I have ordered Samsung headset black from 100BestBut site of Rs. 254. Below are details for the same. The order is placed on behalf of "rashmi mishra".

I have already mailed to 100bestbuy on below mail ids but still no reply has got from their end.

    This is a fake site. there is no customer care number, and all those numbers they have mentioned are all fake(they always say number is busy).
    And i placed a order for a Tee shirt a month ago , and still i havent heard, if i mail them asking for that they say that it is out of stock(this will be the replay every time).
    And they wont refund the money. Its just fake.

    DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE PLEASE.
    I finally got the product...

    My advice to you guys, is to improve the customer service.

      I have ordered online 2 Nos. o[censored]S Polo Association T shirts (1 Solid Blue and 1 Yellow). I paid a total of Rs. 1040 for two Tshirts including the shipping charges.I received only Yellow Tshirt. After several emails and telephone calls no positive results seen to despatch the missing item or to refund the balance amount. I have received mails from Mr. Pavan and Ms. Sneha promising the despatch of the missing item. But recently they are not attending the calls also.
      Please bring this issue to the attention of concerned.

      I ordered a t shirt with 100best buy .com
      it was to be delivered soon..
      but 2-3 days after i placed the order i got a mail that my order would be delivered late..
      the customer care is not pickin up my phone...nor are there any meals...
      there is some genuine problem kindly address the issue

        I will start from the begining of the problem. I made online submissions to the contest wherein they claimed that entire money would be refunded in case a person does not win the contest. But later I realised that the amount was accumulated in the account in terms of points and not money.

        I then enquired about it and then I was made aware that this was based on the their polocies but it was kept hidden. Also they informed to utilise the points without disclosing that I would not qualify for the Contest once I use it.

        Hence I made purchases to utilaae the points and ordered a Philips SHE9700 for 1028/- plus shipping charges and they did not dispatch it for a month. When I enquired about it I was told that the product is not available in their catalogue and would be despatched once they have it. But all of a sudden they credited back the points without my permisson stating that they do not have the product. When I checkec their website I could find the same product with a price tag of Rs.1463.

        I called their helpdesk asking to escalate but no joy. I managed to speak to Mr. Gupta (one of the Supervisors) and he promised me call back which never happened. The contact numbers specified from them remained unanswered. Still I am waiting for a solution being stuck in the SCAM from 100bestbuy.com.

        Can you please get ths looked into and find a resolve to it?

          I got a call from 100bestbuy.com on 30th march.a lady called me and told me that I won a reebok digital watch(not analog) worth Rs.8899.she also told me that their company will provide me this wrist watch absolutely free of cost,but I have to pay the courrier cost which is Rs.620.I asked her to give me the details of the site where I can find the watch.she gave me an address(shop4reebok.com and the product code i.e i19660).
          today is 5th april.and I just received the package.but unfortunately it is a analog wrist watch of reebok,and the MRP.is only 999.

          hope you will take a good decession in favour of me.

            Hi, I am Ajay . I want to bring a hopeless and worst experience of 100bestbuy to all people notice. I was called and told buy 100bestbuy that I won a contest and will be getting an Apple IPOD with warrenty card and 8gb Memory card. And I have to pay Rs. 1150 for that. When I paid amount by cash on delivery and received the product, I found it was a scrap instead of Apple IPOD in it with 2gb memory card and no warrenty card. I returned the product and after lot of efforts and spending much amount on calls, I succeeded to get the cedit points for the amount. I purchased Police sunglass with those credit points but due to unavialability in stock they were unable to provide it to me. And surpisingly 788 credit points deducted from account for the sunglasses . I am calling continiously calling their call center for those credit points from last 15 days but not able to get those.
            I am daily getting answers that I will get points on evenong 6:30, but didn't get till date. The hopeless call center guy( Chandrashekhar ) once told me that it is too old case and will give credit points as per their convinience. I request you all that not to purchase any product from this site . All the product from this site are worst one and this is my personal experience. ref no for Sunglasses is 3305930 for which I didnt get the credit points. Hopeless product , hopeless service and cheater people.

