[Resolved]  Airtel — pune airtel office

am a defence person and i came to PUNE for some medical check up.. my unit is in karnataka..i lost my mobile in pune last sunday...i had wrote an FIR solapur bazar police station on 16th and went to airtel head office IN PUNE next day to block my sim card ...frm there a lady sitting on cutomer care deck -her name is -----AJITHA CHIVATE----- made me stand infront of her desk for 15 minutesfor nothing since she was messaging her friend in her cell fone.. she chewing bublegum in her mouth havnt shown any manners towards.not even telling me to take a seat ...i wonder is this way i responsible person on duty behave to a customer who r already frustated of losing his mobile??? i wud like to tell airtel staff that they shud check up the family status of the people whom they choose for cutomer care..since a girl from a good family can never behave like this, even to a stranger...(my token no on that day was 33-mobile no-[protected]which is not working now)

Airtel Broadband is total Crap in Pune, Looks like the guys do it on purpose. I had applied for a connection and its been 1 and half month and see no sighns of the connection.
my airtel sim card is lost somewhere.
i hav requestd 2 customer care and they hav stop the servise of that card...
i just want to know that can i get the same no again and with the same plan airtel friendss activated there..???

They have promised an installation on 9th afternoon at 2:30 PM. I took leave and waited for them. They did not turn up even after enormous number of calls that I made from my mobile. every call was on hold for long timke as well. Finally I asked for supervisor and the lady disconnected the call. I called back and was promised a superviosr call within 1 hour. Nothing happened. On 10th morning, called up again and was lucky enopugh to speak to a escallation agent. He has promised an installation now. In the afternoon, I am getting a call asking if the issue was resolved. What should I say??? I donno how they can take Indian customers for granted and do this to us. We might not be paying in dollars, but still we are paying and also much more than the local cable guy. Please treat customers with respect as we are ur bread and butter. Pathetic service. Issue still stands un resolved. Without installation daily my recharged amount is reducing as burn rate. Pathetic!!!!!!!!! I will never buy an Airtel product again.
They have still not bothered to insatall the same even after numerous calls to them today. Customer care is not having a status also on the same. Dont know how to end this trauma.
Its the 13th day of the issue running. I am not asking you to launch a rocket to outerspace. Just install my connection. I donno how many more days you need ? Almost 14 rs a day is burning without me been able to use the service. Now your engineer has taken my set top box for software update. He is disconnecting my call now. He is absconding for 3 days now. He said next day morning I will bring and install. 3 days he is not turning up nor lifting my call. Luckily I fought with him and got a reciept saying he took my set top box. Else now you guys would have out right rejected any knowledge of it.

Ok. Finally the set top box and much avaited Airtel connection has arrived. Sat down and opened my favourite channel, and boom "Unsubscribed Channel ". What the hell. Checked the package in Airtel site and the channel is there. Checked my account, the same package was updated. Clicked on channel list against my package, and there lies the ctach. I subscribed for south ultra for 209 channels, now I am seeing south ultra with 180 channels in my account. Gosh, 180 channles should be south Mega. My package is being charged 424.64 monthly where as your website says rs 375 + taxes which should come to approx 397 rs. flexible package with lesser channels for more cost for a special customer is it, Airtel ? I have mailed airtel presence and its been 5 days now. My promised refund has also not arrived. Great going guys, I really love Airtel. Airtel ki, Jai.

Today afternoon ie 25/06/2011 in day time i lost my Sony Ericcson Vivaz Pro Mobile .I had used airtel from last 6 years.I registered an FIR in police and then went to FC road Airtel ofc so that they can track the number as the cell was on and was ringing.
But to my dismay, they bluntly refused that they cant do it even though i had all the information of phone.It was highly disappointing as i have seen all service providers have this facility of mob tracking and m such a lonfg customer but i dont think i will continue to be airtel customer and advice others also not to use airtel...

Even after 5 days of reporting the issue, not even a single call or response. I reported the issue to the person who called back for checking if previous issue was reported. Still no call back or anything. Airtel is taking customers for granted.

I am fed up with airtel service.Every time i use to see my balance details & each & every time i see my balance less, i don't know where this balance are going & today 27 oct 2011 i m haviny a balance of 96 rupee & i dont know how my balance become 6 paise, i had informed to the costomer care they said that they will send me the coplaint number by sms & till now i had not recived that sms...if you all do so than i my sorry i will not use AIRTEL service throught out my life...& i will also suggest my near once that what happened with me okkk...so this is my hummble request plz rectify my problem sir...

But my Cell Shows Your SIM Card Registration Are Failed

I have applied for duplicate sim and airtel people told me service will start within 12th hours BUT..
after 12th Hrs they said THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST ( 04/08/2011.).
...They Said Now your Cell registration is not in Your Name...Its going on Recycleing Process

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is very frustrating that you have manipulated the Interactive voice
service in such a way that as a customer I am never able to speak to
the customer care representative even after 20 trials in a day. I ma
always directed to the end of the call with some irrelevant message.

Ever since I have taken my new number AIRTEL-[protected], I have had
100% call drop and 100% network issues, so you may probably guage the
level of my frustration as a customer.

I being a communications engineer very well understand the solution
provided by MNP, however, It is pathetic that you cannot let your
customers ethically reach the customer care for MNP.

Kindly look into this matter, as the I am hardly able to make calls
once I reach home-(Aundh-Pune-near Medipoint Hospital).

I have also experienced the worst customer care service at the Aundh Outlet, Pune. After having been patient for months to get my overpayment back, yesterday's callous and rude behaviour from the staff at this outlet was very humiliating. Shame on Airtel to hire such staff. Have they given up their standards to this extent or is it a cost cutting measure to hire such class-less people as customer care officers.

And my name is vishal shankar, In march month some lady called me from swargate office and explained me about plan name- air tel all 299 and she also told me you can also activate new additional message pack which is pack 99 because my most usage is messaging and chatting. That's why i have taken immediately. after taken this plan no body is try to help me even not customer care and not air tel officers in pune from chinchwad branch and aundh branch. from starting i am getting wrong information and fake information from air tel officers and customer care officers. now due to not activation of SMS pack, I have to pay Rs2200/- bill for April month. because i didn't get sms pack service. my daily sms usages is 100 local and national. no body is ready to solve my problem. I am facing lots of problem. and totally unhappy from air tel services by air tel officers pune and customer care . They always giving me new new information. still i am not getting full support from air tel. i am complaining about chinchwad, aundh and swargate branch for cheating me and fake information. please if possible help me and solve my problem.I can't afford too much high amount only due to not sms pack service. even i am also ready to change my plan but although they all are giving me different different information. air tel officers from aundh and chinchwad they are telling me different and customer care telling me different. who is giving me right information i am confuse.
really now i am getting air tel company is INDIA'S bull company.
I have taken your WIFI service about a month ago and its giving problems and i have a notice to say its usage is over the paid ammount. i have called the man DATTA who installed it to come and explain and fix the matter and he has not come. I have called him 7 times now and each time he is either coming in a few minutes or he is on leave or he will come at 3m and never turns up Now he hangs up when I call him.
If this continues I will not pay my bill. Please talk to him at once and get him to come over his number is [protected].

Ordered and paid airtel broadband for viman nagar flat in rohan mithila..after taking all the money we found out that the network signal is VERY poor...we called 5-6 times no help. Now we want to cancel their service and they are saying they will not give money back??? How ridiculous is this? They don't provide the service that I paid for and now they won't let me leave and pay my money back...this is robbery on Airtel's part.
