AIRTEL REALLY SUCKS!!!
I hereby want to inform you about the worst customer service offered by Airtel which cannot be imagined at all...
I just got a simple problem regarding the VOIP port releasing. When ever i call the customer service i am getting different stories.
And i don't think so that they are trained. AIRTEL SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED OF PROVIDING SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE CORE. AND THE PEOPLE WHO SIMPLY WALK IN TO THEIR OFFICE TOO DO THE SAME.
EVERYTIME WE CALL THE CUST SERVICE OF AIRTEL, WE R GETTING A DIFFERET STORY AND THEY R GIVING US TO RUN BEHIND THEIR USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM RATHER THAN FXING THE PROB.

I WAS LOSING ABOUT 1.57 LACS EVRYDAY N THIS CONTINUES FOR ABOUT ONE WEEK.

Wen are using lease line for one month but the speed is very low so we want to cancel the lease line. Air tel technical people also came and tried to increase the speed but they failed . So immediately SBI we want to cancel the lease line..

To All whoever subscribed and proposed subscribers,

The worst service ever we have seen on this earth. Never responding legargic, lazy, however very keen in plans to cheat public by all technicques. We are situated 5 Kms away from coimbatore city keep on complaining to attend a broadband conectivety problem. It seems all the service engineers are dead. Ultimately our line is dead throughout the day. Okay regarding mobile service also they very clervly cheat and act most inefficiently and no one equals AIRTEL. I have a mobile connection for more than 6 years using the same number and now when i check it is in the name of other person and they keep on asking for my identity details. It is very clear their system has a grave problem then they should go to grave.

I have a prepaid connection with a balance of Rs. 83/- once i use it up i will throw away AIRTEL once for all. Meanwhile cursing my fate i submitted all the papers to AIRTEL office Ramanathpuram- Sundaram Buildings 10 days ago and all the staff there seems sleeping or lost my paper and again and agaian they ask thro SMS (STUPID MESSASING SYSTEM) ME to submit the papers other wise my number will get disconnected.

Is there any chance for AIRTEL to improve ----- to do some service for the money extracted????/

    My mb no [protected] is having a network problem in our area form along time. but this time its too much we can not talk also while seatng at home because of your great network if by mistake we pick up the call in side home then it will cut. As your company having good will in market i think you will do some thing regarding our serious problem. pleasue i request you to do some thing of your company network as soon as possible in our mandvi area (baroda).       hello sir
      i am using airtel prepaid mobile no [protected] in charkhi dadri haryana
      i have debited recharge of rupess 333 on march 5, 2009 at 7:54 pm
      i am using airtel Monthly gprs service, according to this service balance of rupess 299 should be credited from account, but all my debit balance is credited
      and after renew of my service i am unable to use this service
      i asked from customer care about this they asked for some time now 11 days is passed but there is no good response from them
      on march 8th a complaint(no. 386978) is also registed in company they said we will update your balance till march 12, but till now my balance is Rs. 0.16 and my service is also not renew
      customer care said the amount is credited from my account is detail:-

      March 07{ Rs. 3.60
      Rs. 74.00
      Rs. 67.00}
      March 08{ Rs. 5.40
      Rs. 1.80}
      the detail is given by customer care the total of this is n't equal to the our previuos balance
      now they are n't talking with us everytime they said that the system is n't okay
      now 11 days is already pass
      but my balance is now Rs 0.16 and my airtel monthly gprs service is also not renew
      now tell me what to do??

        The airtel network services in this area are regularly absent /not available .Hence airtel cell phones are non-entities/non functional. Many a people have already changed over to other co's mobile phones, thus adversely affecting our communication.

        AirTel — Pathetic Network!!!

        I have like loads of friends and relatives in Bangalore... but it's such a hassle to contact the ones using Airtel!!! There's no network all though the day... By chance if I get through, be sure the phone will disconnect in some 47 seconds!!! And then they claim that they have unmatched network and all... I wonder why they don't take any action instead of repeated complaints from everyone I know and everyone they know!!!

        I am resident of kharghar navi Mumbai. In 2-3 billing centres i went for cash payment of my mobile bill. But they didn't accept and told me do cheq payment. This problem i hav been facing since i became ur customer. Sometimes i hav paid extra charges to pay my bill. I[censored] don't take action against these centers i along with 100 customers will surrender ur connection.

        I have purchased 3 prepaid airtel connections in[protected]. Today morning I received a message telling me my documents are not proper and I need to submit the documents within 48 hours in nearby Airtel Relaiionship centre.to avoid the discontinuation. How come my documents became improper after 3 years? When I have three connections, how the other two are having a facility of outgoing whereas mine is blocked ?
        Awaiting answer within 24 hours.

