[Resolved]  Airtel — pune airtel office

am a defence person and i came to PUNE for some medical check up.. my unit is in karnataka..i lost my mobile in pune last sunday...i had wrote an FIR solapur bazar police station on 16th and went to airtel head office IN PUNE next day to block my sim card ...frm there a lady sitting on cutomer care deck -her name is -----AJITHA CHIVATE----- made me stand infront of her desk for 15 minutesfor nothing since she was messaging her friend in her cell fone.. she chewing bublegum in her mouth havnt shown any manners towards.not even telling me to take a seat ...i wonder is this way i responsible person on duty behave to a customer who r already frustated of losing his mobile??? i wud like to tell airtel staff that they shud check up the family status of the people whom they choose for cutomer care..since a girl from a good family can never behave like this, even to a stranger...(my token no on that day was 33-mobile no-[protected]which is not working now)

I AGree as For Last Four HRS I am searching For A NUMBER for A CUSTOMER CARE And I could'nt find one because all the NUMBER DOES NOT EXITST.and i still don't have it so that i can speak to some one
This is regarding my Postpaid connection No-[protected], which was suspended due to some mistake with the SUBSCRIBER ENROLMENT FORM. It has been resubmitted on the 28th Jul 09.Immediately after the service was suspended. This connection was given by Mr.Aniket as part of his marketing in the month of March 09.It is in the name of Mr. Srinivas Sastry.We are been contacting Mr Aniket regarding the connection but there has been no response. The Customer Care Executive asks us to Contact the Airtel Relationship Centre in Chinchwad where we had submitted the documents. When we contact them they say speak to the CCE as we cannot help you, and now they have stopped taking the call. Can u please tell is this the way Airtel works.Hope for a immediate response from your side.

ive been an airtel user since last 3-4 years...m continously facing weak n no network problems in myarea...RMC gardens, wagholi, pune..ive made more than 20 calls to the customer care dept..but to no avail m responded with a call that my network probs wil resolve in 3 working days...but the network prob stil persists...its not an issue wit my cel phone...its the complete nw issue...pls resolve the matter at the earliest

AirTel — responsible of customer care

since i joined airtel subscriber, i m using my mobile for my business pupose. hence the number i given all my supplier and custemers, i have taken the connection as prepaid and now the airtel become one of cheating company in kerala. as a custemer, when we try to ask some doubt totheir custemer care, the number will be disconnected automatically. they are diducting the money from my acccout as their wish. they may feel no one can ask aganist their guilty. i would like to complaint much more about the service of airtel but why i shoud do it? no one going to hear my complaint and find out a solution. pleae take necessary step to reach you by your 121 number.

I using airtel service in last 5 years but last 2 years is a verry big problem in airtel service and customer care every month my mony is lost. i call customer care but his customer care is verry bad service not take responce in customer u call and again call i call today[protected] customer care malad branch in mumbai i talk my problem but not solve my provlem hi seys send you msg.i send msg.but not responce airtel server any service u activet only 2hours but service dactivate.his gating 2month.why.i talk to sonali, sangeeta, bhusan etch. from malad branch mumbai .

Airtel customer care are brunch of stupid who dont know anything.. ..rather than helping..they are just a harrasment... everytime they have new excuses ..rather than helping the customer they just asking them to call again and again to chit chat with them..chutiyas ... i m really tired of this attitude of airtel for thier customers..and switching to some other service as soon as possible.

I am mukesh Jha, My Mo-[protected], I am a buy 1 month before airtel postpaid sim From Ankit Comnication Akurdi, Pune, We get bill after one onth and we had pay same bill amount after 1 month My outgoing call is disconected, we call to customer care he/she saying due to adress verification yor report is nigative so your outgoing call is disconected, But can any body tell me why airtel have not verified before purchase a card,
pls resolve the matter at the earliest

i have applied for duplicate sim and told the airtel people to deactive my outgoing calls on 20/02/2010,
because i lost the sim, they told that with in 24 hrs the new sim will be active, but still is not happen.
can you sugget me on this case.

I frequently visit India. Airtel and my mobile company abroad share partnership, that is why I chose Airtel. Initially service was good. During my last three visits I noticed, every few minits some amount gets debited to my account. (now I used prepaid account, due to anomalies in billing I surrendered my post paid account last december) I tried calling the number for complain, nothing happenes, you keep on holding and get frustated. During my last trip I went to their tilak road office, inturn I was connected to bombay office. They told me to discontine some service, which I never opted for. I returned to Pune this time on July 30. I paid Rs.295 on July 31st via transaction number[protected], Since then I made 7 calls totalling to 4 min 30 seconds and 4 SMS and balance is 255.80. This seems quite weired and most expensive. If I contine getting some debit every few minits I will be forced to close airtel account. I dont like to go to consumer court for such a silly reason.

I am using Airtel from last years and I am happy with it but today (On 12 Oct 2010) my all outgoing and incoming services are stopped. Whenever I called from the same number there is one recorded message says that I did not submitted necessary documents to the Airtel. I understand it is mandatory from the Government of India but as per my knowledge I had submitted all necessary documents when I bought this connection. I also underwent cross checking of these documents before couple of years.

At least they should have to ask me before barring my connection.

It does not suit to Airtel to act like that. I am business person and always need proper contact with my clients. Due to such treatment and services I am loosing my business.
I applied for Airtel Broadband Connection on 8th September 2010. The Sales person (Mahesh) came to collect the application and all necessary papers. He promised that the I will get the connection within six days. After following with the Sales person and the Customer Care (Vishal and Chitra), finally their electrician (Rathore) came to verify wiring. He did not properly verify the wiring and I got my own electrician to check the wiring.

After that started my terrible period of follow up with Airtel. For over twenty days I kept calling Sales person and Customer care personnel. They informed that they have SYSTEM problem and would not give any definite time to finish the work. What kind of SYSTEM problems will a reputed company like Airtel had that they could not provide new Broadband connection?

They kept lying over and over again. They including the Sales person stopped responding to my phone calls. if at all some one picked up the phone they will say they will call back after 10 minutes or one hour. Bur no reply came. It is shameful for personnel from such an organization to behave in such a callous manner. It is a gisgrace to Airtel.

I have learnt the hard way to never deal with AIRTEL.

I will urge all my friends and those who read this email that they should remain 1000 feet away from AIRTEL products.

Tariff validity 30 days. I have accepted massage and after go to outlet and 27 taking tariff at 2:22 pm "o" clock dated on[protected].But when i have call, cut same charge.

So i requested you that either return my balance nor activate services provided me on mobile.

But I can't access internet on my laptop from this date. I called multiple time to customer care and 12118, but still not access it. Why I am paying 98 Rs. Hope for a immediate response from your side.

I am very much dissatisfied with customer care service of airtel. they simply deduct balance by activating any scheme randomly without the permission of the customer and customer care executive is never available on any of their toll free numbers. only pre-recorded msgs sound, which gives information about how to desubscribe that value added service which they had activated without our permission. but they never connect customer with their customer-care executive. and furthermore no facility is there to avail our deducted balance back. the number on which customer-care executive is available directly is not tall-free. so this is their ridiculous business strategy of earning money harassing their customers. i have registererd complaint regarding this, many times earlier both at airtel head-office as well as in consumer-court, but no action was ever taken. so, this time there is hight of harassment and i am going to switch from airtel to other service provider. portability of number empowered my descision. i cant stay with airtel any longer. hence i am complaining for public interest and to request airtel that plz stop doing this with your other customers. i am not going to be your customer any longer. one more suggestion, Airtel's internet facility is just worst. for hours and for days it remains "Network unavailable"
