Dear sir,

I have done online transaction on 29/01/2018 from club factory app and the item of order no - so13101232 has not delivered in my address. I would like to inform you that an amount of order is already deducted from my account. I tried calling all the customer care which i could not connect.

So, consider my problem & update the status

M orderd a blazer coat but the payment done two times first time it seems not done the payment but amount has been deducted by my account then I m tried second time then it was sussecful and amount was deducted one more time

    Dear Team,

    I have ordered one hood cap sweatshirts on[protected] of Rs.1230.48 and on[protected] i have cancelled the same order.

    Now Club Facrory application showing that On[protected] amount has been refunded to my account which i didn't received. Even on 14 Dec 2017 there is no transaction from my bank account. Same i have checked my PAYTM application refund amount is not transferred there as well. Screenshots is attached for your reference.

    Request you to do the needful ASAP.

      Yesterday i have ordered four earings from your club factory at 9:00 p. M.in the time of transaction the amount is deducted two times for particular product. I don't know how it is possible. The deducted amount is rs. 585

      May 11th Jun Ordered 2018, then my order was conceded 29 Jan I did not get my money back
      My order was ordered on 11th January, on 14th January, my order was cencle. 16 I received a message that I have refunded that my acunt is not showing in the show. It can take you 10 days but today it has been 13 days for me My money was not found

        I'm Anees Sultana
        My product order id is SO12931872
        I have ordered 7 hangbags at a time on[protected] and the order got approved and notification was given az mu order will deliver in february on so and so date. That means my order got confirmed. But after 3 days i.e, today on[protected] I got one more notification saying that my complete order got automatically cancelled. I wonder why you people will give discounts and if we order something you will accept and in 2 days you will cancel it. I'm sorry but this way the site will not work. Even I don't know how to get my money back as I have paid online by credit card. We customers will start expecting but what we get from club factory only disappointments. I just want my order to be deliver at any cost as it is not my problem. Or else I want my complete amount back in my account. If I gets d order I really appreciate and if not after getting my amount back I'm going to delete this app for sure. Thanks!

        I ordered a sweatshirt and a winter cap on club factory . They didn't send me the sweater and notified me saying my amount of 1097 has been refunded to my SBI account .they send it via pay tm . I am not a paytm user. I haven't received any bank statement saying the transaction
        They must refund my money immediately.

          Service is not upto the mark amount is not returned thoe product is not dleivered we would take a strict action regarding ur members. Club factory is not a homely app they dont pay attention towards their customers. You should learn to respect complaint. Ur delivery n charges are way than ur services. Please keep ur app familier and plzz i[censored] cant return money then plzz make cash on delivery option available. Wise ur quality of clothes are not gud overall u should give a customer his money right back after u members mistake. N the product us stolen by ur delivery boyso

            I am order shoes on 15.01.2018 and order no is so12245828 and it is approved.
            Showing delivery date feb.2nd 2018 but on 26 jan 2018 it is auto cancelled by your side.
            I am eagerly waiting of my order but why order is cancelled from your side?
            I don't want money back i want product,
            If you have problem of delivery why you accept order.
            Because of this i am on hope for delivery but you suddenly cancelled order.

              I had ordered two sets of rings from club factory but i received only one. I had made the payment online for the complete order. The contact number given in the contact support is being mentioned to be have full mail box and hence the call is not connecting. Neither are they replying to the mail. I either want my product to be shipped to me or else want the money back for the same. Need some kind of help please.

                  When i contacted ecomm they told me to contact clubfactory helpline as they have not received the shipment. Please let me know the status of my consignment.

                    I ordered 1 sweater from club factory on 1/1/2018. My order no. Is so11054917. Because of mistake in stitching i returned that product back to club factory. They said that the refunded money will credited to my patym account within 5 business days. It's been 5 days, i'm still waiting. My refund id is sor[protected]. I received a message on 25/1/2018 that rs.1310 is refunded but i didn't receive any amount. I paid through debit card hdfc and my paytm transaction id is [protected].

                      I received my package today morning (26th jan 2018) from club factory. The dress i ordered was way too big for me, than i saw on the dress l label was given. Later i saw that on the packaging s sticker was pasted. I complained to the customer care full day they argued with me. Even though i sent pictures on the dress label they were referring that sticket on packet is correct so item is correct. I sent them measurement pictures even.
                      They are telling i[censored] want to return item u have to send courier and that also specific to india post. I am really fade up with the service and why i have to be pay for their cheating. Please help!

                        I had ordered two pair of footwear on 12/01/2018 as a guest and got it delivered on 24/01/2018. Since i found the size to be inappropriate i wished to exchange it. Club factory provides no such service and after query on app support i was asked to apply for return. An address was given where i was supposed to go for processing for return. The given address is far from my home address so i wanted to inquire details about shipping fee. I was not given any contact number, not able to find it online and the one i found and contacted seemed to be a fraud asking about my card details. I need a proper help regarding this whole return process but it is getting more complicated.

                          I ordered few items from club factory online site on 15 december but till today i am not able to get any information about my product. As price amount is paid at first so i am worried that it will receive them or not. Last date of receiving my order is on 2nd february but then also i should be getting any messages about my order but there is no message which i received on my gmail or message. L want those products to be delivered as soon as possible because of some personal work.

                            So11915412 from last 12 days there is no update, i was booked it through facebook, and after login through club factory app it is showing empty order history, not even a single update received about this order. I also paid in advance, that i committed blunder by believing on chinese fraudster.
                            After booking i came to know that this is china factory, i will suggest everyone to not to buy anything from this rubbish fraud china company.
                            They are making fool.

Now the problem is that I had applied for return request within a day of receiving the parcel but still nobody has come to take the parcel back from my address.                                         My payment has deducted but no order is showing in my app. My order no is. So12727983.
                                        Please help. Please refund my amount... My amount is deducted from paytm wallet but order is not showing by their side.
