I received call from the company for the product ordered that i will be getting the original IPOD cable and ear phone. after that i received the confirmation call from the company that my ordered product has been dispatched to my address...

I am a regular customer of 100bestbuy.com. and i purchase through 100bestbuy.com one kind of product which was combo offer (Formal Wallet & Belt + Couple Watch) for that i made a payment online through c_c avenue merchant against 100bestbuy.com worth Rs 1298 / including all taxes and courier charges. When the delivery reach our home and i open the product i saw that one product was missing that is formal wallet....

I purchases through 100bestbuy.com product which was combo(I Pod + Reebok Watch) for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 599 when i got that product then its broken and i got shocked for that and i call to customer's care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you, then i send to him.
And within 6-7 days i got product then i open the product...

It also clearly mentioned that if I did not win then the money will be refunded back.
But to date I have not been refunded my money which I paid from my HDFC Bank Debit card.

I had purchased a suit material online from 100bestbuy.com vide order no. 1155096 on 19th Oct and I was promised to deliver the product with in 7-10 working days but till date (28th Oct) I have not received any confirmation or product. When I spoke to their customer care no. which is impossible to get through they re-assured the delivery of the product but no response yet.

This complain is regarding a very strange incident, I came across this page via an advertisement on my facebook page. I further clicked and went through the website on 18.10.11.
