    Sir,
    i am vivek kumar pathak using aircel sim of number [protected]. I had recieved a massage of recharge with 66 ang get a talktime of 66 for 7 days. As i recharged my account with 66 rupees it show your account has successfully recharged with rupees 0.00. I used it when i was in my home network but when i came to roaming area this amount is not working for any call or massage. What should i do?
    There must be some technical problem during the recharge. Have you spoken to the customer care about this, they will surely help you out.

        i own a aircel pocket internet and getting very frustrating speed...it is showing 460 kbps however it takes decades to open any page on internet...aircel should improve speed of this connection and should come up with unlimited download schemes..

        There is poor connection network of aircel pocket internet in east delhi.Facing lot of problems due to low network coverage.Kindly check my problem immediately.

        E71 3G New — Malfunctioning of new mobile

        Hello,
        I
        had bought a dual SIM mobile phone from India shopping which was
        advertised in the times of India about last month. I made payment
        online by my card and received the product within thirteen days.
        However on the first day the display went suddenly off and i had to
        keep the phone in a slanting way to see what was on the screen that too
        with great difficulty. Secondly the touch screen also stopped working
        on the next day. I made a complaint and got the response to mail my
        complaint to Karan but have not got any response as yet. The product
        had a guarantee of six months. Please help, as i have paid Rs.6300/-
        for the same, and the mobile is useless as the screen in just not
        readable under normal circumstances and the touch screen has also
        stopped working.Please give us the complain number..The details of the bill are as under....

        Aircel — pocketinternet

        inspite of repeated requests not activating pocketinternet on my mobile no.[protected]
        Have you received the settings, as such do place a request for the settings and install it in your handset. Once done I am sure the GPRS will be activated in no time.
        Well in general, Aircel gives a healthy speed of 40-60 kbps, you can try and refresh the GPRS settings. You will surely have an improved speed
        The pocket internate of very very very very poor and also very slow and very performance.

        Internet speed too low

        I have a aircel prepaid connection no.[protected].This is my second time when i am complain about aircel my problem is not solved i still have problem of slow speed of internet I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message.I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handset is Nokia N95, now i am using Nokia E71 I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
        Please help me out of this situation.

        Aircel — Regarding pocket internet

        Sir, i am having Aircel Prepaid connection, with GPRS activated for pocket internet. But the internet connection is not appropriate. i am not able to browse the sites except google. i had given the complaint to the company, two weeks later. the complaint no. is 21751513. They told me this is due to connection problem.
        after that the company neither given the feedback nor able to solve the problem. please help me.

        Aircel — Pocket Internet Surfing

        I use Aircel for last 3 yrs. But I face a difficult problem, when I am in home and try to surf internet it didnt connect but when I am in my Main Road which is just 10 seconds from my house it got connected. I have tried it a lot of time but I failed atlast when I complained it to the concerned dept they told me this problem will be resolved in 72 hrs, i.e. 3 days. But 20 days(8th feb to 27th feb till date) had passed and I remined it to the concerned dept on a regular basis but nothing happened.
        Its seems to be a temporary issue, but I can understand you problem, you should there visit the nearest Aircel store and report this problem. I am sure they will help you.
        Well the Pocket internet is a very good one, I would suggest you to refresh the GPRS settings once, and I am sure it will work. Good luck.

        Aircel — Problem in Pocket Internet

        I am Anjan Biswas . I have a complain against AIRCEL . The service quality of Pocket Internate is too bad . It is too tough to connect using PC , when I has connected with in 2-3 minute it is terminated. I have called customer care several time but they are not able to solve the problem. It can be say that our money has wasting. Please help me. If It is going on A serious step should taken against the company.
        I can understand your problem, but my experience with Aircel is great, If you feel that the CC is not able to solve your problem, you can just walk down to any of the Aircel stores and discuss your problem.
        Aircel gprs is very slow after recharging pay per second voucher it has became worst.

        I had Purchase Pocket Internet of Aircel, but the speed is very low and it does not aopn any applications porperly, more after contacting the customer i had changed the setting 4 times, but in vain.