        No network in sector 3, kharghar, waste off money and time. Once you enter your house network gone. I dont not know what is their problem, airtel is going 4G and cannot provide simple connection to talk, how can we use even 2G if there is no connection. Please rectify.
        There is huge network problem in taloja phase 2 sector 26, in side my house network is totally lost.

          I called back to know what's this about, and recieved an automated voice message stating, "You have won $2, 500.00 as our randomly LUCKY winner. PLease confirm your mobile number to authenticate and claim the PRIZE."

          This is a complete Fraud and Bogus call. It's just to collect your details, and some means for Telemarketing. I recieved it on my Airtel as sender "TA-BPQ". TA is the registration code with Airtel, and BPQ is the Tele-Marketer's ID.

          The telecom service provider companies should ATLEAST enquire about the purpose of SUCH registrations, and what UNEASYNESS would it causes to the consumers, but unfortunately, all they care about is MAKING money... B***** CORPORATES...!!!

          very true, a bogus call... any idea how much it would cost... as u have ringed them back...

          I too today had recieved the message from TA-BPQ, as i have recieved the voice mail from [protected], when i called they are asking my interests, mobile make, mobile company etc. i think they are doing this making money, i dont know who will get benifitted with this Airtel or BPQ

          its very true... i wasted my rs.100 ..
          Well I too got a message from TA-BPQ on today that my number has 1 BPQ voicemail, and to call +[protected]... I called the number and it charged me about Rs. 9.50 per minute... They talked for about two minutes... The person said something in Hindi, that they couldn't pick up the call if i call them back now and asked to authenticate stuff (couldn't understand properly because of my bad Hindi understandability)...

            POSTPAID MOBILE BILL — NON RECEIPT OF AIRTEL POSTPAID BILL FROM JAN 2009

            Dear Sir, I have a Air Tel Postpaid Mobil connection bearing No [protected] since Jan 2009 but till date no any bill has been delivered by your company. I have sent so many sms on 121 for sending the bill but no any action has so far been taken by your firm. Only they sent reply by sms that bill has already been delivered on 11 Feb 09 which is not true. If I have not received the bill how can they said for delivering the bill. I also sent two times my mailing address to send the bill but no response. Ultimately yesterday(25 Feb 09) at evening your service provider has blocked the outgoing call on my mobile which is against the rules. When I am ready to pay the outstanding any amount how you blocked the outgoing call. My only request is to provide me outstanding printed bill on my mailing address and immediately take the amount by cash or by cheque . This is my earnest request to send the bill immediately by 27 Feb 09 otherwise I will take legal action against you how you dare to stop outgoing call facilities of my mobile . This is a warning .               Despite complaining the faulty cable connection issue to he Airtel Customer Service and other concerned departments there are no actions taken by the company showing complete Negligence.

              Until today, I thought Airtel must be giving value to the customer complaints and high value is given to Customer Centricity/ TAT and the other values that Airtel/ Bharti puts up in commercials. To my earlier mail dt: March 04 (attached below) explaining that the connection that is not working since Dec' 2008 and have had problems pertaining to frequent disconnection etc, I had received a call from an Assistant Manager, Retention Team, Noida thereby promising that the line would be working very soon(24 hrs), but nothing has been done in terms of getting the broadband cable changed/ replaced.

              I am highly dissatisfied with the response and explaining the whole case every time I call up the Customer Care. The engineer comes in every time saying we need to change the cable and nothing is done there-after. I do not have any single point of contact or any updates regarding the same.


              As the issue is from the Airtel side with not been able to get the broadband cable/ wire replaced, please disconnect it with immediate effect.

              Hi,

              Please disconnect my Airtel Broadband connection Account No. 12589581, with the reasons being that my internet connection is not working from Jan 2009 (no dial tone/ no connection). I am highly dissatisfied with the service now as have raised the issue couple of times at the customer care.

              Few caseID's : 16296850,[protected]. Same thing happened earlier also but was fixed temporarily. The person from Airtel taking care of the Sec-20, NOIDA, UP area updated in Jan that the underground cable is faulty due to water logging and it would take approx 10 days to resolve. Still the line is not working properly.

              Please Disconnect my connection as I have other connections that are more reliable and at least working.

Till January 31st 2009, we were receiving SMS message stating the amount to paid for that particular number alone. So it was helpful for us to pay the bill. Now we are receiving message totalling the amount of all cell numbers. So we have to contact customer care to know about bill amount of that particular cell number alone. For February 12th bill, the same kind of message was received. Hence I contacted customer care and they told the amount to be paid for my number and the below mentioned number. For March 12th bill, I contacted Customer care again and they could not give the bill details of particular number alone. So it will be helpful for us to send the SMS message stating the amount to be paid for that particular number alone.                     Dear Officer,

                    This complaint is with regards to an unposted Bill amount at Bharti Airtel Limited.

