Starting DND (Do not Disturb )

I just called up the Aircel Customer Care to get the DND activated. They told me it will take a 45 days. This is really illogical. Some other providers like idea and Aitel are providing the service in the max perod of 8 hours. Its not a difficult job after all. Everyone knows how irritating it is to recieve calls for stupid dailer tones at 5 in the morning. Do anyone prefer reciving this stupid calls and SMS anyway? Is it not better to ban...

Hi,

I got a aircel sim card from my native. They told me to give the address proof of myself. I have given my PAN card proof with one photo. But they are not accepted my PAN card proof. I have to known about address proof details of getting SIM card. Is it PAN card is valid to get the SIM card or not?

Unwanted Subscription

Sir,

I have got a message from aircel mobile service provider on 23 Nov. The msg was- "Hot and Happening Friends Are just for your call. Dial 570001.No call charges applicable.So,Enjoy life with New friends."

poor service aircel gprs

Change of Plan without being asked to do so

I have been using the Aircel student plan, which gives me 150 free messages every day and also calls between aircel studen plan nos. fr 25p per min and local calls at 50p per min..
Then after introduction of the 1p plan, Aircel without any information or prior intimation switched me over to the 1p per sec plan and increasing my call rates and also making me lose my message pack, after several complaints they agreed to switch it bak...

I have a Aircel connection with number [protected], which i have bought on 16th of September 2009 i am having problems from the day of the activation. slow internet service

i am using aircel prepaid intrnet service. but its speed too slow, it takes near bout 10 to 15 minutes to open a web page and in downloading it takes too much time that sometimes i have to wait for 3 to 4 hours to download small things which can be downloaded in half an hour. i am very tired using this server. this service really disapoin many users and i am one of them...

Very Bad Service, No transparency

I was using Aircel no.[protected]. After 15-20 days o[censored]se, it just stopped working (incoming and outgoing) without any prior notice as to why. I guessed may be it is due to low balance. Incorrect plan activated and wrong bill issued

I took 3 connections with aircel pospaid and activated 450+ plan on the same. For two numbers it was activated correctly and the third number was [protected] activated as per 150+ plan. SIGNAL PROBLEM,PROBLEM WITH POCKET INTERNET

I can't access pocket internet on my mobile,i'm having the settings,i'm in roaming now.I had recharged my mobile with Rs97 for pocket internet but i can't access the network,would you please try to correct the network or could you fefund the money as talk time,i didn't use iteven once.I can't check the balence also.

NO RESPONSE FOR TEEN TALK

i was using teen talk and tat was helpful for messagin at 5paise and the call costs were affordable and i used to recharge for 400 every 6 month but suddenly they changed my plan to life time with message and call cost at 1 rupee.i called the customer care many times and didnt got reponse.... cheating fellows...

very poor speed

My name is vijay singh & I bought an aircel sim card for surfing internet as they promised unlimited browsing and downloading but neither of the services worked as it has very poor network coverage and a very slow speed which irritates me and the others too i hope so. It is totally cheating....