        I hereby inform you that the internet speed of Aircel is very much deteriorated nowadays. Just previous month i recharged with PI 128 and after using up the 500mb 3G, i browsed the internet at a speed of 128kbps (the rest 2G data).

        But this month I have recharged with PI 128 on july 1st and after browsing for some days the speed fell back to 64kbps. But when i press *300# to know my 3g balance its showing that i have still 248.62mb of 3g data left with the full 2G 2GB data which was supposed to be browsed at a speed of 128kbps.., but now am browsing at a speed of 64kbps. I am really shocked by this uncanny and uncertain situation.

        Also i cannot convert 3g to 2g, i tried to stop 3g by pressing "STOP 3G" and then i sent it 121. i did this for 2 months but all was in vain. i also called customer care to figure out this problem but they seemed to have closed all the doors for me.           SOON AFTER I RECEIVED TWO MESSAGES FROM 57000 & 54321, THANKING ME FOR SUBSCRIBING TO FRIENDS ZONE & DEDUCTING RS.30/- FROM MY ACCOUNT.
          AS THIS AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AGAINST MY WILL, KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AT ONCE.

          I can understand you problem, yes these are promotional calls and messages, Just ask the customer care to deactivate the Value added service that has been activated and further ask for the DND activation, which will block all such calls and messages in future.

            HI,
            This is Goutam.
            I am using aircel simcard.My mob number is [protected]. I am having immence problems while trying to access internet through this connection;
            Actually I cannot connect the net on my PC as wel as on the handset
            ( Samsung L-700) since OCTOBER 2009.

            I am really fade up after submitting number of complains via the customer care.Some the complain numbers are....R00581246 dt 17/10/2009, [protected] dt 12/11/2009 and [protected] dt 16/01/2010.
            Besides the netwok coverage is very poor at our area( NEAR HANUMAN MANDIR,DUBRAJPUR ROAD).

            Kindly look into the mater.

              Aircel people are completely robbers they tell that In Aircel it will get recharge for any amount but its a wrong recharge and you wont get currency. My Aircel number is [protected] and I recharged for 48 on 20/6/2013 and I did not get any currency for it and I don&#039;t believe they have mentioned a mentioned PF and service tax for the same and when I called customer care they told that its a wrong recharge it should have been 47 please visit the retailer who has recharged he can help you out and I visited the retailer he contacted the customer care and he was informed that kindly recharge for a valid amount and follow the code old recharge- transaction id- new recharge- transaction id-mobile number and the recharge will get swapped and we got it recharged for 50 and followed the code and guess what it is not working again when we tried to the customer care they are now telling that it will not happen for 48 recharge. if they are not providing the service why did they collect 48 rupees with the PF and service tax what is the service they have provided for 48 Rs.. Now you tell me who is the biggest robber in India...totally 98 Rs loss and robbed by Aircel

              I was doing a recharage for a friend who has an aircel prepaid number.

              I did it in the wrong number [protected]instead of the correct aircel number [protected]

              This was purely a mistake and totally unintentional. When my friend contacted Aircel customer care hoping for a resolution, the executive on phone was very rude and told clearly that they cannot help in this regard. It is very unfortunate that someone else gains because of a customer mistake and the network operator doesn't even try to help. I am sure this would have happened before and customers would have raised similar complaints for which some kind of resolution has to be provided. The amount that has been recharged is not a small amount which can be neglected. I am sure that Aircel is within power to reverse the transaction that happened by accident.

                Aircel — Activation of dial-tune

                Dear Sir,

                I regret to inform you that the dial-tune has been activated in my cell without my permission. I tried to lodge a complaint with your number 198 but every tine I call and the person attending the complaint telling that the complaint cannot be lodge as the system is out of order and advised me to call after 6 hours. The same reply I an getting whenever I tried to call at 198 number.
                My cell numer is [protected]. If I dont get any satisfactory reply within 24 hrs, I shall be bound to knock at the door of consumer court for which you will be sole responsible for that.

