[Resolved]  Aircel Pocket Internet — slow performance

i own a aircel pocket internet and getting very frustrating speed...it is showing 460 kbps however it takes decades to open any page on internet...aircel should improve speed of this connection and should come up with unlimited download schemes..

AIR CEL — internet not proper

I had Purchase Pocket Internet of Aircel, but the speed is very low and it does not aopn any applications porperly, more after contacting the customer i had changed the setting 4 times, but in vain.


Pls help me with the settings and spped in Pocket Internet

I am using micromax q3 mobile when i use internet on pc my surfing and downloading speed is so lazy ie, 1 to 2 kb/s is there any ans to solve this prob. I am get very frusturated

Hi...I am Anshul Ahuja residing in Surat city, Gujarat. n i bought a Aircel sim on 21st of dis mnth..when i bought it, d performance was fine n i was able to surf net n everything..i've got 3 gb free surfing scheme but it is just harassing me like anything. Sometime it works and for d rest whole day it just do nothng..i m tired of al this. I've already contacted n complained about this to customer care n they solved d preoblem but den again the problem started arising. I have a aircel prepaid connection no.[protected](airtel)[protected](aircel).This is my second time when i am complain about aircel my problem is not solved i still have problem of slow speed of internet I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message.I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handset is Nokia 7210, now i am using Nokia 5130 I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
Please help me out of this situation.

i have a prepaid aircel sim mobile no [protected]. i fed up by browsing in my system through data cable i have stopped recharging the same and opting for alternate network.
if you people supporting i can continuing by using the existing aircel network. hope i will get the response soon from your aircel team.

hi I'm using aircel pocket internet since last 2years in my Nokia 2690.it's very nice to use the speed is very good...but now I buyed Samsung ace duos and same aicel sim but the speed is only 2kB.but according to scheme I have to get 128kb means 16kB/sec y this is happening particularly in my new cell and not in old one..one..can u please gave me an information about this ...

I'm using Aircel pocket internet 98, and after using of 200mb(15-23kB) i am getting speed of only 2-4kB . but according to the plan 15-23kB.
I called he customer care they didn't give proper response on the problem. I asked about the limit on usage for Aircel pocket internet 98.

Hi, i am using aircel pocket internet from June..1 st 2 days it worked nicely..later application Whats app was not working but internet was working..I tried to get settings from Aircel customer care.I dint get.Later by seeing internet i did manual setting.Then my whats app application is working but reaming are not working(like opera, internet Facebook, chrome)..Please help me..My e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

I hereby inform you that the internet speed of Aircel is very much deteriorated nowadays. Just previous month i recharged with PI 128 and after using up the 500mb 3G, i browsed the internet at a speed of 128kbps (the rest 2G data).

But this month I have recharged with PI 128 on july 1st and after browsing for some days the speed fell back to 64kbps. But when i press *300# to know my 3g balance its showing that i have still 248.62mb of 3g data left with the full 2G 2GB data which was supposed to be browsed at a speed of 128kbps.., but now am browsing at a speed of 64kbps. I am really shocked by this uncanny and uncertain situation.

Also i cannot convert 3g to 2g, i tried to stop 3g by pressing "STOP 3G" and then i sent it 121. i did this for 2 months but all was in vain. i also called customer care to figure out this problem but they seemed to have closed all the doors for me. They said they gonna do it, but till now no steps have been taken.

So i will be HIGHLY GRATEFUL to YOU, If you Kindly Solve these problems of mine ...

Hi i am using aircel 3g sim in my lenovo a60+ but i am getting internet speed slower than 2g. Iam not even able to open google play or google first page itself. What should i do? please help and my 2g speed was much better than this. I live in Andhra pradesh. Thanks