                    The bill payment was done by cash for an amount of Rs. 920/- on 29th November 2008 at the Airtel Marketing Pvt. Ltd at Koramangala 7th block, Bangalore at approximately 5.00 pm. Once the payment was done and I asked for a receipt, and they refused saying that I would get an SMS confirming the payment. I did get a message, but instead of confirming the payment, it said that the transaction id of '75891645' was not posted. I did not bother to go back immediately to check with them hoping that they would rectify it themselves and it was a temporary issue.

                    But apparently, the amount was still not posted until the next due date, which is a month later around late December and I had been to the same outlet to pay my bill. They were going to charge me two months bill plus late payment charges of the previous month. I tried explaining to them that I had made a payment last month but did not get posted due to some problem from their end. Though they deducted the amount, it was after a lot of heated discussion and they behaved very rudely.

                    A month later, some time in January, the problem was still not resolved. I have visited their outlet again, this time spoken to their manager. This time around, he gave me his personal phone number assuring me that the payment would be done, but in vain. Initially when I used to call him up to follow up on the issue, he would at least pretend to be interested in the problem and give me fake assurances. But eventually, when I would call he would claim he is busy in a meeting or out of station and eventually stopped picking my calls. When I would call from another number he would pick up and was so bugged with me that he used to actually refer to me as Rs.920.

                    Following up with them is not the only trouble, I have also called up their Customer care department at least 5 times placed at least 4 complaints. The Customer care center have also given up saying that they have visited the outlet, but the outlet have denied that a payment was done at their outlet and asked me again to go check with them.

                    And that’s not all, I would also get at least 3 calls a week for the past 4 months from the collections department asking me when I would pay the due amount. And each time I would have to start explaining the problem from scratch which is a time consuming factor. Nobody in the collections department would bother to go through all the complaints that I had registered with them. I cannot start to explain the trouble and the irritation that I have gone through in the past 4 months due to this payment not being posted.

                    I just got married 10 days ago. The day before the wedding was also not spared of the trouble these people can cause. They have barred service on my phone and this is not the first time they are doing it. In the midst of all the preparations this problem would be the last you would want to deal with and not having a phone with you can be really crippling. Giving them a call, explaining all of this to them again was the last thing I wanted to do that day, but was forced to do it, thanks to their Robust-insensitive-dumb collections department.

                    Mind you, I have not spoken a single foul word or abused them whenever I was talking to someone at the outlet or the customer care center. I am good paying customer and was happy with their service for the past 5 years, until now. I am really disappointed with their methodology of working and their insensitivity towards the issue. For me Rs. 920 is not a big amount, and can pay the amount again, which I did because I was fed up with all the rude collection calls who treat me like am stealing service for free, talking about the same problem over and over again to different people at the service center and following up with the manager at the outlet. I did try coping with all of this for the past 4 months hoping the issue would get resolved, but in vain.

                    However, before making the payment I gave a call to the Manager from the Airtel Outlet once from my phone, which as expected he did not pick. And then from another number which he did pick. I told him who I was and like reflex he referred to me as Rs. 920. Even more annoyed, I told him that I was fed up with this entire issue. I will pay the amount not because I give up, but because I need my peace of mind from all the phone calls, and that I am going to register a complaint against them in the Consumer Forum.

                    So here I am, asking for justice. I hope all of the above explains the problem that I am facing. Request you to please look into the above matter, get the payment posted and that I get the additional bill payment and the late payment charges that I have done for my account.

                    we have corporate connection for all our employees and we had made the payment on 10th october 2008 at the Jayanagar outlet and they have not posted the payment and we are getting continuously we are getting harrased calls and messages from the Airtel. we have even given complaint and produced the documents pertaining to the payment to customer service and to the nodal officer. they had promised the issue will be sorted out even today on 21st october 2008 also we got annoying messages from Airtel and they have given the amount raised everyday

                    I have made payment in cheque for July 08 Month Mobile bill in 13th August 08. The amount has been debited from our account to Bharathi Ltd. But Till date this is not reflected in my statement and Airtel has been charging me huge amount as late payment fees and besides this many days phone connection was disconnected. I have faced great in inconvenience due to disconnection and it has huge impact on my work and Business. I am Black berry customer and due to disconection there is no reliabilty on this service.