                  In response to a Newspaper ad regarding Tower on any Land peice or roof. I contacted on the given numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] (all Airtel numbers) The forst person I talked with was Shagun a girl who gave me whole information and asked if I had 50 yards land to install a tower so she told me to deposit Rs. 5000/- as registration charges in the name of Mr. Vineet Kumar in SBI account no. [protected]. therefore I deposited the same on 19/12/2009 then after calling regularly finally I could catch them only on 28/12/2009. Shagun told me that we have surveyed your area and we have decided to put a bigger Tower who's value will be more. I told them first you come and meet me or give me your address so She gave me address Aircell Private Company, H.No. 225/ Near Main Market, DA / 4, Welcome Plaza, 3rd Floor, Sector 16, Noida. She said that if you allow us to put bigger Tower we will raise the monthly rent and advance as well, but for that you have to put Rs.4000/- more so I deposited Rs. 4000/- on 29/12/2009. I have both the depositing slips with me now when I tried to located the office as per the given address I found that their address is false and more over till 10th of January their phones were ringing but when I tried to talk they disconnected and now from last 4 days all the contact 4 numbers are closed. I have been duked by this fraud advertisement. Please help me in this regard

                  I have a Aircel cell number & using its internet service by the recharge of Rs98.00. This time i have recharged it on dt:- 20/02/2010and after that i am enjoying this service but suddenly after 3-4 days I am unable to browse internet service on my cell phone ( I am using SAMSUNG Handset "Corby" ) but now i am unable to use this facility on my Cellphone.

                  So many times I had tried Customer care number but nobody respond me or in some how they are unable to solve my query. Can you please solve my problem, I have a small business & most of the time I need to open my gmail account but now my business is suffering because of this problem.

                    I have call to your customer care, they tell your no. registrations sim on another person, how they say this thing, when i submitted documents & photo with form
                    how can possible to reg. my sim on another person. there updations is wrong, why they not accept fault, when i call to mumbai nodel officer,his mobile switch of, so i have going to Aircel chembur, mumbai Gallary, but they tell we can't change registration, they are not authorizes to change them. so can u tell who have sovle all this problem.
                    I Have submitted my 2 wheeler driving licence documents at 1 month ago & i will stay on this address last 25 years, i[censored] not satisfide with my documents u tell to me at one time, after one month u relize documents are negative, till today ur excutive are sleeping, till today no any call for varification.

                    What's a matter, one thing your excutive not attending the call or given wrong information to you, but why give u harassment to me, u are not given any notice of terminate the service or any call on my second no.

                      Hi, Ankit I would suggest you to refresh the GPRS settings on your set. I am sure the speed will improve again.
                      ankit there is no use of registering continous complaints. Send a mail to the nodal officer o[censored]r region or call.dont call cust care useless people sitting there because cust executives will take compliant but complaint to be solved by technical team. They will take their own time.please dont worry number portal system will be arrrived soon. By that u can change to bsnl or any other operator with out changing number.

                        I am an user for aircel for a long time, when aircel was charging Rupees for an outbound call and 5 rupees for an inbound call with prepaid and then i moved to postpaid where i am using a scheme of 15000 free local SMS Pack. but all of a sudden they are sending a message saying that my message will get charged 50 paise on pongal (Jan 14), simillar incident did happened on new year and diwalii as well.
                        My question is why? I did not use all 15000 sms and why are they doing like this. how can you charge like this when i am not using all 15000 msgs. you never told me in writing. my bill does not show that. initally they were charging 10 paise, then 25 paise and now 50 paise.

                        I DONT WANT ANY OF MY MESSAGES TO BE CHARGED LIKE THIS. I work for a leading company and i will recommend my corporate division to move of AIRCEL. One simple question to all these companies, Can you do the same kind of frauds in U.S? because indians wont react and spend time on this you guys are cheating...

                        If you want to reduce network conjuction, increase technology, dont be worse than private Finance companies.

