    Hi,

    I participated in 6 contest for different products in 100 best buy but never selected for any contest winner list. One day i got a cal from 100 best buy regarding 21.1 Gram Gold, one of their executive said that your number is selected for lucky draw and you won v on contest which is playing through 100 best buy and i have to pay only delivery charges to got this product. Then i ordered for 21.1 Gram Gold and after 10 days i got my 21.1 Gram Gold through courier and i paid only courier charges i.e. RS. 299. I m so lucky and happy with their service.

      I purchased Swadeshi Ayurved Amla Ras from 100bestbuy.com (Order no. 1246148). The original price of the product was showing as Rs. 629 for 1 litre and after discount the price was Rs. 193. I ordered for the same and there was no mention of any delivery charge anywhere. Finally when I provided my credit card details, my card has been debited of Rs. 100 extra as delivery charge which was showing up only after the payment was made and no information was provided anywhere before the payment process or while in the process of ordering.

      After the delivery of the product, to my great astonishment, I have seen that the MRP as printed in the bottle of the Amla Ras is Rs. 90 only for 500 mL, which means they overcharged me by Rs. 203.

      I ordered for a 1 litre pack of Swadeshi Ayurved Amla Ras and they sent me a 500 mL bottle. They also fraudulently charged me delivery charge extra on final payment without informing me of the same before payment.

      I wrote email to them about the same without any reply.

      What action can I take for this fraud.

          Hello All,

          I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Samsung Galaxy S LCD I9003 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 19000. After receiving the product i saw that screen had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. Then i sent few mail to 100best buy. com and they replied me with replacement details i.e. sir please courier the product to our given address and after receiving the product we send you new product as soon as possible. I also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product(Samsung Galaxy S LCD I9003) that was really good and all the parts are working very well. So now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement.

            i had purchased a salwar on 100best buy on 11/12 and highly regret for that. they gave me a order no: 1704400 and tracking no: [protected], which is not refelcting in their site. it's more that 15days now and no response from these people, i had tried calling their customer services, which is just an IVR and disconnects, no one replies to their email and i'm cheated now.

              Hi,

              I have purchased a product "Bergner Grill Pan" from 100BestBuy.com on 10th December 2011. So far I have not received my product also money is not refunded back to my credit card.

              I have been trying hard to track the order through customer care [protected] but every time unlucky to get connected as it say "Either all the customer care executives are busy attending other customers or you have called after office hours."

              Few days back I have received a call from one of their executive who told us that the ordered product is not available please buy another product. I have told them to refund my money as I dont want to buy anything else. On this their executive told me that we cannot refund your money back then I told them that their policy also says that if product is unavailable then the money will be refunded back. On this the executive told that he'll talk to his senior and 'll get back but even after 1 week I have not received any response from 100bestbuy.com

              Then I have mailed at [protected]@100bestbuy.com regarding my complaint and I have also mentioned that I'll go to consumer forum if I didn't get my product or money. On this they have replied instead of the ordered product buy the same product of other brand. Please tell me why should I buy other brand product when I dont want to. Even I have replied them that I dont want to by anyother product. If they have the same product then please deliver else refund my money back. On this they have not responded anything.

              I have received another mail saying

              I called up on all the three numbers. No body responded on[protected] and[protected]
              When I called on[protected], I was told to call on[protected] or[protected] but both the numbers are invalid. I again called on the same number[protected] and to add to my mental chaos they picked the call and disconnected. I have called then 3-4 times and every time they picked the call and disconncted. What response from 100bestbuy team.

              I'll wait for their response else I'll see if I can take any legal action on this.

              A request to other buyers. Please be careful you buy anything online specially from 100bestbuy.com

              I have tried almost 20 times calling customer care but every time I didnt get connect to them as they it say that all executives are busy or I have called them after office hours. All the calls I made to the customer care is between 11 AM to 5 PM.

              There is no facility to hold the line till a customer care executive attends you. After the above message the call get disconnected automatically.

              You please provide me a solution how can I get in touch with these people.

              I am very much disappointed by 100bestbuy and will never recommend any of my friends to log in to this site which is not at all customer friendly.

              I am luckily able to connect to the customer care and the executive have told me that I'll be getting the refund in 2-3 days time but even after a week I haven.t received the amount from them. I felt cheated from 100Bestbuy which claims to be most economical shopping portal instead they should keep their slogan as "Most cheater shopping portal".

