience of buying i have ever had.. I demand a return and a compensation for all the unnecessary trouble your so called new fraudulent company has caused me? It’s so irresponsible and stupid of yourll to tell me that yourll are sorry for the quality. Yourll should be checking for quality in the first place. Plus club factory products look so good online and are nothing like wat the pictures are when they are delivered. Yourll are such frauds and deceitfully send cheap clothes from delhi, everyone knows how dirt cheap clothes from delhi are. It’s shameful that yourll are selling such cheap clothes and are overpricing it n fooling customers.

I returned a product from clubfactory app "Men Casual Fashion Shoes" and revieved it on 9/01/2018. Order No is S[protected]. I returned it on 12/01/2018 because it was not same as the picture but still I have not recieved my refund amount of Rs.1144 by clubfactory. PLEASE HELP.

We have received the order on 1st of feb; the products we have seen on the website and the actual orders are not at all same.

The material of clothes and bags are just waste so now we dont want to keep these products so please refund the money.

We called at the noida office for the refund process but they are asking for the card details with cvv and all details.

Dont run such a scam with customers.

Club factory has refused to deliver the booked items and cancelled my order without intimation. Now they are not refunding the money and asking for my debit card details.

They are fraud, sent me an consignment number for ecom express :[protected]. Stating that order will deliver in 2-3day. However never handed oover my ordered items for courier company, now not refunding my money and asking me to pay again to get the same staff.

I still need a refund of rs. 1780.39 against oder no. So11232591. Where is my refund? I need my money today?

I have been waited for 14 days till now but i didn't get any response via tracking update. I want to know where my product reach. My order no is so12430003. Every time i talk to support centre they told me it will reach soon around 3 to 4 days but its not happening. I would like club factory to clear my doubts as soon as possible

Actually the size & measurements of the products did not match to original pictures and to me also. I paid this products by online payment methods. Dear sir, i have buy 9 items from club factory and i paid all the amount by debit card. I received my item, but i am not satisfied by their product. So i retrun the all iteam but no one come fromclub factory to take the item back. They says we have to return the item within 9days. And i sent return request before5 days but no. No one can come and take the parcel back. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
