I shop online maybe once a month and have never had a better experience with any other customer service. My first 100bestbuy.com purchase a saree an 2 jeans, the "4 day express delivery" was actually delivered in only 3 days. Both products were perfectly as they showed in the website but one T shirt was in different co lour . I called them right away to exchange the T shirt.

After 10 times they received the call. While on the phone with the replied, she asked me the order number and then asked me to return the product to our address that was wrong and the new product was delivered in next 8 days at home. I got my new product in 6 days.Very cool!. Am very happy with there service and procedure of handling the cases.Thanks

    I have ordered online Transcend Jetflash 500 4GB Pen drive vide order No 3269029 & paid Rs 444/- on 02 Apr 12. Despite sending several emails,requests, writing reviews and false assurances from 100 bestbuy.com I could not get refund of above amount. Legal action should be taken against the Company and this Company should be banned for online trading forthwith sothat other public/customers like me should not suffer. Despite sending order details, postal address etc the Company is not refunding the money. They are big cheater.

    An immediate action is requested in taking legal action aginast theabove Co as well as banning them for online trading.

      this is Shahbaz khan from sitapur, i did booked a Transcend Jet Flash 220 Fingerprint 4 GB Pen Drive with Rs 440, But when i receive the product after a late delay, on receiving when i open the packet The packet is of Transcend Jet Flash 220 Fingerprint 4 GB Pen Drive, but in the packet there was different pen drive was found, the pen drive in that packet was Transcend JetFlash 500 4 GB Pen Drive , this is fraud with customer by your 100bestbuy.com so i feels very bad for this fraud that is done by 100bestbuy.com. But i contact wit them they said please send that pen drive to back the company office i did send the pen drive to their office and they confirm that they receive that pen drive and said that the ordered pen drive is out of stock. they make waste my 2 month and then i contact with them and they said that they will return the amount of 440 rs+ my couriers charges 100 rs (total 540 rs) but they did not credit the point till 18 of may and also they are not response any my call but now they waste my 3 month and they only return just 400 rs and now they are not recivieing any call because whenever we call at there customer care they are always busy and operator said that their Representative call in 24 hours but i still did not recieve any call and any response, i get frustrated with dealing with 100bestbuy.com please help me now i want to my full money and compensation.

        I have participated for a contest on 100bestbuy for Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 on 04/04/2012. The product and product contest coupon is attache for reference. For this I have paid Rs.399 via online transfer from my bank account. As per their rule for each contest of current month, they do lucky draw in first week of very next month. For this they call us or send e-mail to inform us regarding the lucky draw and if we don't win the product for which we have participated they offer any other product, via phone call or e-mail or both, for the value paid at the time of participating in the contest.
        But till date I have not received any call or e-mail for the draw confirmation. I think, I lost the amount in the fraud. Yes it is a online fraud with the customers who pays for their dream products.They are just collecting the money by showing the colourful and attractive products of well-known companies but never complete the deal which they promise for.
        I request to Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to look in to this big fraud which is only started to do a LOOT to the Indian Citizens. They should get the proper punishment for the fraud done to many of the customer like me.

          I Recieved a Call From a a No. and they Told me that i Have won a Lucky Draw Contest and i have won a Sony IPOD and Headphones + A Transcend Pendrive Worth Rs.7000/- but they told i will have to Pay Shipping Charges of Rs.999/- so I agreed but at the Delivery i got a LOCAL CHINA's mp3 Player (that does not have a display) and a Sony Ericson's Headphones and a 2 GB Micro-Sd Card (Transcend)..The Things they Sent me wont be more than Cost of Rs.600-700/- so i would Like to get my IPOD and Pen Drive...

              I ordered Police sunglasses more than a month back and 100bestbuy were unable to deliver it. Instead of cancelling/refunding the amount they were giving other option to buy any other product. But at least I cancelled it because of their services, I was unable to track my order and not able to sign in to the web site.The main thing what i found they are not at all tracking their records what customer has ordered. When you call and ask that time only they will wake up and make complain for which they will not return back to you. So again if you call then also they are not sure about the status. this is how they are working for on-line shopping.
              I am doing a continuous follow-up on call and email to get my money back. but they people are somehow want customer to keep silent and they can eat money.

              100best by online shopping is a fake and really a ridiculous.
              Really cheating.

                We purchased 4 articles (A ladies hand bag, strap boys wrist watch, Spatika mala and Panasonic hair dryer ) making a cost of Rs.2143 with order number#3261003 on 29th March. Until now, we correctly received just one article(Spatika mala) which we ordered. Two of them (bag and watch) which they sent are just horrible to even see and the very cheaper compared to the price which we paid. The cost of the watch we paid for is around Rs.700 and what they sent would be around Rs.300 and the bag costs around Rs.300 and they sent a bag costing around Rs.100 or so. Until then we did not even receive the hair dryer yet. So, in order to make a complaint we called to the respective numbers which were given in the website which is not answered either. Hook or crook we found another number, were the customer executive notes down the complain and had asked us to send back those products which were couriered wrong and in return promised to courier the correct products by the end of that week, which they failed to do it. In return they sent even more worst products again today which contained a worst hand bag and a Sptika mala which we already received and yet did not received the hair dryer. Its almost near to 3 months that we made the order.
                They are not even refunding our money back to us nor delivering the correct products that we have ordered for.
                Does this organization actually exist?
                There are many other people who are suffering from the same problem with the same site. We have been badly cheated.
                We request the government to take stringent action on this website. We never faced such a problem with any other online shopping website since they were genuine but we really doubt if this company exists.
                Please take some severe action on this and give justice to us so that in near future these people wouldn't cheat further.