                    I need Airtel to immediately reflect the amount in to my account and revert back all late payment collected and also the monthly charges needs to be waived off for the days my phone was disconnected. Compensate the loss in T&M I had to followup the customer care

                      For your kind information we have 4 CUG Connection also and the number is[protected] & so on. I have taken this connection from the year 2000 by paying Rs.3000/- Security Deposit. The Same has not been refunded or recredited to me so far.

                      We have been running this company for the past 10 years and so far we have taken Car, Housing & Official Loans from several banks who were willing to give us more and more Loans seeing our prompt payment and our transactions.

                      To be more specific we have no single cheque bounce in our transactions which we have in Bank of India for several years.

                      At this stage We are putting up this complaint.

                      I purchased one data card from Air Tel on 7th of January 2009 and it worked well 1 month after that I changed rental plan to unlimited one. After changing to this plan, data card speed drasticallly reduced and finally not connecting to Net. I registeered no. of requests and all gone to vain. From last one month I am struggling a lot and no responce from Air Tel side. During this period I also lost my great carrier oppurtunity i.e my Post doctoral studies and mentally tortured and wasted my time by taking to customer care people.
                      Please suggest me what I have to do under these circumstances.

                        i have issued two in number airtel sim cards in my wife's name. they are issued for our newly started business. the first sim card has got activated but the second one is not acivated for the last 4 days. i have also paid Rs. 149/- for the activation.customer care says to get the sim activated from the dealer. the sim was purchased from airtel out let at neil sengupta sarani, the represenrative was mr. jha, after repeated calls he has not activated the sim card, now he is not even answering my calls. it seems now that i have to spend Rs.200/- taxi fare to activate a Rs. 49/- sim card. really bul ...

                          I am using airtel post paid last 3 years.This my business line.I have isd facility in this number.When ever i tryed to call KUWAIT iam simply loosing the money in most of the time.The client who is in kuwait they are not receiving any calls from my side.But still i will loose the call.I had given complaint so many times and what airtel is saying its problem in kuwait network provider and they are receiving the calls.But kuwait mobiles are the only one mobiles in the world has incoming calls charges.So clients in the kuwait can easily come to know if they get attended call bz their will be a deduction in the balance for prepaid and for post piad customers they get detail bill for incoming call also bz of incoming charges.
                          I had shown my details bills to airtel customer care and airtel outlet in kottayam kerala.In that every one can find out there will be call duration of 3 sec, 2 sec, 6 sec, 8 sec etc.
                          Any way no one can communicate with in 3 sec, 2 sec like that.This problems iam facing in every month.

                            the ebill which i was receiving for past 3 months has stopped coming all of sudden.i had sent the sms for ebill request and also called customer care number of times since morning and had requested for ebill but havent got ebill even by eod.
                            I want a e bill of months jan to feb09 on my mail adderss.
                            airtel is not providing detail bill through email or net, last month i found that airtel has charged me one time yearly charges of rs.998/- twice in my bill for the month of jan 09 and Dec. 08.
                            i am not getting ebill
                            Same is happening for me also. So far they were telling this is due to the system upgrade process and you will get the ebill from Apr 14, 2009. But it is not the case. Still I didn't receive any ebill.

                              Hello sir, I am airtel people without informing me they are changed the sms tariff they are charged me Rs. 0.50/- per sms but my sim was in friend scheme as per sim scheme i have to charge 10 & 25 paise per sms on airtel & other as follow.

                              when i call customer care they told mi this rule change on TRI's order.

                              so what can I do help me...

                                Dear Sir/ Ma’m,
                                This is to bring to your notice that I have had the poorest experience of my life with Airtel Broadband Services. My grievance is about the quality of treatment I had with Airtel Broadband after being a brand loyal customer for over an year. I always maintained high level of integrity & transparency with Airtel by paying my bill always on time.

                                Incident 1:- Dated 26th December 2008, interaction # 539013
                                I called in customer service to seek information about Wireless Broadband service; this was because one my friend recently bought a new wireless connection for Rs-800/- only. Referring to the offer I also intended to have my connection upgraded to wireless. Moreover 1 year back when I bought this connection I was never informed about wireless connection. Executive over the phone informed me that up gradation was possible by paying 1500/-, I rather insisted on having my connection upgraded free of cost as I already had paid Rs.800/- & new connection was available on same rate. I suggested executive to disconnect my connection so that I may purchase a new one. I was later transferred to some other department, where executive offered me a wireless connection for Rs.500/-, considering the temptation of wireless I agreed to pay Rs.500/-. This was all mutually understood & I was given a interaction no: - 539013.

