I purchase a new SIM No. [protected] in Mumbai on 15/16 Feburary 2009 for personal use. I give all document ( Photo, Residence Proof, Photo Identity) but after 10 days my sim is blocked,
I want to known why my sim is blocked, if I submitt all the legal documents to your agent.
Pl quarry the same and reply to me. I resident in Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. My present Mob no. is[protected].
So, pl intimate me as urgent' otherwise I go to legal procidure.

I bought a new sim a few days ago, and a friend borrowed the phone with the same and apparently returned it blocked. now its asking for a PUK code. Thought i have the pack in which i got the sim i'm unable to find any such PUK code. My number [protected] and the sim number[protected].
It would also be great if i can get a customer care number i can access through another network.
