[Resolved]  Airtel — CUSTOMER CARE

This is Sunil Singhal,my airtel number is [protected].this is with reference to cbdmo [protected], my conversation with ur customer care executive Nand Swaroop.i got my phone recharged as follows
25 may-Rs 50
27 may -two recharges of Rs50 each
28 may -Rs 20
all of these recharges were sucessfulul and i even received the confirmation messages.but a little later each one of them was nullified.on contacting customer service ,ur Nand Swaroop rebuked me and called me a cheater and a liar and accused dat i hadnt got any of these recharges done.he even did not take into account the confirmation messages and clearly refused to lodge a complaint in this regard.people like him are a liability to the company and create suspicion on the goodwill of the company,pls take action against him.

Airtel — lack of privacy

Dear sir

Iam beethovan, all the contacts & details of my calls and messages in my number are disclosed to the third party by one of the customer care executive.my number is[protected].And iam sure that it is being taped & i know the person behind this.So please take further action immediately.

I would like to inform you that I receivedd mesasge from Airtel saying, "thanks for downloding hello tune" anddeducted Rs. 15 from my balance even if I had not demanded the same. I stopped the scheme by sending a message and made call on 198 and asked your customer care executive to refund the same. he replied that he will refund same within 4 hours but he has not credited balance till date.Now, when I dial 198 and select to enquiry for cutting of balane they transfer the call to customer care executive but they are not attainig my call. this is not first time, my balance is deducted like this many times.
I would request you to look into this matter and revert the amount of Rs. 15/- to my account. my mobile no. is [protected]. Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

i have airtel service tel no [protected]. recently i coverted post paid to pre paid connection. when changed they told me to pay certain amount pending which was 730.00 rs.i paid that amount and converted to pre paid. NOW I GOT FINAL BILL FOR SAME SAYING MY BILL IS - 139.22 (minus). that means i have to take 139 rs. from them. i went to custmer care and told him to add same amount in my prepaid. account or pay me my additi0nal amount to me. but they refuse to accept. i want my additional money back.

i took an AIRTEL dth connection on 25 of march 2010 but let me share my experience with you all
i felt that the airtel digital tv is good in terms of picture clarity but the worst part is that of their customer service
i have never seen this type of customer service
i have been using reliance broadband but the customer service is excellent infact the customer executive cannot disconnect our call unless confirming us
but when i called to airtel this executives were so rude and and kept me on hold for almost 25 mins wherein i could able to hear them chatting and having fun with their colleagues and then they disconnected my call even without solving my query
later on i recd an sms stating that your complaint have been resolved
i had called to customer care centre for almost 4-5 times but not be satisfied.

really i would say that airtel customer service lacks professionalism they should try to improve it other wise they will definitely loose customers

i really now feel that i should have opted BIG TV instead of AIRTEL

your customer executives take much time for giving information. and you have charging it. so without any information they say to we can not provide that information. sir if they want to say that why they take our time? for which we pays 10 to 15 Rs.
in this i have lossed 68 Rs. to talk with your executive and no any information has been provided. so i want that balance plz..........

Hello Sir when I try to book a complaint in Airtel in 198 They didnot connect to the customer service execuitve but when i try it in 121 they will connect to the customer service execuitve and charge the rupees.They r cheating like this

I had applied for an duplicate simcard for my mother as she had lost her sim with her mobile,[protected],i have been walking up and down to AIRTEL PREPAID DEALER " for more than a week now,i got the duplicate simcard but last 4 days they havent activated it.I called 3 or 4 airtel helpline numbers they jus said its none of thier concern it must be spoken and soughted out with the dealer.The employee dealer has placed in his firm is bossy and arrogant tryin to threaten people.So any one from tirunelveli reading his post never ever venture in "GAYATHRI AGENCIES "near Palay bus stand opp to Raja towers even i[censored] think of going there "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK".WORLD'S DUMBEST CUSTOMER CARE OFFERED BY Airtel via Gayathri agencies tirunelveli..Hope AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE soons wakes up.......................
i was talking on 198 and registering a complaint that your website doesn't help how to subscribe Airtel Freedom plan....the executive argued and said that this is not a complaint.....then he tried to teach me that I should go to dealer for this....if that is the case why can't I do it online........suddenly the call disconnected and then never got connected ever....... i tried to find out grievance redressal form or contact person on this issue but can't find any....airtel claims themselves biggest service provider but customer service was, is and will always remain pathetic

198 is a toll free customer care helpline. Now I don't understand from where is this barring business coming from. I am giving Airtel exactly 72 hours to unbar 198.

You people request your customers not to call that number more than thrice a day but if for small issues also if any call is transferred to the supervisor and then that call remains unattended then why should the customers suffer for that. Why should we be the victims of your policies ? These are not fair policies. Customer Care numbers should be open 24x7.

Today I contacted 121 for a query there also I found that my call was transferred to his supervisor and he assured me that it will reach his desk but I found that the line was disconnected before it reached his deck.

So I am asking are you people playing pranks with your customers. And MNP is round the corner and I don't want to be a part of that company who doesn't value their customers. I am giving you exactly 72 hours to resolve these issues else I am sorry.
