    Hello everyone,

    I have sign in for a Iphone 4s contest on 16th feb. I have payed 444/- by online. however after the payment i do not recieved any order confirmation. I have sent email to them to get me the order , no response. Even I tried to call their customer service, and I get IVR response "all customers are busy or you might have tried after business hours" irrespective of time. These are really cheating customers. Friends please do not order any goods. I think the positive response uploaded in this forum is fake and seems to be uploaded by them.......... Be aware............

      100bestbuy.com has really improved the service in terms of delivery. The service quality has really improved than what was provided few months ago. I was just surprised to get a book "Wings Of Fire: An Autobiography" by APJ Abdul Kalam delivered to me in just 3 days and at lesser price than what was being offered by the other website. The website layout has also improved from the previous layout, although i think there is a lot of scope for improvement when compared to other online shopping sites.
      Hope they service quality will always be maintained.

        I shop online maybe once a month and have never had a better experience with any other customer service. My first 100bestbuy.com purchase a set of toys for my daughter, the "4 day express delivery" was actually delivered in only 3 days. The toys were perfectly as they showed in the website but one was broken and the remote was not working. I called them right away to exchange the toys.
        After 10 times they received the call. While on the phone with the replied, she asked me the order number and then asked me to return the product to our address that was broken and the new toy was delivered in next 8 days at home. I got my new product in 6 days.Very cool!. Only suggestion from my side is to make customer care more better.

          I had purhcased a ipod from 100bestbuy. My product ref no is 1889930.They promised me a 4gb memory card also.I got the product delivered in a worst packing condition and with no memory card and USB port.I requested for sending the 4GB Memory card and USB port.They inturn replied plz send the product back .The cost of sending back is equal to the product purchase cost.Hence i requested for to send the 4GB memory card and USB but they used to reply me only the previous delivery details that u r product was delivered.

          I request all o[censored] dont fall prey to online purchases.I[censored] pay more also go for shopping .All companies wont perform correctly.
          one more thing i had applied for online contest and paid money but till know i dnt know wht happened to that.Further this 100bestbuy no body will pick i[censored] want to give complaint over phone.

            The complain is against www.100bestbuy.com C/O Suksh Technology pvt Ltd, Salarpuria Hallmark, 15/[protected]@16, 4th floor, Kadubeesanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore - 560087, INDIA.

            I had participated in a lucky draw contest on www.100bestbuy.com for Apple iPhone 4S in Rs. 199/- on 17 December 2011.

            On Friday 20 January I had received a call from a representative of the company regarding the draw result for the contest.

            The lady on the phone said that while I have not been selected as winner for an Apple iPhone 4S, the company was offering an Apple iPod shuffle and Reebok watch combo instead.

            I inquired with the lady whether it was an "Apple iPod" to which her response was yes - "It is Apple iPod Shuffle - 4th generation player", and that I will have to only pay the taxes and courier charges - amounting Rs. 1164/- as COD.

            Since it was another Apple product - as she had confirmed, I confirmed my interest for the same.

            When I received the products via 100bestbuy / Ref: 1944382 on Monday 23 January, 2012, I was shocked to see the contents!!!

            There was no "Apple iPod" but instead a locally made cheap quality mp3 player which is an iPod look-alike! Top it up with extremely dirty and damaged earphones with a bad replica of Kingfisher like logo on it, which I couldn't even touch - let alone using them in my ears!!!

            I tried reaching on their call centre to clarify this, but their numbers are ALWAYS busy, and have never got through with them on call.

            Alternately, I wrote to them on customer support email id, expressing my unwillingness to accept these products, and that I receive complete refund of my money: Rs 199/- for contest + Rs. 1164/- paid COD.

            But all I got was only an auto/ standard response on 6 February!

            In-spite of sending several reminders, the company has not bothered to address my grievance, nor shown the courtesy to respond back to the numerous reminders.

            As a last resort, I am filing this complain on the forum for guidance and further action.

              i got a call from this website that uyou have won an IPOD 8GB's of SONY whose market value is 6000+, but we offer u on 80% discount, our Rs.398/- always diposited & after adjust of this ammount you will pay only Rs.951/- against this deal. i agree but when i have received the parcel it's not a sony IPOd, it's local made non branded with very poor quality (it's app. value in mkt is Rs.150/- max.). These people cheated me... when i called up the customer care service these people they disconnect the phone after listening the problem...100 best buy is the part of big scammer & cheater company...