                                Incident 2:- Dated 5th February 2009, interaction # 63324152
                                I called in customer service as I intended to pay my bill online & to my surprise it contained a wireless charge of Rs.1500/-. I complained about the discrepancy and wanted help on the same. I was informed by representative that there on such information available for waiver of Rs.1000/-. I alleged and complained about the poor communication. Representative offered me a TAT of 3-4days & promised a call back on same. I was given an interaction # 63324152.

                                Incident 3:- Dated 12th February 2009, interaction # 64431799
                                As I have had no call back & response from Airtel Customer Service in regards to the complain, I called back in. I had assistance from Sushma (customer service representative). She completely had no information about my complain and told me that I had called in previously to seek information on wireless, which by no way was the scenario. I asked for supervisor above her & then I was transferred to Gunjan (supervisor customer service). Supervisor listened to complete case & offered me help by telling me that she will personally listen to the first incident on call recording and would get back to me with response within next 3-4days. I had no other way round then waiting for another 3-4 days.

                                Incident 4:- Dated 27th February 2009, interaction # 66915693
                                I again called in as I have never heard upon my complain since 12th February. I had to again describe my whole situation & agitation to Sarita (customer service representative). Further to which Sarita again escalated the case. To which I had a response in 1st week of March. I was called up by some retention department representative, who heard my whole case & promised a call back with proper arrangement. But representative seemed to have little or no knowledge about the case.

                                Incident 5:- Dated 9th March 2009, interaction # 17666412 & 68326840
                                I again called as I was receiving lot o[censored]nwanted call where representative were calling in to inquire about the payment. They seemed completely unaware of my issue & arrangement. I called in and spoke with Nitesh (customer service representative), he was the very first person to acknowledge that he was able to see that I was promised for an waiver on 26th December. He was the one who told me about my interaction number & complaint. He sounded promising & assured me resolution very soon.

                                Incident 6:- Dated 9th March 2009, interaction # not given
                                I received a call on 9th March from one of representative (Puneet) in retention department stating that he was completely aware of the case & he had a resolution to it. After a long exchange of issues & concerns he finally apologized and promised that as a courtesy to me he would wave off all charges & would resume my services at his earliest. He persuaded me to pay a sum of Rs.1300/- as the only charge on my account to have connection back up & running.
                                After having a final discussion with Puneet many a times on 9th march, I finally paid a sum of Rs.1300/- online. I was taken away by confidence that Puneet showed in pursuing my case.

                                Incident 7:- Dated 10th March 2009, interaction # not given
                                I again called in early hours so that I may have my connection back up & running, I called up on 121. By this time I was an irate customer & was very agitated by the service. Customer representative stated that he could see no documentation or arrangement made by Puneet, to which I gave an obvious response by turning volatile & furious. Representative asked me for Puneet’s number, I gave him the contact number for Puneet[protected]. Representative suggested that he would call Puneet & discuss the case with him.

                                Incident 8:- Dated 10th March 2009, interaction # not given
                                After hanging up with the representative I personally called up Puneet to seek as to what was going on & why was I a victim of across department affairs. Someone named Aaditya answered my phone on[protected] and informed me that there were NO adjustments to be made by paying only 1300/-. I by now had complete trauma and feeling of being cheated. Aaditya admitted that because of some confusion Puneet might have promised me a sum of 1300/- but now to have my complete service resumed, I needed to pay the total outstanding & the only possible waiver was for Rs.750/-. I abruptly hanged the phone & told the representative before hanging to have connection disconnected & I intended to pay nothing anymore.

                                Incident 9:- Dated 10th March 2009, interaction # not given
                                I after a while was contacted again by the same guy who called in Incident 7. He suggested that the department which promised the only outstanding of Rs.1300/- was from retention and they by mistake had made a wrong arrangement. He later added that the only possible waiver was of Late fee & Rs.750/- against my WiFi Router. Now that I was all decided to have my connection disconnected no arrangement made any happiness to my response. I turned neutral & suggested that he could do whatever he intended to do. After a while in evening my internet connection was working properly & a representative from customer service called me to assure if everything was working fine.

                                Losses I had for being a customer with Airtel:-
                                A feeling of not being a truthful man and agony due to type of personal treatment by Airtel.
                                Repeated harassment calls in regards to collecting payment although I was on a roaming & was apprehensive about the fact.
                                I was unwillingly forced to repeat my issue & tragedy a many times.( Above mentioned incidents are the only ones that I remember and notated, where else I had many other interactions too.)
                                I wasn’t able to complete one my projects in office for which I am being kept under scrutiny & have 100% chances of having being expelled from services.
                                The amount of time I wasted in resolving one simple promise which was made by Airtel & which to everyone’s surprise in end was found documented in Airtel Customer Care Database.
                                Its been exactly one month that connection isn't working.

