    i have got a call from 100 best buy that i am among the few lucky winners who will bw getting a wrist watch UCB worth rs 4000 in just Rs 800..i bluntly refused but the person calling said that its replacable and under money back warranty so if in case i dont like it i can get it changed...but when i received that watch it was defective and very very very very sub standard...even i have got the mobile no. of person who called me up to confirm my order([protected])

I have contacted there customer care many times and they are cheating me by telling sorry and giving assurence to dispatch it shortly. It is understood that they dont have the intention to send my order. Kindly look in to this problem and try to help me out for solving this problem.

        I purchased one Intex cordless phone and made payment for rs.326.00 using my credit card. This transaction was done on 15.02.2012. The amount for Rs.326.00 has been debited to my card payment two times. Since then, I am pusuring the supplier for refund of Rs.326.00 but of no avail. I wrote numerous mails and made countless telephonic calls upon them in this regard, but neither they are giving any satisfactory reply nor they are picking up my calls thereby causing embarassment to their consumers like me.           Not in good condition .. not a company item .. one side hear phone does not work.. charger pin not match (suitable)...and also little damage..

          Instead of that I have got another order.rediff was given the vendor number but its not picuping the phone.this is my 4 time mailing.and this product is second hand.also rediff was not resloving the problem daily says wait for eveing but no revert from Rediff end

          100bestbuy.com / Ipod — FAKE AND DAMAGED IPOD

          I have got a mail from 100besbuy.com stating that i have won an ipod .When i saw the mail i registered online without knowing that they will delievr they called me and started asking me 700 rupees saying that i have got a courier and forced me to pay money.I have paid 699 and received a fake mp3 player which is not at all an ipod and with a damaged earphone and usb.I would like to lodge a complaint against these cheaters who are selling fake products and forcing the customer to pay for it.I need my 699 rupees back.Noone is picking up the phone and noone is returing my money.Kindly lodge a complaint against them and i want my refund as soon as possible.,
          I send it tomorrow...
          Can u replace the product!
          Can u refund the courier charges!
          Product Replace means again i cannot pay money
          (COD) for Sending replacing product...

              i have paid rs 449 for a contest for which company has advertised in the internet they said either you win or return the money company has not informed there after neither they have informed about the result nor they have returned the money they also have not given their postal address too
              kindly contact the company and get money back or expose their fraud game i have lost faith in net buying
              copany should be exposed for the fraud otherwise no body will go for net shopping
              all net shopping company should publish their postal address otherwise their advertisement shouldnot be entertain

                Shopping online is great with 100bestbuy.com.
                Now I can get branded stuffs at fraction of the market price. Whats more convenient than shopping online.
                The best part though is the discount offer.
                That took me a step ahead to get my favorite my levis shirt at 60% of the original cost. That’s saved me a lot of money.

                  I have very very bad experience with 100bestbuy. I have ordered 1 kopperr 2011 mobile from 100bestbuy.Com 18 days have been passed and now today at-16/07/2012 100bestbuy giving following answer

                  "we are sorry to inform you that their will be slight delay in sending your order number : 4693769 due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. We will be sending your product as soon as possible" why 100bestbuy taking order if you have no available product. Every time you are giving the same answer that is above mentioned. Till today I am waiting for my pen drive I have paid 400 online. And 956 rs for kopperr mobile. If you are unable to send product refund my money with interest of three months. Why 100bestbuy cheating people? why government of india not taking action on 100bestbuy? why consumer court not taking action on 100bestbuy? I am trying to take answers of above question. I am seriously warning to 100bestbuy refund my money 400+956=1356 rs.

                      i got scared whether i would receive my consignment on time and also in good condition or not.
                      I received the package exactly on the same date in a good packing.

                          They have a really good range of products and a supportive customer care.
                          I recently bought a Sony Cybershot DSC camera but it wasn’t switching on for some reason. Although I should have gone to the manufacturer,
                          To my surprise, 100bestbuy.com got that replaced in 4 working days. One of the reasons I don’t regret buying products from them.
                          I am happy that I just had to pay less than half the price that I would have had to pay if I purchased it from a local store.
                          This was an unbeatable offer.

                            I was offered to participate in mobile phone contest on 13 March 2013 by paying Rs 699 to win Samsung Galaxy Grand Phone.The amount was debited to my account same day.On 15 march 2013 I got a call from 100bestbuy.com executive that I won the contest and an additional amount of Rs 6999 is to be paid.Since the amount told to be paid was lower than the market cost of the Samsung Galaxy Grand the amount was paid by me and debited to my account same day.However the product was never dispatched to me at given address of Shillong.I have moved out of Shillong on posting on 29 June 2013 and my present address in as under:-

                            Dear Sirs,
                            I would like to inform you that I submitted/registered my complaint against 100bestbuy.com on 10.04.2014 and updated on 13.04.2014 & 16.04.2014 respectively on your good website. On the basis of my complaint grounds, you notified to the company for needful action. In between I made contact through phone calls and mail communication for the delivery of my product. Every time Customer care executives say that your product will be dispatched today or definitely tomorrow, but these are false statement. I forwarded mails to them for the actual status of the product, but they have not replied any my mails till date.
                            They updated their website as "order dispatched" since from the last 7 days. I herewith attach an image of their website showing order dispatched and tracking number blank.
                            In view of above, you are requested to help me to get my product as early as possible.

                              I have ordered total 3 products from 100bestbuy.com against order no. 4192180
                              1. kaju-Bad am combo id 1726 qty 2 nos
                              2. Bad am pista kismis combo id 1731 qty 1

                              I got a parcel through Blue dart courier ( ref no. no.[protected] on 11th May2012 which was sent from 100bestbuy.com against order my ID 4192180.