              Plz kindly take action against them and try to refund my money plus penalty ( sony IPOD 8GB) on these people for cheating the people and doing frauds so that they close this company. ihave received the call from[protected] Dt.1st feb. 2012, time 18:07.& i have the recording for proof... product received on Dt: 8 or 9th of FEB. 2012.

              I-Value Mart/Digital Camera — Non receipt of the booked product

              This is my second complaint in the Consumer Complaints. As already detailed in my previous complaint, I have booked a Digital Camera for Rs. 8000/-and the payment was made by me through the SBI Credit Card.The product was booked by me in Feb.2008 under order no.3213 but the same was not delivered to me till July. After persistant persuataion, they somehow renewed my order another order no 5690 was communicated to me. But till this date, i.e 5th of Dec. 2008. nothing has been heard from the company. This is a fraud company, and their only job is to cheat the customers. I request you to kindly give ear to my complaint and have the company blacklisted as well as his registeration be cancelled. I want my money back and I do not want the product. Kindly do something.

                  i placed an order on 26jan... 2172055 bluedart no.[protected] in wich i ordered a saree,a ladies bag,a ladies watch,8gb pendrive n chocolate for my wife ..first of all as promised they didnt send the products on time n secondly wen after 20 days i received them...to my surprise the products rlooked horrible....the saree hasnt been sent ...handbag looks like a roadside bag worth not even 50rs....n i ordered a black bag n i got sum brown cheaplooking bag, chocolate box was opened, not even packed, out of 10chocolate pieces 2 were missing, watch is sum duplicate TITEx watch..........horrible!!!!!! 100bestbuy is the worst online shopping site.......... its not the first time it has happened with me..earlier also wen i have placed ordered they have alwaz sent sum duplicate products n not completed the delivery of all products....

                  i have tried calling dem 100times on there ccare no. [protected] they dont seem to respond......

                  finalli this is the last way left to show tht 100bestbuy is a big cheater company!!!!

                    Shopping on 100bestbuy.com site is the BEST!! The stores are great.! There is lots of varieties like Mobiles, Electronics, Apparels, Chocolates, Accessories, Devotional, Health/Beauty, books, Toys etc. I most always find exactly what I am looking for. I find quality items, the sellers are really good, easy to communicate with.
                    It is not an auction, you get to communicate with the sellers, make offers, haggle. There is no pressure or hurry or anxiety. It is so easy, you don't have to wait and wait 7 days for the send of bidding. The invoices are completed, there is no guessing. I have purchased many times there and all experienced have been very positive. I recommend this site to all my friends and will highly recommend it to everyone.

                      I am going to register a complaint in consumer forum against
                      I participated in a contest in 100bestbuy.com for gold and paid Rs. 211 for that. after some time 100bestbuy informed me that i have been selected for 10 lucky winners and they are going to give me APPLE ipod worth Rs 5000 in just Rs 1000.
                      I confirmed to pay Rs 1000 for apple ipod in cash on delivary basis.
                      after the courier person deliverd me that ipod, they asked for Rs 1138, i thought courier charges would be included in it. so i paid that amount.
                      After opening the packet i found a chinese ipod (may be worth Rs. 100).
                      You cheated me..
                      I want my Rs. 1138 + 211 back.
                      I am trying the customer care number given in website but its going switch off..
                      The courier person's mobile is also switch off..
                      Please reply if Anybody can help me to get my money back.. pls suggest what to do..

                        Hello,

                        100bestbuy.com is a contest website the offered me a consolation prize in a contest. I was told that i will get an apple ipod with 2gb memory card, and i have to pay cash on delivery of Rs 1050, and it has a 30 day money back offer.

                        I agreed for it and received a courier from them. To my surprise when i opened the packet it was some junk with no brand name. I contacted the support immediately and found out that it did not have the player only the earpiece and datacable was there.

                        The customer service said that they will refund me the amount as credit points not as cash. The offer by that guy was a fraud probably his culture reflects here.
                        Then I had to return them the packet and they told that i will receive the refunded credit in my account in 24 hours of they receive it back.

                        Ok i sent them the item back and they received it on 1st of feb 2012 but today is 3rd of feb 2012 and i got no refunded credit points but i got an email that they have sent me another of that same item. When i contacted them the customer service responded in a very unmannerly way and said that it was their mistake but it will take more 2 days to rectify it.

                        Please be aware that this organization is a fraud as the use all ways to fool customers.

                        On the website you can see testimonials which are always the same very good ones.
                        I know you can make out what i want to say.

