Check the message that u have sent. It is possible that if the message sent is wrong the deactivation is not confirmed or may I ask u i[censored] have received the confirmation message from Aircel. I called up Customer care, i asked the procedure to deactivate the dialer tune, they told me to dial 53000 and select language then press 7 then 1 then 3 then 1, bt when i press 7 it says an invalid option, and i called up customer care but they do not listen....... they again gives the same procedure but does not gives respond anymore and they even disconnect the call too...and even they say that they could not deactivate it by themself....

Well friend I believe that there is a message option too. Once you send the message to the Customer care your dialer tune is deactivated with immediate effect. Simply just ask them for the message code and which number to send it and you are done with it once you send the same. Good luck.

respected sir, i'm mohan debnath, live at kolkata. telephonoe no [protected].suddenly 9th feb 2010. the aircel compancy are activate the dialertone to my mobile no. but i'm not request any dialertone.the company are spend some money to my main balance.but i don't know what type of process are generate the company for this telecome system.without any requirment the compancy activated dialertone for any number and extend some money.sir i requested please help me and ge t back my money.

These are automated services cannot be activated without the prior customer consent. Promo calls and messages can be the reason when responded. I would suggest you to activate your DND service.

How can I believe your service and I strictly warned to deactivate the Dialer Tune facility immediately. If I have not received any deactivate message or E Mail from you within one week then I will throw out your product SIM and I will change my plan with another product SIM and I will tell my friends and relatives about your bad response with customer.

try to play safe when recharging you mobile muber weather it is Aricell or any other operator, try not to recharge/top up above 100 INR, the moment you recharge a large amount its been feed into their system and it just automatically subcribes you to any of their carppy plans so that the trick to avoid their plans
