I have got a call from customer care (means Sub-DSA) of airtel company, that they are talking from airtel for bill plan and they took the cash Rs 2600/- for without receipt but they gave me just the application form.
But after six days there was no bill plan was changed, so i tried their phone and they are not pickup my [protected] phone. then i logged a compliant in airtel customer care service by giving the phone details of that lady and the form no 747806, 747818, 747817, 747807, 1st executive told me that your money will get back and after 2, 3, 4 time they told me they can't handle the case and closed the case.
what a company means anyone can call on behalf of its and tale the advantage of that.

i happy to make compliant revert back as it has no base clue for correct as i have not receipt from agency
i m postpaid subscriber.

in my current bill discount hours are not adjusted correctly.
