100Bestbuy.com — Complaint against 100bestbuy.com for defective i-pod | |||
Hi, My name is Sanchit Rawat.I had ordered an i-pod from 100bestbuy.com. After placing the order i recieved a call from the service provider for the home address verification and discussing the product details. They told me that the i-pod is of SONY company, and along with i-pod we are giving earphone, warranty card, data cable and you need to pay the Rs 699 on delivery and this is our offer prize actual price of it is Rs 2999. So i placed the order. After 4 days of their call i recieved the i-pod through courier, but when i opened the pack i found that its was a Local i-pod,data cable and i-pod both are not working ,and there is no warranty card .I tried calling your customer care no. [protected] but no one is picking the call. Ref. no. on packet is 94705 Kindly take the appropriate action as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I totally disagree with u maya. I have been cheated by this firm. None one bothered to listen to my endless complains. I am going to file a case against this firm and make sure that stern steps are taken against them.

you knw the people who replies good thought about 100bestbuy they are fakes, they just signd into make people like us to fool, i[censored] comment on them also they will never rply, 100bestbuy is an another meaning of fake. only one things i would say about cheating people are not living in the world they living in the hell like devils.

This is maya here .I ve order for ipod+watch combo from 100bestbuy.com .Then next day itself i got a cal from them .Then they told me about product later i confirmed address . Then after few days i received a product through courier . When i open dat it was very nice i got ipod with charger and head phone and branded watch .Thanks for ur good service ;.
