I participated in lucky draw contest with this website and didn't got selected.
In this case they need to refund me the amount paid for lucky draw in terms of credit points so that i can purchase any other product.
After calling several times to customer care of 100best buy; still money is not credited to my account and cu executives are not at all co-operative.
Also too rude to the customers.

    I had bought some goods from 100bestbuy.com but they supplied only part which were worth only INR1000 against a total payment of INR 10600/ made by me. A Nikon camera and ladies clothes are missing. There seems to be a nexus between this fraud company and BLUE DART courier. Kindly advise how I can lodge a police complaint against them and also there banking channel, which assisting them to channelize the payments online ( they are equally responsible for the non compliance ) My Mob. No is [protected] for them to track my order details. No excuses, but actual action wanted from them...I am surprised how they are still functioning.

      I want to lodge a complaint against M/s Suksh Technology Private Limited(http://www.100bestbuy.com) & M/s Avenues India Pvt Ltd (Mumbai) who is the sister concern of www.100bestbuy.com website. Whatever the financial transactions done to buy products from this website http://www.100bestbuy.com will be done through M/s Avenues India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai gateway. If someone wants to purchase it from their website then they can not send the product to the buyer.

      I order a Beetel GD2000(black) mobile on 16/01/2012 for Rs 1,020.00(Rs920.00 plus Rs100.00 for shipping charges). The Payment made by me online through Manhattan credit card no-[protected] dated on 16/01/2012. I have screen shoot of all the transction done by me and confirmation mail from 100bestbuy and CCAvenue as well for the payment made by me.

      On 20/01/2012 I got a call from M/s 100bestbuy/CCAvenue customercare team that the price of Beetel GD2000 mobile has been revised and you have to pay Rs 625.00 extra to buy this product and there is no surety of delivery of the product from their side as well. Then I decide to cancel the order on the same day i.e., on 20/01/2012 as the telecaller told me. When I check my credit card statement I found that they already claimed the amount for Rs 1,020.00 on 20/01/2012 from my Manhattan credit card.

      I am still waiting for my refund amount for Rs 1020.00 as they refuse to send the product on that price which was shown by them on website www.100bestbuy.com to me dated on 20/01/2012.

      Kindly help me so that I can get the full money refund in my account for Rs 1020.00 from them at the earliest.

        hi,i am sumanta roy,again i need to your support,pls help me,on 16/12/2011 i brought a reebok crest square watch from 100bestbuy.com buy online paying rs.268/-,but till today i dont receive my product in my giving shipping address,i complain there customer care many times but everytime they told me to wait for the product,they told me that after 30days of ordering the product ,if i dont receive that ,they refund my amount into my bank account but now after 40days i dont receive it and i complain them for refund but they dont give me refund and again tell me for wait,now i dont want to wait,i just refund my whole amount rs.268/- as early as possible[protected] my product order id is 1779936/reference id 1234757,pls take some positive step against them

          Hello All,

          One of my friend suggest me to purchase products from 100bestbuy.com, their products is really good and very easy to purchase through online and they are very cooperative.
          Then one day i open 100 best buy. com site and ordered one kind of product which was combo offer (Shri dhan laxmi yantra + Reebok watch + HP pen drive) for that i made a payment online through c_c avenue merchant against 100bestbuy.com worth Rs 1575 / including all taxes and courier charges when the delivery reach our home the courier guy asking money for delivery that product.Then i called to 100bestbuy.com customer’s care executive then they told to me don’t accept that product, now we will send one mail to courier branch and they will send to tomorrow or today evening they will dispatch the product to your home, and till evening i got that product on normal delivery with no any extra courier charges.

            I had ordered an MP3 player from 100bestbuy.com. After placing the order i received a call from the service provider for the home address verification and discussing the product details. They told me along with MP3 layer we are giving 2GB memory card, earphone, warranty card, data cable and you need to pay the Rs 699 on delivery and this is our offer prize actual price of it is Rs 2999. So i placed the order. After 4 days of their call i relieved the MP3 layer through courier, but as i opened the pack i found that its ear phone was broken, there is no memory card, there is no warranty card and i ordered blue colored MP3 layer and they have sent me black MP3 layer but over the packet it is written blue color, with very poor sound quality. Then i sent 4-5 mail to 100bestbuy.com and they replied me with replacement details i.e. due to stock unavailability you might have got the different product. So please courier the product to our given address and after receiving the product we send you new product as soon as possible. I also called 15-20 times customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product(MP3 Player) that was really good and all the parts are working very well. So now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement.

            I ordered MP3 player, Kuber kunji and leather belt from 100 besybuy.com. I got a call from 100bestbuy.com, they told to me to pay online to get the product. Then i paid online and i got my order number and again they called me and told that i will get my products within 5-6 days.
            After 8 days i got my product. I liked Kuber kunji and leather belt but not MP3 player because it didn't work properly. Again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product they will send another MP3 player. After 10 days i got one good MP3 Player with gift and no need to pay any extra charges. This time MP3 player is good and it works properly

                I ordered on line one ipod with 100bestbuy.com and they have suppled against cash delivgery of Rs.699/-. When I opened the parcel it is defective ipod and defective ear-phone and then I sent it back to them but no response from them. Now two months over and no word from inspite of my emails and reminders. The following is their referece No.

                I appeal to the consumers those who are interested to buy on line with 100bestbuy.com, don't waste your money and even don't trust their products.