              100bestbuy.com is a cheat. They charged me over INR 10000/ and supplied only part goods worth INR1000/ Why do not we lodge a police complaint against them. My mob. no is [protected] and my name is Inder Oberoi...I see a nexus with their courier company BLUE DART aswell.
              100bestbuy.com has really improved the service in terms of delivery. The service quality has really improved than what was provided few months ago. I was just surprised to get a book "Wings Of Fire: An Autobiography" by APJ Abdul Kalam delivered to me in just 3 days and at lesser price than what was being offered by the other website. The website layout has also improved from the previous layout, although i think there is a lot of scope for improvement when compared to other online shopping sites.
              Hope they service quality will always be maintained.
              I had been shopping online for a while and was pleasantly surprised when I got a feedback call for each of my two purchases from 100bestbuy.com last month. I had ordered for a Dell XCD28 as well as saree for my wife because the offers were really attractive . I had some serious issued with their delivery earlier and was planning not to shop from them again.
              However it seems that these guys are making a serious effort to ramp up their customer experience. The product quality in 100bestbuy.com had always been awesome and the only problem is the service and delivery. Good to know that they are concentrating on it as well now.

I tried reaching them again and again but failed. I even wrote a mail that threatning them to take to consumer forum but on this they have not responded.

              Request other user not to but any product from this company.

              100bestbuy is fraud and money waste site. They'll come up with attractive price: for ex: Samsung Grande Mobile price is only Rs. 699 and mobile will be distributed after the contest. If YOU lose the contest money will be refunded in the form of credits where I can purchase any product available on the above price. To the dismay product was available on that price but to contact them WILL BE futile. It is a fraud site and please don't fall prey into their hands. Best buy Execute will contact you and offer bsnl ipad with hampers and urge you to send further Rs. 6999 to obtain the full pack along with mobile. This is another attraction to fool us.

                    I had ordered for a piece of Kuber Idol for Rs.199/- via online shopping from 100buybest.com vide their confirmation order No.143747 on 29th September 2011 assuring me to deliver the parcel within 7-10 working days. Since I did not receive the parcel till October 10, I had reminded them to which they informed me that the parcel was couriered to me through Aramex Courier. When Courier came to deliver the parcel, he demanded Rs.199/- .Since the payment was already made I refused to pay. I brought this to the notice of 100bestbuy.com and sent them the payment proof also. Since then, I had sent them repeated reminders to which I did not get any reply.

                    I reproduce below a SMS from my banker, HDFC confirming debit of Rs.199/- on 29th Sept.2011.

                    "Thank you for using your HDFC bank Credit card ending 5387 for Rs.199/- in Bangalore at AVENUES INDIA PVT. LTD. on[protected]:17:44:53."

                    I request the authorities of Consumer Complaints Forum to take this complaint with 100bestbuy.com and oblige.

                      I won 11.1 gram gold in november 2011 and got a response like I would be getting it in a weeks time. But weeks became month but still I didn't get the product. Initially they didn't responded in one tone, whenever u call them they say that u will get the product in 5 working days. Finally they told me that gold cannot be given through corries and u need to come to bangalore to get the product.

                      In the mean time for december month I won a hcl tab. But like the earlier case they didn't sent me the product. On calling them they told me that the product is not in stock and will be given in 10 days.

                      In feb first week I got a call from visa and payment regarding the transactions and the product status. I told them the whole story. They told me to go and get the product immediately. And get in touch with them.

                      On 8 feb 2011 I informed the companies customer care that I will be coming on 11th asked for there agreement. They told me it will be fine.

                      On 11th I went to bangalore to my surprise the company is only a single room office called suksh private limited. Where thing work half haphazardly.

                      They told me that they had no information of my arrival and does not have my product. Finally they aggrieved to give me the gold by 12 pm. They told me that they will not give me hcl tab, the reason was that I won gold and the tab was a mistake on their part. They told me that a person can win only one product. And will not will any more product if he/She is participating in other contest also. Finally at 12 pm they gave me 8gram gold . Not even the promised 11.1 gram gold. The reason was that I didn't inform them(which is not true) in time and at present only 8gram can be get from hell knows how many shops in bangalore.

                      I ask the question who will pay for 3 gram gold(9 thousand rupees)

                      I shop online maybe once a month and have never had a better experience with any other customer service. My first 100bestbuy.com purchase a set of toys for my daughter, the "4 day express delivery" was actually delivered in only 3 days. The toys were perfectly as they showed in the website but one was broken and the remote was not working. I called them right away to exchange the toys.
                      After 10 times they received the call. While on the phone with the replied, she asked me the order number and then asked me to return the product to our address that was broken and the new toy was delivered in next 8 days at home. I got my new product in 6 days.Very cool!. Only suggestion from my side is to make customer care more better.