            As discussed, with you, you are upposed to add the credit points by Monday, 16 April. But I'm still waiting for the credit points to be added in my account. In above reply, you are making the false statement that you added the credit points . Please add the credit points as soon as possibe.

              I have bought a combo offer (T-Shirt and Watch) )in best buy.com, there are several challenges faced by me

              1. Customer service number never works perfectly,when ever we try to reach there will be no response
              2. The product i looked and ordered and the product that I have received has no resemblance,Thought to get adjusted with the one I received but the Watch is a very pretty old one with improper packed in a rusty Old Box.I have attached the pictures of the offers proposed and the watch i received also. There was not any intimation to me when they changed it and am not able to reach the customer service even.Please look into the matter for a better solution.

              Please advice.

                I have purchase transcand pendrive of 4 gb on 24th of april.. but the status is still showing shippment in progress...I have nearly tried 5 phone number which they provided some are switched off .. and some are going to ivr message.. why they try to cheat people and why the govt encourage people who established ecommerce website...with this type of webpages each and every user affraid to purchase any thing online...I request the govt.. of india to verify each and every webpages who promote their website.. also seaze the bank details of the fradulants ... so that each and every one will think of building a fradulant webpage...

                  I have ordered Shri Dhan Laxmi Yantra-2,Shri Hanumant Shani Siddh Kawach-1 from 100bestbuy.Com, but they have not sent me Laxmi Yantra,Hanumant Shani Siddh Kawach ,I will Enquiry &watch on their website. When I called to their customer care they are No any Reply me. their address and they will replace it and will not sent the Product. My order ID Ref.No.is: 1836332. I will pay online Through Credit card INR Rs. 1456-00 But I have not receive them this product. back at their address along with the invoice. I do have the copy of invoice and letter sent to them. This incident took place in Jan.'2012. But even after my several reminder emails and phone calls they have not yet sent me any reply. Even they have not refunded the amount back to me till date. I am not able to contact them now as their customer care number is also not working properly. I think they are totally fraud and are cheaters.

                      I am Manoj Shrivastava ! I have paid Rs.99 on 10/02/12 &Rs.299 on 12/02/12 to participate in contest in 100bestby.com. On 13/03/12 I have got
                      a telephone call from # [protected] that you have been selected in under 20 and will get a Video iPod of nano co. wid display of
                      6.5cm & 16GV memory.She also take a confirmation and told that you will get your article within 10 days through COD,you can check
                      the product if you not satisfied you can refuse the courier.
                      But on 22/03/12 a courier with reference no.2955176 came to I have paid Rs.1051/ to delivery boy and when I open the docket there is only an audio
                      ipod and a 2GB memory card found inside. While calling to their costumer care no.[protected] &# [protected] there is no response at all.# [protected] this no.is reporting as invalid no.
                      Plz take care of matter seriously and save people from this type of frauds.

                        100 best buy Reference No - 2486291 Provider First Flight - Shipment In process

                        I had ordered Puma Shoes and watch from 100bestbuy.com 2 months ago. but there is no option of seeing what you have oredered or any record or payment on 100bestbuy.com.

                        And even after 2 months I havent recieved anything from them. I had called them several times and asked about my products, they even dont have record of the products I had ordered. But they have record of my payment and their on their track delivery option they are showing that product is dispatched.

                        Now even after several requests they are not refunding my money nor they are agrreing to send me any product..

                        I hope this forum can help me..

                        But my request to all of you.. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 100BESTBUY.COM

                            I placed an order for 2 Nos. Garnier Wrinkle Lift Anti-Ageing Cream (40gm) on www.100BestBuy.com. The Order No. 2562741 dated 17th February 2012 was executed promptly; but I received only one pack instead of ordered and paid for two nos.

                            My e-mail of the 23rd February 2012 did not bring any response. Sent reminders on 27th February, 1st March, 4th March and 6th March to [protected]@100bestbuy.com and also [protected]@100bestbuy.com apart from submitting the same on the website www.100bestbuy.com.

                            While mistakes can always happen; but no response, not even an acknowledgement to my repeated reminders puts it beyond doubt that the company has malafide intentions and is only cheating its customers.