                                Resolution offered By Airtel:-
                                I was never offered the resolution which was promised on various incidents.
                                At last the resolution that I was offered contained a waiver of Rs.80/- + Rs.750/-. This waiver didn’t suffice any of my efforts & time that I have invested.
                                As a mockery Airtel offered a total waiver of Rs.830/- and at the other hand they had a service tax of Rs.450/- added to my total outstanding bill. In all Airtel only made an adjustment for Rs.400/-.
                                Representative had little or no courtesy at all with the whole situation & they always offered resolution as if it was a clemency to me.
                                As a customer I am paying more for the sort of connectivity & service I have from Airtel ( when compared with their nearest competitor BSNL/Reliance)
                                On various occasion in the past I inquired to have better plan but representative were never reasonable while offering and in spite suggested that I was free to approach nearest competitor.

                                WE WERE USING THEIR SERVICES BUT THERE ARE SEVERAL THINGS COME TOGETHER, WE GOT THE BILL AMMOUNT 3466 IN ONE MONTH, IT WAS MORE THAN THE LIMIT.

                                BEFORE THE DATE OF PRESENTATION OF THE CHQ WE RECIEVED ONE NOTICE FROM COMPANY LEGAL FIRM, WE GOT A SHOCK WE CALLED TO CUST.CARE, IT IS AUTOMATICALLY DISPATCHED, OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT IS TOO FAST.WE STOP THE PAYMENT.
                                ONE DAY A PERSON WHO SAID HE IS CALLING FROM POLICE STATION, ALL TOLD TO MY WIFE SHE DID NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND AFTER LONG TIME SHE TOLD ME THIS NUMBER OF ADVOCATE VIKAS SHARMA, BOTH PERSONS WERE SAME AFTER TALKING EXECUTIVE CAME TO US AND TOLD YOU GIVE US 2500 RS CHEQUE, BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF SHAME WE ARE THREATNING TO A LADY, BUT THIS IS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, LEGAL THINGS MADE ILLEGAL BY THESE PEOPLE.

                                This is bring in notice to all airtel loyal customers that Airtel is a company who only believe to sell not to customer service; just they are selling franchises to vendors then after that no control on these outlets.
                                I purchased airtel USB Card which no. [protected] ; sale by Mr sanjeev ; at the time of sale they was in hurry to sale ; so they hide some charges; after using of seven days they interrupt my services due to high bill amount; when I check with outlet( Noida) they told me that visit our outlet we will give solution, but when I visited there it was different;
                                I was expecting solution but there one executive ( Sunil Kr.) was start showing his mussel power & he came out from his desk for physical which was unexpected from airtel. I should say to bhati group managers that they have to strict action against these types of chaps; after that I am not getting any response.
                                I talked showroom manager lalit katyal, he said pay 1000 rs. We will deduct your bill & your services will not interrupt; But after so many calls no response; my services are interrupted; I am not able to focus on my business. & again I am trying calls to gurgaon but no response; same reply is coming we will check & revert back.

                                So waiting for any positive reply otherwise now ready for consumer court for my harassment & wastage of my time for calls.
                                I am demanding compensation
                                For harrassing me by calling up again and again and specially when i have paid charges, loss in my business.
                                I am you loyal customer from last two years. Using post paid, broadband & landline services. If you can‘t solve my problem then please take it back all services.

                                we are having a broadband connection of airtel bearing a/c no. 13843096. We are having this connection from last one year (approx). In the starting months we had bill amounting Rs. 873 to 890 (Max). But from last two monts the Bill amount started increasing from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 8000/-, with the same useage. We dont know why this bill amount has been incresed, as we use the broadband at regular interval. we ask the Airtel Executives and the Call Centre regarding the Bill several times but there was no response from the other end.

                                We are not having any extra useage for any purpose, but the bill starts continuously.

                                So, Sir please take the matter strictly and look into the case with due care.

                                Airtel Broadband — Low quality of customer service at airtel

                                Hi,

                                I got airtel broadband installed at my home on 8th April,2011 with a wifi router.(landline no - [protected]).

                                But since the very next day the router started giving problems, when trying to connect to the internet i get a message "Your ADSL router is down".
                                I called the person Venkatesh(Contact No - [protected]), from whom we got the connection and asked him to come and resolve the issue but since the last 5 days he has no time for us.

                                i even called the customer care of airtel and filed a complaint (Compliant No[protected] and the deadline given to resolve the issue was 11th april, but not even a single guy has turned up at my home for this and when i am calling customer care about this they have no response. Twice my call to customer care was disconnected from their side while talking.

