The said number was purchased for our company along with other numbers including[protected]my number) for our cur connection. Our company and our sister concerns are having more than 400 Airtel connections and so we wanted to link all the numbers in future. The aforesaid CUG number was not activated by us from the date of purchase till 15/05/08. When we had alloted the number to one of our staff, we came to know that the card was de activated. Immediately we have given the complaint in writing to univercell Alwarpet, Chennai and also we have mailed the same to 121. Also we had informed One Mr Ganesh (Phone Number:[protected]. But all our efforts are in vain. Moreover Univercell, Alwarpet's service is very poor.
It is 5 days since we have given the complaint, but not yielded any response. If the number is not activated today, We will shift all our lines to some other company.'