                        I spoke 2 person and one guy called sudhakar.[protected]@aircel.co.in who does not even know who is his company CEO and he was saying the same thing again and again that all companies charges on festival day!!!

                        My question is "I did not use all 15000 sms and why are they doing like this. how can you charge like this when i am not using all 15000 msgs. you never told me in writing. my bill does not show that. initally they were charging 10 paise, then 25 paise and now 50 paise" and tried to call aircel nodal office Ms.Devavani Umashankar (Senior manager) CS delivery in[protected]extn - 7613) but she did not pick up or the line did not go through.

                        then i tried Mr. IVJ PRadeep (Regional Business Head) in[protected]extn 7654) and the same thing happened and sudharkar from Customer service rejected my request to make conference to these guys. GREAT Customer Service.

                        They say something, cover the customer and finally they pushes the customers in to ditch. I want to know, if laws are still is alive in INDIA...

                        Indians let us work together to throw these kind of companies out from the market, who markets something (15000 free sms for Rs.25) and in the back end they just send a message saying your message will be charge 50 paise on Jan 14th. They started with 10,25 and now it is 50 paise (Did i agree to this? No) .. tomorrow they will say, your message will cost 100 Rupees, Terms and conditions apply. thats all...

                        Where should we go? whom we should approach?
                        If there is any lawyer who can help to sue this i will pay. i just dont have time for all this but still i typed this on behalf of my countrymen.

                        I have also attached my bill for your reference. One liner, final statement is i dont want to pay for msgs unless i exceed the usage and not because of festivals, to avoid conjuction use technologies. Dont tell me stories....

                            Aircel — unnecessary subscribing caller tune and deducted the balance

                            Aircel has unnecesary subscribed me for the caller tune services and deducted my balance.I have not even pressed the * key then also due to their own technical fault they deducted my balance. This has caused me very inconveniency as my balance was deducted and I was not in a position to make a very urgent and a very important out going international call as after the deduction my balance became low. which caused me a great trouble. The company should not do such sorts of activity and give trouble to the customers. The company's technical system is very bad and faulty and the company is charging unnecessary for that its the company's faulty system and not the customers.
                            hey buddy I completely understand your situation at this time however I must tell you here that these services are all automated and generally do not get started without prior permission of the customer. I would suggest you to just speak to the customer care and sort this out – it shouldn’t be a big deal….

                            Hey buddy all the value added services offered by telecom players are automated and require customer approval before activation. I am sure there is some miscommunication. Why don’t you speak to the customer care or visit the nearest Aircel store with your problem. I am sure this will take no time to get solved
                            buddy unknowingly u might have responded to any promo calls or messages, since these services cannot be activated without the consumer consent, get it deactivated and also request for the DND service to block such calls and messages.
                            I have complain in mobile connection no. [protected] in which without any permission the amount is being deducted everytime for the cost of song tuning which was never requested to you.
                            It is also surprising that while contacting to your AIRCEL office at Bareilly(U.P.) for this complaint and requested to credit this amount which has been deducted by CHEATING and making FRAUD on the public money, your official told that they are not bothered for this type of complaint and they will not credit the wrongly deducted amount and expressed their views to do whatever I can do.
                            Under the situation, being created from your end, I request you:
                            1. Please credit ALL the amount immediately which has been deducted by way of CHEATING/FRAUD in connection with the song tuning which was never requested to you.
                            2. Please STOP all your AIRCEL coming calls

                            i have a similar problem from 24th march. and no refund received yet...

                            My mobile number is [protected]. Without any information SWEET DREAMS PACK was activated to my number. First time i lost Rs.15. I called Customer service and asked them to cancel this pack. I didnt ask for refund though. They said that it will be cancelled.

                            After few days, again the SWEET DREAMS PACK was activated on my number. Immediately i called Customer service ad asked them to deactivate it. They told me to call another number. I did. It said that I didnt any subscription regarding this SWEET DREAMS PACK. Again i called Customer service and asked for refund.

