(this was our complaint to Airtel company which hav already mailed but still no satisfactory action done on this complaint)
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have taken a new Airtel Connection (Rs. 699/- Advance Rental Corporate Plan (Postpaid), Airtel No. -[protected], SIM No[protected] on date 15/03/08, by your Airtel Executive Mr. Gagan (Channel partner code –CD038), and his R.M. is Mr. Amit Chhabra (RM Code – 883) at Delhi Region. Mr. Gagan committed to activate the GPRS plan in same connection on monthly rental of Rs. 99/- at the time of giving this connection, which is also mentioned in out Enrolment form no- 6831653.
He has also said to me for activating of this GPRS plan within 7 days only, even after 15 days he was unable to activate this Plan, so again he committed to activate it in coming one week.
In this way till date they have given me to many false commitments, as result till I am waiting for that, so here you are kindly inform to activate this GPRS connection within 48 hours. In case o[censored]nable to activate this GPRS plan You are kindly instructed to refund our advance rental of Amount 699/- with interest. In case of failure of this deed I’ll go to consumer forum.

To start with there was a poster which say for broad band connection contact nagendra ([protected]) the scheme was very good pay two months advance rental 799+799 and no installation charge . 1000 extra for wi fi connection.. so far so good .. 1600 rs paid to nagendra no receipt received . 1000 rs cheque to prasanna on april 11 2009.PROBLEM
1) JUNE RECEIVED A CALL FROM AIRTEL THAT OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IS 1300+
2) REASON CHEQUE BOUNCED SO I HAVE TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY DOES THIS TAKE TWO MONTHS TO REALISE THAT CHEQUE IS BOUNCED ..
3) I ASKED FOR A DETAILS FOR THE CHEQUE BOUNCE NOBODY IS AWARE OF IT STARTING FROM THEIR EXECUTIVE TO THE MANAGERS.
4)TILL TODAY EVERY DAY THEY CALL UP AT ODD HOUR AND DISTURB TO PAY THE AMOUNT .. INSPITE OF TELLING COLLECT TEN MONTHS RENTAL IN ADVANCE BUT GIVE THE REASON FOR CHEQUE BOUNCE NOW THEY TELL THEY NEED ANOTHER FIVE DAYS TO GET THE DETAILS AND KEEP DISCONNECTING THE CONNECTION.
ITS NOT FRUITFULL TO TALK TO ANY OF THE EMPLOYEE BECAUSE I NEED TO TELL THE WHOLE STORY TO THEM AND TO THE MANAGER ALL THESE THING WHILE THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR LONG DURATION.AFTER LISTENING TO THE STORY.
THE BEST PART IS WHEN I CHECK WITH MY BANK THEY SAY THERES NO HISTORY OF CHEQUE BOUNCE IN YOUR ACCOUNT. IT MEANS THEY HAVE NO REASON TO GIVE BECAUSE THE CHEQUE IS NOT SUBMITTED AT ALL IF THATS THE CASE LET THEM GIVE THE CHEQUE AND TAKE THE CASH OR GIVE ME THE RESON OF CHEQUE BOUNCE.. WHICH THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO THEY KNOW ONLY TO TROUBLE THE CUSTOMER AND TAKE THE MONEY WITH OUT GIVING SERVICE.
THE WOUNDERFULL RESPONSE WHICH I GET FROM THEM
MY MANAGER IS BUSY .. ITS NOT REFLECTING ON THE SYSTEM. I[censored] WONT TELL ME THE STORY IN BRIEF I CANT CONNECT U TO MANAGER..
THEN THE MANAGER COMES AFTER SOME TIME AND SAYS I HAVE TO ATTEND 40 TO 50 CALLS U TELL ME WHAT U WANT ME TO DO.TILL NOW I HAVE SPOKEN TO ATLEAST 15 PEOPLE REGARDING THESE ISSUE THE COMPLAINT IS STILL IN THE air AND THEY tell WE NEED SOME MORE TIME..
NEED A STRONG SUGGESTION FOR THIS WOULD APPRECIATE IF ANY THING CAN BE DONE ABOUT THE SAME.
