I have cleared my technical round Jan 13th and completed my HR on Jan 22nd. I was informed that I'll get offer letter in the weekdays. But I didn't get confirmation call/ mail after that.would like to know if there is any update. Could you please help me

    Hi, I have attended my HR in Nov 27, 2021 for role GenC developer, i have got an mail that i have got selected for the role on Jan 20, 2022. Now its been an month still i didn't receive any mail regarding offer letter or date of joining. So, please inform me with any updates on my profile.

      I am done with my Technical round on Feb 9th. Received call from HR on Feb 10th and informed that I was selected and had salary discussion and requested to submit the documents. I have submitted the documents on Feb 10th. Since that time there was no update from the HR/ Cognizant team about when there are going to release the offer letter. I have sent 3 follow up mails but not received any reply.

      Any assistance would be a great help to me.

      I have only HR mail ID as communication channel but not receiving the response.

      If there is any team mail ID distro yo whom I can reach out could you please share those details.

              Have got an offer via college now that I have to accept the job offer through the respected link sent by Cognizant.

              My joining was 5th of February but have not received my Onboarding Pass and then 17th February DOJ is assigned still I have not received the Onboarding Pass yet.

                Hi,

                I done my TR on[protected], after that i got a mail from cognizant team on[protected] for CIS form and documents submission, after that i got a call from HR for finalHR discussion on[protected]. HR said like that my offer will release in a week time but as of now one month completed. I called to HR for my offer status she said like "my team is working on your profile so please give us more time".

                Still how many days will take to release offer?

                Please Respond my query...

                  I received my offer letter on 24 November 2021 which I had accepted within the given Time period. After that I also uploaded my documents timely. Then I received a mail regarding my Date of Joining (DOJ) on 17 December stating that I would be Onboarded in January 2022. After that I have not received any information regarding my DOJ it is month of February now. I have raised 2 queries in the C2C platform about my DOJ but they were unanswered.
                  I kindly request you to please provide me with any available information regarding my DOJ.

                    CTS employee, Sivaranjani S, who joined on 14-OCt-2019 (Offer Ref No :[protected], submitted a lot of fake documents while at the time of Joining.
                    She was a regular MSC Mathematics graduate 2016 to 2018 batch and She completed her BSC and MSC in ST.Joseph's Arts and Science College, Cuddalore.At the time of Joining in CTS she was fresher but she did not show her MSC and instead of MSC she showed a lot of working experience and joined as an experienced candidate.MSC Tc Attached for your reference.

                    TC can be verified here (Her college portal) (https://sjctnc.directverify.in/student/#/app/request).

                    She cheated our company very cleverly. This is really very dishonest and a great cheat.

                    At Least please trust the attached proofs, requesting you to Please check once then u will find deception.
                    My humble request to you to take severe action against this fraudulent activity.

                    Lot of times i have sent mails to our HR compliance team but they are not taking any action towards her.

                          My date of joining was 18th december, 2021. At that time my college exams were going on, so that is why I have asked for delay my date of joining to february 15, 2022. I haven't received any mail after that regarding joining.

                            Person name Gurrala Venkateshwara Reddy has joined the company Cognizant with full fake experience and fake interview which was taken by other person. Why the company is not even checking the vedio of interview and the person joining. It is very unfair for those who have genuine work experience and for freshers who are on same level of knowledge but gets paid higher.

                                I had given an interview, after that i didnot receive any communication from HR related to the result or feedback. We spend time on interviews and after that we need closure for the same. Even if we are not selected for the next round.
                                Before attending interview HR calls multiple times to make sure that i will attend the call. But after that even when i requested for feedback, there is no communication from the HR

                                  Hi Team,

                                  During Background verification my passport details were updated but now my passport got expired.

                                  Instead of passport i have uploaded voter id card during background verification.

                                  When submitting pre joining formalities I am getting error as incorrect passport expiry date.

                                  But I am unable to edit the details which I have entered during back ground verification...They are greyed out.

                                  I have contacted "[protected]@cognizant.com" but don't received proper response yet.

                                  I have already applied for passport renewal.

                                  Could you please update my passport availability details as "No" or update the expiry date to future date so that I can complete the pre joining formalities.