                            I got refund of Rs 15. But again in the next week the same pack was activated. Again i called and filed a complaint. Still this problem wasnt solved. Now they detected Rs 10 for NO REASON.

                            Kindly take necessary action on this, If not I will go a step ahead !
                            Please take care of this problem. Hope it gets resolved.

                            Aircel — Activation of Caller tune without permission.

                            Aircel mobile providers hav activated the caller tunes on customers cellphone and charged them without customer's permission.Its the second time when they have activated the caller tune on my cellphone and charged for it and i called the customer care two times for last complaint but they didnt give the satisfactory reply for respective complain.
                            My Mobile number is [protected].Without any information SWEET DREAMS PACK was activated to my number.And i lost Rs.30.Please deactivate this PACK and refund my balance immediately.

                                  The Company is cheating the customers,
                                  I have been requesting the company for Do Not Disturb Activation.
                                  I have requested during June 2009, But finally they gave confirmation on Nov 15, 2009 with the Ref No: [protected] and also one more ref No.[protected] dated Sep 22, 2009.
                                  But still as of now, Jan 9, 2010. I am getting their calls and disturbing me,,,
                                  They have even erased the SMS from my Sim Card that has come from their System DA-Aircel regarding the confimation of DND Service,,
                                  They are cheating and they don't have controls also,,,
                                  These type of companies should be banned...

                                  there is no respones from customer care and i complianted but there are not responsing plz dont buy aircel sim there cut money as there like and when we calling to customer care there are not responsing this network operating is not nice :-(

                                    Hi,myself mridul from guwahati.i have a complaint against Aircel GPRS,Aircel Assam launched their GPRS on september2009 and that time it was better but now a days it works but the connection is not stable and disconnect after 10-15 minutes. i launched a complain in December09 and they gave me feedback that after one month it will work good as they are upgrading their system.Now is the time 1 month completed but facing the same problem,i asked the customer care but they did not give me the proper solution even i ask that for the next month i have to recharge the POCKET INTERNET for Rs.98,but how can i recharge it cause they don't give me the exact time of recovery of their system.If i recharge then i will lost rs.98 as it disconnect again and again.So plz help me and take necessary action against them.Thanks.

                                      i have an aircel number and also have an internet connection.i have recharge with RS 98/- internet browsing recharge voucer also.but whenever i try to browse,it get frequent disconnection within 1 min.this problem is not only shown when i try to connect with my laptop but also when i try to browse on my cell.hope you will help me in this....

                                        I want to complain against aircel for their cheating service. I always get a sms whenever I have balance that my friends zone service is activated and my balance is deducted. I always unsubscribe the service and get a confirmation message that service is deactivated. I had also subscribed to DND SERVICE.

                                        These automated service cannot be activated without authorization, there must be some initiation for the customer. As such ask the Customer care to deactivate the same and you can get the DND service activated, which will stop all unwanted messages and calls to your number.

When i call customer care i get to know that it can be de-activated only if i call on 570001. But no response comes when i dial the number. So i m stuck. This amounts to cheating.                                         Hello

                                        Recently i've called to Aircel customer service centre and made a complaint that comedy subscription was renewed. I have not activated any comedy subscription and asked them to provide the details when it has got activated and how it has got activated and how many times it has got renewed. I've got a message with a complaint number 1-[protected] informing that my problem will be resolved by April 13th 2011. Again, I made a call to your customer service centre and got another complaint number (I've not made a note of it). As of today, dated April 18, 2011 the service has not got de-activated and I made a call to your customer service and the executive who spoke to me was harsh and informed that i've activated the service via WAP and the call got disconnected intentionally and I got a message with complaint number 1-[protected].

                                        Is this so called service called Aircel Customer Service, making a customer to call back again and again without providing a response for the complaint nor an excuse for the failed call back, as per the commitment the executive made that the issue will be resolved within the stipulated time.

                                        Everytime, I speak to the call centre, they are giving lame excuse that the network is down so they were not able to rectify and asking 24, 24 n 24 hours time and the thing is the problem didn get resolved even after 4, 5 days.