                        When I try to speak to some higher authority nobody is there.

                        The customer service is very poor and responds in a very insulting way.

                          This is to alert the citizens of India that this company is operating under the name of: http://www.100bestbuy.com. They have their office in Bangalore. They advertise good at throw away prices and debit you for that small amount which varies from RS100 to RS500. Then they do not return the money and inform you that you did not won the contest and they promise you to refund the money which they never do it. Then they call you and say they will send Apple Ipod with Rebook Watch costing Rs15000/- for free and we have to pay just handling charges of Rs1000/- The goods are delivered thru Aramex Courier. When you open the goods you have small Chinese MP3 Player which does not cost more than Rs150/- and Rebook watch which cost no more than RS49/-.
                          PLEASE BLACK LIST THEM AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WISH TO LOOSE MONEY.
                          I shall be filling a consumer case separately against them.

Inspite of several phone calls and e-mails nodboy is responding to the complain. This company is a CHEAT and FRAUD as till today the product is not delivered.

                              Customer care of 100bestbuy.com seems busy lurking new innocent people because everyone feels cheated and don't want to continue any relationship with 100bestbuy.

                              I participated in a contest and I was not selected for same product so I deserve my money back, although in form of credit points that could be redeemed by them for future shopping/contest. But they tried to sell an unbranded iPOD that I never ordered saying either you can choose either of three options of them else loose everything.

                              Why should I choose a product that I have never ordered .Please look into this matter.

                                I participated a contest which was playing through 100bestbuy.Com just rs.199 for so many products. So I applied for one Samsung Galaxy Note for that i made payment 5 times of worth rs 199 each and end of month me haven't selected for lucky draw, then i called them to revert my money and they told me that this Money will not be refundable. if you win in this contest, you will win the product free of cost which will be chosen from you by 100bestbuy website. If you will not win your money will be added as credit points in our site, by that credit point you can purchase any products from 100bestbuy website in very less price. Then i ordered a HTC Explorer from 100bestbuy, then i receive a mail and call from their executive and he told me to pay online and then he give me order number. After online payment, again he called me and give me order number and said you will received your product by courier within 6 days. After 10 days i got my product(HTC Explorer) and i save more than RS. 3500 as well as i use my credit points to purchase this product. Its market cost is around RS.10839. I m very happy with their online service.

                                  I ordered MP3 player, Kuber kunji and leather belt from 100 bestbuy.com. I got a call from 100bestbuy.com, they told to me to pay online to get the product. Then i paid online and i got my order number and again they called me and told that i will get my products within 5-6 days.
                                  After 8 days i got my product. I liked Kuber kunji and leather belt but not MP3 player because it didn't work properly. Again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product they will send another MP3 player. After 10 days i got one good MP3 Player with gift and no need to pay any extra charges. This time MP3 player is good and it works properly

                                    I participated in 4 contest for different products in 100 best buy but never selected for any contest winner list. One day i got a cal from 100 best buy regarding Blackberry Bold 9900, one of their executive said that your number is selected for lucky draw and you won Blackberry Bold 9900 on contest which is playing through 100 best buy and i have to pay only delivery charges to got this product. Then i ordered for Blackberry Bold 9900 and after 10 days i got my Blackberry Bold 9900 through courier and i paid only courier charges i.e. RS. 299. I m so lucky and happy with their service.

                                      HI,

                                      I am always buy different products from different companies through online shopping. I am always aware of the fake sites for online shopping. I had ordered a silk blue color saree from this online site 100bestbuy.com and the cost of the saree including all the shipment charges was said as 709 final amount to be paid as cash on delivery. On arrival i was forced to pay 799 instead and they sent me a golden color saree, which by no means looks similar to what i had ordered. I was promised of blue color a specific patterned saree(i was assured that i will receive blue colored saree) what i have received is an extremely pathetic golden colored saree. I called them 20-30 times but no one response me and it showed that they are busy then suddenly one of their executive received the call and i told him about my problem and he told me to replace the product to our address. Then i did the same and within 15 days i got my product that i ordered from the site 100bestbuy.com.This time i got all the product as well as gift also instead of courier charges.

                                        I had purchased a product , order no 1227079, on 16 Dec 2011 from 100bestbuy.com. I have not received the product as on 1/2/12 ,for more than one and half months
                                        Despite repeated emails, there is no response.
                                        There phone lines are not passed to customer service person, simply a recorded message is played.

                                        This is the most hopeless shopping site, stay away from it
