I have contacted there customer care many times and they are cheating me by telling sorry and giving assurence to dispatch it shortly. I purchased one Intex cordless phone and made payment for rs.326.00 using my credit card. This transaction was done on 15.02.2012. The amount for Rs.326.00 has been debited to my card payment two times. Since then, I am pusuring the supplier for refund of Rs.326.00 but of no avail.
