[Resolved]  Air Ticket — Transaction failure refund

Dear Sir,

We have booked air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi and back through ezeego.com. From Mumbai Indigo Flight GE 180 and Delhi return flight by spice jet S2 108 on 27th March 2009.

We have received Air Booking Ref No. EZR - [protected]/A
Payment reference no. [protected]

Amount of Rs. 10244/- was deducted from ICICI Credit Card No. [protected] at 2026 Hrs with Authentication No. 937261 from ICICI bank.

This transaction was successfully completed but we have not received any ticket for the same.

We have contacted ezzeego.com call center. They asked us to rebook the ticket and lodged request for failed transaction.

Kindly refund our amount of Rs.10244/- at your earliest.

I too have a similar type of complaint.

On 31st December 2009 I booked my ticket using website www.goibibo.com from Chennai to Kolkata in Indigo Air lines. My transection was done but booking failed . Rs 5, 487.00 was deducted from my SBI account Transection no.[protected] [protected] . When I contacted the ibibo people, but they are not refunding my amount. Whenever I mail them they say that they have identified my transection and will refund it.

Today it is 1 month I have not received my refund.

Please tell me what to do.