                In addition to the above loss, I have not got back my Rs.99/- which I have paid to them through my credit card by participating in the luckydraws.

                    I was promised by 100 Best Buy from Bangalore that i will be given an Apple IPOD Nano - 8 GB and they would just take the Service Tax and other Taxes including Delivery Charges as appropriate. The executive also promised me that he would send me the original Bill from Apple Store which would be worth 8000 Rupees INR. If the product was defective i can exchange in a apple store. But They have delivered a Local made Ipod with some cheap earphones. Also the Contact number on their website is not working - [protected].                     Recently(10 Days) back i had ordered "Baltra Sandwich Maker Savoury (BSM-411)" long back with the Ref # 32414155 on 2nd Jan 2015.

                    I had called your customer care nearly 15 times to check the status of the order. Every time your customer care executives give wrong comittment saying that they will sent the product to me every day and say that they will provide the courier name by the end of the day but till now no one has called me and interesting thing is that there is no tracking of my order in my account in 100BestBuy.

                    My straight question is Are you interested is delivering the product to me or you are simply cheating customers giving false statement.

                    Please send me the product or else say sorry for your false statements and commitments and for your poor response and ability and shutdown your bussiness.

                    Govt should concentrate on this kind of people who are cheating customers, they should not be encogured.

                    Shame on 100BestBuy.com, they are cheaters, loaters, Friend who are visiting this site, my advise is not to buy on this iste and tell your friends also not to buy any thing on this site, they are cheaters and looters.

                        My name is Sunil Kamble on jan 7th 2012 i book two Reebok watches online from 100 BestBuy.com( office is in Banglore and i am from Mumbai) after wating for * das i Recived my product, I booked two differnt watches and i received same watches and that to it is not Reebok , I am trying to contact those people on phone but they are saying there server is down and need to call afterwards, and the other number they are not receiving the call their customer services and product is not good they are cheating people And one more thing i want to bring in your notices in ! week of Dec they had start a contest were u need to pay Rs 440.00 for I-Phone and if you don't win u will get the money back and the draw was supposed to held in 1 week of Jan but this is end of 2nd Week..Guide me what should me my further steps.

                        Yes instance softech is waste company... Plz don't join in that company... There is lot of things to tell but iam ending with one word it's a fake company, people don't join...don't spoil your life's...

                            In spite of several complaints, saree was not sent for exchange with the originally sent one. I was asked to send back the saree. Already I was charged Rs.130/- for shipment and the saree was sent in a sealed ordinary plastic carry bag.
                            Now again they send fresh emails like this. THIS IS A PURELY CHEATING BUSINESS. NOTHING IS GIVEN AS PRIZE

                            The saree which I had ordered on 26/12/2011 is still displayed as 'in stock'. It was in stock still you sent a cheap ordinary saree. You have charged Rs 130/- for shipment. So you please arrange to dispatch the ordered saree and the person delivering the saree will collect the saree to be returned as is done by other e-traders.
                            I had ordered and paid for a black chiffon printed saree on 26/12/2011.
                            I received a packet from Blue Dart on 03/01/2012 which contained an orange polyester saree.

                            I have been repeatedly trying to contact you over phone but there is no response. Also you have not responded to my complaining mail.

                                I am smrutirekha sahoo having mobile no.[protected].I have given Rs.911 through online sbi ON 25TH DEC,2011 to participate in the contest:91.1 Gram Gold.But I've not received any confirmation mail regarding this, credits are also not shown in my 100bestbuy account and my money has been deducted from my sbi account.I am also unable to buy anything from this site.so please help me to get back my money or cofirm my participation.please help me out of this problem as quick as possible.I have mailed them several times & talked several times to register a complaint but still i have not got any response.it's already about 15 days,but they don't have any response.
                                this is charan ., i already send parcel to ur office . if the parcel is sening on 1month buit u didn't reply, .so, send me my amount rs:1000. Give me answer to my email

                                    I am always buy different products from different companies through online shopping. I am always aware of the fake sites for online shopping. I had ordered a silk blue color saree from this online site http://www.100bestbuy.com/ and the cost of the saree including all the shipment charges was said as 709 final amount to be paid as cash on delivery. On arrival i was forced to pay 799 instead and they sent me a golden color saree, which by no means looks similar to what i had ordered. I was promised of blue color a specific patterned saree(i was assured that i will receive blue colored saree) what i have received is an extremely pathetic golden colored saree. I called them 20-30 times but no one response me and it showed that they are busy then suddenly one of their executive received the call and i told him about my problem and he told me to replace the product to our address. Then i did the same and within 15 days i got my product that i ordered from the site www.100bestbuy.com. This time i got all the product and not paid any extra courier charges.

                                        I have placed an online order for Sharee on 24-Dec-2011 with 100bestbuy.com. I have received a confirmation email with the order 1919199, Tr# [protected]. When I tracked the status of the order in Blue dart (link provided in the email), it show that is invalid. I immediately sent an email to 100bestbuy bit no response. I tried to rach their customer care, not reachable any time. dropped a complaint and greeted with a promise to respond in 24 hours. that never happenned, Called up the same customer care, instead of choosing the customer care option, chose the sales option, spoke to one who eagerly noted down my number with the same promise but never happenned. I called up again today, he spoke nonsense and then disconnected.

                                        Guys, i would advise the enthusiasts not to experince such misadventures. If you do, prepare for the worst. If your experience is good, dont be happy because the next time you may feel cheated. so beware!!!