                                Its now been 5 days since i'm facing this problem and also 5 days since the installation. I am now having serious thoughts about terminating the connection.

                                I have booked the airtel broadband connection on[protected]Application number 262759) and sales person Amith([protected]) told me that connection will be ready on[protected].I have waited for till August 1st after that i have the given the complaint in Airtel customer care(complaint number 1650246) and they promised me that it will be resolve before 5th August .I called the airtel customer care on 6th August and they told that complaint closed(I shocked because without calling the customer how they close the complaint).Again i tried to customer care at 9.30 and 10.50pm from [protected] and [protected] respectively but they are disconnected the call in-between.
                                I have never thought that Airtel broadband and Airtel customer care response is this much poor.Please take briefing to customer executives who picked the call at 9.30 and 10.50pm.
                                i'm suggesting my friends to dont go for airtel connection staying in ramamurthy nagar because of my experience.

                                I fully agree with your comments. Their attitude and response is same in Ghaziabad (U.P.). My broadband with IPTV connection applied on 25/7/11 is still to be installed. Their Customer Care Service is of no help. They keep giving all sorts of excuses from "System Up-gradation to DSL problem" and failed 3 dates i.e. 6th, 8th and 11th August for installation of the connection till now. All prospective customer who are planning to get Airtel connection PLEASE BEWARE and look for alternate provider.

                                Airtel — Harassment of Customer & Misleading Information being repeatedly Given

                                I have a connection (Mobile Number [protected]) with airtel due to which for the last several months I have been harassed in various methods known to Airtel. So on 31st May, 2012 I called Airtel helpline to know the procedure for MNP and was given misleading information by the customer service representative. As a result of that info I put in a connection termination request and am now being harassed for the same even though it is not my fault.

                                I am an entrepreneur and cant afford to lose the connection which is given to all my contacts. I have approached everyone possible in airtel and have been running from pillar to post to get the connection restored but Airtel people are ARROGANT and RUDE in every interaction that I have with those . And even now I am being mislead in various ways for which I have written proof in form of various email interactions.

                                I'd like to present my case in front to you, my fix-line has been down since last 15 days and still its down. We are the corporate customer of Airtel but i was surprised that your support team treat us very badly.

                                Support team has committed us 24-48 hours would be taken to up the link but i fed-up from this your link is still down after 15days.

                                Request you pls intervene and get it up ASAP.

                                Hoping for the Best services as Airtel known.

                                  I had purchased a Samsung 26' LCD TV in Kota under the “Samsung-Airtel offer scheme” where I am supposed to get a free Digital TV receiver with 5 months North Mega pack + Neo sports pack .

                                  I called for activation after receiving voucher on 14rd Feb, and talked to the executive "Abdul Subhani" and gave him my details. At that time, he was unable to give me service (airtel TV account) because their service was not available in my area (Kota 324005), but I was assured that I will get a call from Airtel and get the installation within 21 days. However, till today nobody contacted me from Airtel.

                                  But when I saw their dealership today in town and I contacted them, they said "we do not have any information in our system and we can not do anything, offer date (20th Feb) is gone; goodbye". Well to me that is a fraud committed by Airtel.

                                  I ask to these companies (Airtel), why do they waste our time in promotions like these where they do not want to actually deliver on it.

                                  Airtel — unable to get the offer pack

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  I got a message on dt: 5-july-2008

                                  offer details: " Special offer only for you:Recharge with Rs.60 & get Rs.53.4 talktime . Offer valid today! for details Dial 12131 & press 1. "

                                  I recharged on that date but I get only Rs.33.40. MRP Rs.60.00. Trans Id[protected].

                                  I sent you this message as there is no contact to the airtel Customer Care .

                                  Kindly consider my application.

                                  Airtel Offer — Fraud on the Name of Airtel Scheme

                                  I got a call from some Lady called Preeti, She introduced as she is calling from Airtel n told one New Scheme which was only for me, Airtel to Airtel 40p. others 60p, in group 5no totally free. &Roaming Free.
                                  service will get activated within 3hrs. Now its one week i not able to reach them.
                                  Executive Mr.Sameer came I filled Airtel Form
                                  Ipaid Rs. 2350 as i wanted 5Numbers more for group free.

                                  She called me from-[protected], [protected], [protected]
                                  All numbers are coming not valid.