                              On receipt of this parcel we have observed that it was very light in weight so I have not open the parcel but I got analyzed that I have only received kaju Bad am pista kismis combo id 1731 qty 1no in this shipment.(Please find the attached photographs of parcel)
                              I didn't received the kaju-Bad am combo id 1726 qty 2 nos. in the parcel.


                              Immediately I have tried to contact to their customer care Helpline number:[protected] and asked to send me the balance products immediately but found it’s a computer generated message system and by default asked to contact your internet id [protected]@100bestbuy.com .
                              I have registered my complaint to above said id as well service @100bestbuy.com & [protected]@100bestbuy.com . but till date I didn’t have any positive response from your side.
                              Only and only I got computerized messages to contact here and there.

                                मैंने 100bestbuy .com से पेन ड्राइव आर्डर किया था. सोनी 4GB और उसका price था ४०० रुपये २७० का पेन ड्राइव और १३० शिपिंग चार्जेस . पेन ड्राइव शिपिंग के १३० रुपये मुजे आचर्य हुवा लेकिन मेरे ४०० रुपये उनके तरफ क्रेडिट थे इसलिए मैंने स्वीकार किया क्यों की मेरे पास दूसरा कोई आप्शन नहीं था. मज़बूरी में आर्डर करना पड़ा . २-३ हफ्ते बाद पेन ड्राइव नहीं मिला मैंने संपर्क करना चाह पैर उनके फोन नहीं लग पाए. मैंने consumer फोरम में लिखा उसके दुसरे ही दिन 100bestbuy की तरफसे मुजे कॉल आया की आपका एड्रेस गलत है वहा पर हमारी सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है (पैसे लेने के बाद) ये जवाब आया . मैंने कहा ठीक है मेरी मज़बूरी ये है की पैसा पेड़ कर दिया है मैंने दूसरा एड्रेस दिया मेरे relative का. फिर से वाही प्रॉब्लम मैंने फिर उनको कॉल किया लगा नहीं मेल किया तो भी कुच्छ रेस्पोंस नहीं मिला इसमे १ महिअना चला गया अब तक कुल देड महिना बीत चूका था
                                मैंने AKOSHA के वेब साईट पे उनके खिलाप कंप्लेंट लिखा तुरंत उसी दिन मेरी मोबाइल पे 100bestbuy का फोन आया की हम आपका प्रोडक्ट भेज रहे है कृपया ३ दिन वेट करे. लगभग सादे तिन महीने बाद में २२ जून को कॉल आया की Sony 4GB का पेन ड्राइव हमारे पास नहीं है आपको हम 400 क्रेडिट पॉइंट दे रहे है आप उसमे दूसरा प्रोडक्ट मंगवा ले. फिर से मेरी ही मज़बूरी refund का पुच्छा तो नहीं मिल सकता मैंने KOPPERR कंपनी का मोबाइल लेना चाह उसका मूल्य था ९५६. मुजे ४०० क्रेडिट पॉइंट ओउर बाकि के ५५६ ऑनलाइन पैड करने को बोला पर वैसा हुवा नहीं पूरा ९५६ रूपया मेरा और डेबिट हो गया ४०० क्रेडिट ही रह गया. ये सब होने के बाद में मैंने मुजे मिली ऑनलाइन रेसिप्ट में नंबर देखकर कॉल किया उन्होंने ३ नंबर दिए थे मैंने उसमे से ०८०६५४७०६५८ ये नंबर लगाया टाइम ५.१७ PM जिन्होंने फोन उठाया वो बोले की ये मेरे पर्सनल नंबर है आप कस्टमर केयर को कॉल करो. मने कहा की ये नंबर मुजे मिली रसीद से मिला है , वो बात करने को तैयार हुए (उन्होंने कस्टमर केयर का आप्शन शायद इसलिए दिया था की उस नंबर पर कभी कॉल प्रतिनिधि तक पहुचातिही नहीं )
                                प्रॉब्लम सुनकर उसने फोन रखा दिया. मैंने दुबारा लगाया टाइम ५.१९ pm और उनका नाम पूछा उनका जवाव मेरे पास रिकॉर्ड है "अजीब आदमी है फोन तू करता है और नाम मुजे पूछता है " ये जवाब था उसके तुरंत बाद उसने फिर फोन रख दिया ५.21pm ५.23pm ५.34pm ५.४३ ६.०४ pm पर मेरा कॉल रिसीव किया और बिना बोलेही रखा दिया मेरे स्टड कॉल में कुल १७ रुपये वेस्ट हुए मेरा कुल नुकसान ९५६+४०० रुपये और ४ महीने मानसिक तनाव मई अब इस विषय को लेकर ग्राहक न्यायलय में akosha की मदद से जाना चाहता हु

                                I am hundred per cent agree with this complainant. I am also suffering with their same attitude. A payment for Rs.326.00 was debited two times in my credit card account on 15.02.2012 while buying a product through their online shopping. Since then, I am asking them for refund and they are not paying any heed to it.

                                    I booked wrangler jeans from 100bestbuy.com Ref. no. 3743459 but I did not get my order till yet. When I contacted through email and through telephone I did not get any response from them. They are just making fool to public so please take serious action against them. I dropped to then 6 reminders about the product but no response. I did not get my order till yet so please refund my amount into my account.
                                    I booked Reebok Aviator Sunglasses from 100bestbuy.com Ref. no. 3811822 but I did not get my order till yet. When I contacted through email and through telephone I did not get any response from them. They are just making fool to public so please take serious action against them.                                       I ordered webcam and headset by cash on delivery option. The items reached within a week from my date of order. The price and delivery quality is so good.