                  I ordered sunglasses on 23rd April and yet i didn't get my order yet.. this site is totally fake and keep money of the customers and did not deliver the products..
                  customer care executives are also give fake information sometimes they say order will come in 1-2 days , others says that my product return to them because no one found at home and second time i was getting this statement that the van through which my order was coming has met an accident. so definitely the day will come when they will say that product is already dispatched..

                  this is my personal appeal please don't buy anything from this site..
                  FRAUD SITE....

                              on 5th april 2012 I purchase two jeans pants from the online shopping site http:/www.100bestbuy.Com.My transaction ID was 3619755 and the order number was 3444098.While I am tracking my order its showing that they have sent the consignment by first flight courier,but they are not providing me any tracking details.Its almost 10days and their commitment was 6-7 working days it will take to ship the order.Their helpline number whgich is [protected] /[protected] is totally a fake number.Nobody attends the call.I am feeling I have been cheated by this site.Not only me when I was browsing the net I found n number of people are being cheated by this fraud site.Please do the needful to settle this problem.When I said that I am going to file a complaint they disabled my account also.Its a totally frud site and over net n number of complaints are there.Still its functional.I am enclosing here with the receipt of the online invoice.

                                On 21st March 2012 I made payments for the contest running at 100bestbuy.com - the website is so pathetic that it did not capture my e-mail ID and address details. So, it accepted the payments without actually registering me.

                                After continously following up with them (lots of e-mails and phone calls to their customer care who are never reachable) - i finally managed to get my details updated into their records.

                                The contest rules said i would receive an e-mail on the contest results(even if i am not the winner) which did not happen. Then i used my credit points to buy some merchandise from the site on 10th Apr 2012 - order # 3552188. They claim to have the shipments delivered in a week - but its already been more than 20 days since the oder is placed but i have NOT yet received the goods. I keep receiving their automated e-mails every alternate week saying they are unable to ship because of some unavoidable circumstances - which they never provide details of!

                                I have written to their customer care and their complaints department who never rely back. I also called upto their customer care number of times but like i mentioned they are never reachable.

                                I have started having this feeling that - 100bestbuy.com is a fraud company. And they are cheating people with their catchy e-mail advertisements.

                                    I AM VIKAS BHAVSAR. I WAS PAID RS- 444 FROM MY ATM CARD BANK OF INDIA FOR APPLE I PHONE. BUT COMPANY WAS SAID THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY TRANSACTION .IT WAS ALREADY CUT FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I AM ATTACHING THE PROOFS OF MY BANK STATEMENT ATTACHED BELOW. THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME RIGHT ANSWER . IT WAS DONE ON 26-4-12 . AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT RECEIVED RUPEES. I WAS PAID ONLINE. I AM WAITING YOUR HELP. PLEASE HELP ME AND CLAMP ON THE COMPNY TO CHEAT CUSTOMER.

                                      Hi..........
                                      i have booked one Reebok watches from 100Best Buy. com.
                                      they delivered me the damaged piece and also the product which we ordered was not the one which has been delivered.

                                      Despite of several emails and complaints on mail, they are not responding and not even any of their customer care no. is approachable. No one is picking up the call at customer care center.

                                      Please help out.. Once they deliver the product, they raise their hands and then they are least bothered.

                                        I had paid Rs.199 by my credit card through 100bestbuy.com website for a lucky draw of a Samsumg LED TV almost December 2011. After month of my payment I had received a call from that organization ( a Lady) that I had been selected for Shuffle IPOD with 8 GB Memory card and a Reebok Watch at a discount rate. For that I have to pay another Rs.1064.00 to get this product which would be collected cash on delivery. I agreed her proposal and told her to send the product.

                                        After 7 days the product was received at my home and Rs.1164 was paid in cash at that time to delivery man as it was cash on delivery.
                                        But when I received the product I found that the IPOD was not Shuffle made and the memory card with 2 GB. Beside that, the quality of the product is so cheap that it is not usable and not up to their promise.

                                        As per advertise at their website I immedietly return the product to their below mention address :

                                        The product got return and they received on 07.02.2012 (I have POD) by Mr. Hussain.
                                        After that I have mailed severaly to their email address, everytime they replied me that they were discussing the matter with their senior official. but no solid response was given. Even I talked to them over phone severaly and they reply that within two days my credit point would be credited to my account. But I have notice their is no profile in my name at 100best buy site. Probably it has been deleted.

                                        Now, I have nothing to do as I return the product and also paid ythe money. They cheated me like anything.

                                        Please help me to recover my money.