                                  AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Fraudulent charge

                                  I my flat in Chennai, the signal goes off during rain & even when it drizzles. A complain was lodged in 24 hrs helpline No. I was told by the online executive that this problem is genuine & exists in several flats. Thereafter a complain ID was provided & I was assured that a service engineer will come & set this alright. After sometime I received an SMS that my complain is resolved, but actually we note that problem remains as it is. Contacted over helpline no, we were told that this problem has no solution & this will remain like this. Suddenly they deducted Rs100 as charge toward this.
                                  The problem is created by Airtel & not by me & hence it is the duty of Airtel to rectify this. Also the problem remains as it is, but still a deduction.
                                  A complain is lodged with no response, as usual.

                                  Airtel DTH — NOT PROVIDED THE OFFER AS SAID

                                  Myself PRAMOD AHUJA, I am customer of airtel dth, currently I was upgrade my normal dth with HD dth from airtel service dep. They committed to give me All HD channels free for 15 days. After installation any HD channel was not displaying hence I called the engineer who installed and he was demanding 24hr for activation.
                                  Although after 24hr my HD channels are not activated and when I call them those people dont answer.
                                  When i call the customer care, they say there is no such offer.

                                    I am an Airtel Prepaid customer since last six months. I have two more sim cards also. Altogether I recharge my sim cards more thar 3500 Rs per month. My job is like that I work 28 days On and 28 days off in West Africa. Every time I bring my Airtel mobile with me with a balance not much less than 300 Rupees. This time also I was doing the same. Just after reaching Angola I send one sms to India. That time my balance was something like 298 Rupees. I receive one message saying that they deduct 15 Rs for the sms. After some time I try to send one more sms. But I couldn't send it bcos I found my balance as low as 0.23. I don't know how it happened. you are responsible to find a solution for this. I need my Full balance back as soon as possible.

                                    Airtel Mobile — Exorbitant charges on intl roaming

                                    I have been a subscriber of Airtel for over 10 years now. My number is [protected]. I have consistently felt that the charges for international roaming are very high but my recent experience takes the cake.

                                    I recently travelled to Batam which is an island very close to Singapore. I made a couple of calls while in Batam for which I was hooked to Telekom Malaysia or Telekom Indonesia.

                                    I was shocked to see my bill where I have been charged Rs 150 per min for these calls.

                                    I have been following up with Airtel for clarification on the billing for the past two weeks but I get a standard email response from different agents. I am not able to reach higherups in Airtel too.

                                    I am employed with Everest Industries Limited having office at Mumbai. In or about Feb 2006, your marketing representative visited my Thane office and gave demo for the usage features of your card. While I was inquiring about the features of your card, your marketing representative obtained my signatures on some forms and obtained some documents from me for purpose of noting my name as “interested member” for filling inquiry form. Subsequently your Bank Credit Card bearing No[protected] was posted to me at my office address.

                                    I say that without my using your card, your Bank sent me statement for Rs.210/-.approximately. I say that I immediately called your customer care number putting forth my grievance and called upon them to cancel my card and terminate services with immediate effect. I also called upon them to sent me letter for “No claim”, to which they showed their inability and stated that same is granted only in case where there is any dispute above Rs.1000/-, however they assured me that card is cancelled and services are terminated. I say that subsequent thereof, I have not received any statement from your bank till date.

                                    I say that from last about 15 days, I am receiving sms from your bank for payment of Rs.4570/- towards aforesaid credit card pending bills. I had never imagine of such conduct from Big Banking Corporation like yours. I say that without usage of your services, how can I be made and forced to pay charges levied by you. I put forth my grievances with your customer care at Ram Maruti Rd branch, Thane who showed their inability to locate my bills and pending dues. They were also unable to provide me any Bank statement though I was ready and willing to bear the cost for same. I say that I also spoke to Mr.66667070 of your Bank collection centre at Mumbai,[protected] who responded to me rudely as if I am bring defaulter / criminal. I say that thereafter I spoke to your Delhi Recovery Cell at Telephone No[protected]/45023968 with Mr.Basant, who was also not able to resolve to my problem or provide me statisfactory reply.

                                    I called[protected]/67116251/67116115 no one response

                                    The said act of your to grab heavy & exorbitant amount from me for no fault of mine speaks of your volumes and attitudes to procure money by adhering to illegal means & making trap for the innocent customers like me.

                                    I am therefore now constrained to put forth my grievance in writing for necessary action and resolution of my grievance. Request you please look into this matter and advise what should be my next step.

                                      Since last month i am receiving this messagefrom AIRTEL on my Prepaid card, pls see below
                                      " You have been renewed for (DailySportNewsPac, TextBasedService). Subscription service on Airtel STK. You have been charged Rs 1"
                                      I have complained several time to customer care, every time they promised that it will be stopped, but nothing happened, i get at least 15 mesage in a day,
                                      Pls do the needful or i will be forced to move consumer court to resolve this