                              In placed a order with 100bestbuy shopping portal on 2nd march'12 for " Lotto shoes" (size 09 ) priced at Rs 855/- + delivery charges 150/- ie total 1005/- , payment was made through net banking .Delivery period committed by website is 7-10 days. I inquired about the same on customer care no provided on the website , but most of the IVR responded as busy . After lot of persuasion i was able to talk with one of the executive , who could not provide any information. I mailed also to their [protected]@100bestbuy.com and [protected]@100bestbuy.com but no reply received . On 16th March'12 i received a courier from 100bestbuy . On unpacking the box i found that it did not contain the ordered " Lotto" shoes but some one old pair of cheap quality / inferior shoes one of them also without lace.( Photo attached ) I called to their customer care no., executive replied very harshly i need to send these shoes to them and then only they would proceed anything. Now i shall arrange to send back wrong product wait for replacement .
                              Customer care and serviceability of 100best buy is really very pathetic.
                              every online shopper must keep away from this portal.

                              Received a parcel today from 100bestbuy, found that the shoes sent by you are again a inferior/ cheap quality and not the “ Lotto” brand as ordered my me and reminded to you thru variou telephonic call and mails.
                              It seems that 100bestbuy has been doing this willingfully with an intetnion of cheating me. I am being harassed by 100bestbuy by sending wrong items again . I have spent Rs 1105/- till now in this deal with 100bestbuy (Rs 1005 paid to 100bestbuy thru ICICI netbanking and Rs 100 to send back wrong item to you by courier ).This is not as per Fair Business ethics.
                              You are requested to send me my ordered item ie “Lotto” Shoes –size 09 without any further delay or return back my amount .

                                We ordered an item called "Funskool Creative Kit" (Rs. 377/- + 100rs shipping charges). (order ID: 2488462)

                                The item we received is completely different. We received an item called "Shell Art" (Rs. 249/-).



                                The product description of the item that we have ordered was as below.

                                This Creative kit comes in a re-usable jar that is transparent and red coloured. Your kids creative mind needs a practical approach to shape their imagination.                                 I have already raised a complaint regarding this, and they asked to courier the product to them back.

                                I have done that.

                                Now, they sent me the same item again.

                                There is no proper reply for the enquiries regarding this. customer care is worst.

                                This looks like real cheating. It seems there is no real product available with them which is shown in their website. In that case, I want my money back.

OF MRP RS.135/-. THEY HAVE NOT ONLY OVERCHARGED BUT ALSO SHORT SUPPLIED THE ITEMS. 100 BESTBUYS IS INTO CHEATING CONSUMERS. AGAINST TOTAL RS.512/- PAID THEY HAVE SUPPLIED ONE ITEM OF MRP RS.135/-! IF IT IS NOT CHEATING THEN WHAT? PUBLIC BE AWARE OF THIS ONLINE SELLERS.
                                  100best buy calls me there is a gift voucher and 1 rebook watch, 4gb pendrive for u and i accept that its cost Rs.1100 they send me a broken glass watch only i resend back theproduct there is no reply...!!

                                      I have been buying products from 100bestbuy.com and i am very pleased with the quality of product i ordered from 100bestbuy.com so far. Recently 100bestbuy.com had ran a contest on their site for different products. On seeing that i paid online RS. 444 for Apple I phone 4S on 5th Nov 2011. After 20 days I received a call from 100bestbuy.com people that i have won that Apple I phone 4S and would be receiving it in 5 to 6 working days.
                                      WOW.....Thanks a lot 100bestbuy.com. I have never won any contest in my life but thanks to 100bestbust.com that i won Apple I phone 4S. I have recommended 100bestbuy.com to all my family members and friends. Its so cool. Thank you so much 100bestbuy.com.

                                        Must say that the service of 100bestbuy.com people is amazing and their service is awesome. I bought HP 16GB pen drive the price of which was much less compared to any other online shopping site and i got it delivered to my place in just 3 days. Also there are various payment option available on the site which makes it easier for us to buy things. Anyone shopping on other sites, just give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.