                      100 best buy shopping site online is simply a cheater. Just a few days back I have played the contest and the very next day i was informed that i am one of lucky lottery winner and given 3 options to claim for the prize . the person who called first told that it was all free of cost then at the very end of his talk, he surprised me telling that the cost of courier service is rupees 920 . He added that the lottery that i won was a sony mp3 player worth somewhere around 4000 rupees and 4GB memory card but this morning when the things inside the pack that 100 best buy deleivered is a local mp3 player worth 150 rupees.reff no of the product is 6907758. This shopping site is just fake one . Beware Beware !!!

                        I have ordered for the following three products
                        1. Ipod & watch – promo
                        2. Ladies Bag & Ladies Watch
                        3. Shri Dhan Laxmi Yantra
                        on[protected] through 100bestbuy.com website. I got confirmation mail from the site stating the order number as 136120. I got the mail from CCAVENUE.COM site by confirming the amount paid by online for Rs. 1297 with order number 1113611.
                        But I have not received any of the above items till know. I have complained this issue to [protected]@100bestbuy.com many times but there is no response from their side. I have made so many calls to the help line but there is no response. I have a letter to them and sent all the mails that I got from them.
                        Please do justice to me.

                        I participated in few contest which was playing through 100bestbuy for so many products but i never won any contest. I did invest RS. 2783 in contest for so many products like Apple I Phone 4S, Samsung Galaxy tab, HCL tab etc. Then one day i called 100bestbuy customer care and told him please return my money to my account, then he told me that contest Money will not be refundable. If you win in this contest, you will win the product in free cost which will be chosen from you by 100bestbuy website but if you will not win you will get credit points in 100bestbuy contest, by that credit point you can purchase any products from 100bestbuy website in very less price. Then i ordered HTC Wildfire from their site and their executive told me you will get your product within 5-6 days. I tried so many times to customer care but always one reply i.e. busy, then one of their executive receive my phone and he told me we have taken your complaints.                           I have placed an online order for Olay cream on 15-Dec-2011 with 100bestbuy.com. I have received a confirmation email with the order 1224077, Tr# [protected]. When I tracked the status of the order in Blue dart (link provided in the email), it shows the order has been already delivered on 26-Nov-2011. How bizzarre it is!!!! when I tried to track using the tracking number, it show that is invalid. I immediately sent an email to 100bestbuy bit no response. I tried to rach their customer care, not reachable any time. dropped a complaint and greeted with a promise to respond in 24 hours. that never happenned, Called up the same customer care, instead of choosing the customer care option, chose the sales option, spoke to one Avinash who eagerly noted down my number with the same promise but never happenned. I called up again today, he spoke nonsense and then disconnected.

                          Guys, i would advise the enthusiasts not to experince such misadventures. If you do, prepare for the worst. If your experience is good, dont be happy because the next time you may feel cheated. so beware!!!

Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks

Then i paid online and i got my order number and again they called me and told that i will get my products within 5-6 days.
                          After 8 days i got my product. I liked Kuber kunji and leather belt but not MP3 player because it didn't work properly. Again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product they will send another MP3 player. After 10 days i got one good MP3 Player with gift and no need to pay any extra charges. This time MP3 player is good and it works properly

                          I participated a contest which was playing through 100bestbuy.Com just rs.199 for so many products. So I applied for one Samsung Galaxy Note for that i made payment 5 times of worth rs 199 each and end of month me haven't selected for lucky draw, then i called them to revert my money and they told me that this Money will not be refundable. if you win in this contest, you will win the product free of cost which will be chosen from you by 100bestbuy website.
                          if you will not win your money will be added as credit points in our site, by that credit point you can purchase any products from 100bestbuy website in very less price. Then i ordered a Nikon Coolpix L24 from 100bestbuy, then i receive a mail and call from their executive and he told me to pay online and then he give me order number. After online payment, again he called me and give me order number and said you will received your product by courier within 6 days. After 10 days i got my product(Nikon Coolpix L24) and i save more than RS. 2500 as well as i use my credit points to purchase this product. Its market cost is around RS.7000. im very happy with thier online service.

                            It was supposed to deliver the materials within 7-10 days of payment.
                            Since then I followed up several times over phone, email but didn't received any concrete answer for shipment status.
                            Each & every time they assured me that that shipment will be made by next 2-3 days. Also told that despatch done & but didn't give any consignment details for the shipment,

                              One of my friend suggest me to purchase products from http://www.100bestbuy.com, their products is really good and very easy to purchase through online and they are very cooperative. Then one day i open http://www.100 best buy. com site and ordered one kind of product which was combo offer (shri dhan laxmi yantra + Reebok watch + HP pen drive) for that i made a payment online through c_c avenue merchant against 100bestbuy.com worth Rs 1575 / including all taxes and courier charges when the delivery reach our home the courier guy asking money for delivery that product.Then i called to 100bestbuy.com customer’s care executive then they told to me don’t accept that product, now we will send one mail to courier branch and they will send to tomorrow or today evening they will dispatch the product to your home, and till evening i got that product on normal delivery with no any extra courier charges.

                                I have purchased one Formal Gents watch through e-shopping which cost to me was Rs.150/- on 22.11.11. Order no is 789893 dated 22.11.11. Reebok Formal watch was delivered to me on 26.11.11 which I had not ordered. As per communication with customer care dated 26.11.11, I have returned the delivered item by DTDC courier on 28.11.11. Courier no is V07157865. The courier has been delivered to you on 29.11.11. The cost of the courier is Rs.150/-

                                So, my total amount Rs.150+Rs.150=Rs.300 with the company. Later on customer care had contact me and assure that Gents Formal watch will deliver to me shortly. But alas! same Reebok product is delivered to me on 13.12.11 as usual. What a worst service from 100bestbuy.com I ever seen. Thank god I have not spend money in costly items. If I ordered the some item, they will send me some worst material which they have. Still I have not received money (courier cost).

                                Again I am requesting them please arrange to dispatch Gents Formal watch with replacing delivered items. But so many "reminder", they have not respond. Please take the matter seriously and stop the license they have.

                                I have purchased one Formal Formal Shoes ME 923 5 in "Size 7" through e-shopping which cost to me was Rs.582/- on 31.07.12. Order no is 6527701 dated 31.07.12. these shoes was delivered to me on 02.08.12.
                                but these shoes are not the same i ordered.the shoes sent to me is very bad I Think they are not even of Rs 50/-. they are very Bad in Quality as well as in Look. all your customer care no. are useless.. nobody picking up the phn... i tried again and again.


                                So I am requesting you please replace delivered items.and sent me the same shoes i ordered. otherwise i will take some other action.. because i m very much frustrated with your Fraud.

                                    HCL ME Tablet X1, one of their executive said that your number is selected for lucky draw and you won HCL ME Tablet X1 on contest which is playing through 100 best buy and i have to pay only delivery charges to got this product. Then i ordered for HCL ME Tablet X1 and after 10 days i got my HCL ME Tablet X1 through courier and i paid only courier charges i.e. RS. 299. I m so lucky and happy with their service.

I did invest RS. 2783 in contest for so many products like Apple I Phone 4S, Samsung Galaxy tab, HCL tab etc. Then one day i called 100bestbuy customer care and told him please return my money to my account, then he told me that contest Money will not be refundable. If you win in this contest, you will win the product in free cost which will be chosen from you by 100bestbuy website but if you will not win you will get credit points in 100bestbuy contest, by that credit point you can purchase any products from 100bestbuy website in very less price. Then i ordered HTC Wildfire from their site and their executive told me you will get your product within 5-6 days. I tried so many times to customer care but always one reply i.e. busy, then one of their executive receive my phone and he told me we have taken your complaints. After 10 long days i got my HTC Wildfire through courier and i paid RS. 9000 for that product. Its too good and awesome and i saved more than RS. 2000 as well as used my credit point too.

                                        I participated in a contest of Samsung Tablet and was informed that I was winner in the first round and for that I need to pay Rs.960/- to a courier fellow who would deliver a coupon which has a number. And if that number is chosen I would get a Samsung Tablet and if not my money will be reimbursed. I paid Rs.960/- to the courier fellow and received a packet. To my surprise, the packet had two cheap quality Chinese made watches which is sold by road side vendors and no coupon as promised. After trying the land line number for about 6 hours, I was able to get a operator who gave me a number and advised to wait for about a week, after which the results will be announced. Now it is almost 6 weeks, there is no news about the draw and winner of the draw. I have sent mail to them but there is no reply. Can somebody suggest me further course of action.
