[protected] this no corporate plan 250 rs i want to change the plan to 150 rs corporate plan and,
[protected] for this no i want to change the 150 rs corporate plan to prepaid plan, pls change the plan as per according.

This is with regards to my number [protected], kindly request you to change the billing date/cycle to every month 10th so it will be easy for me to make the payment without any late fee charges.

I hav balance in my cell was Rs.508, which is remain is 396. Why did u cut my balance. i don't apply for any terrif plan, They have been cut my balance delibrately. plz refund me my balance which is 112. otherwise i m going to complaint against Airtel in consumer form my refrence no. is [protected].

Hi Buddy,

Last month my total outstanding was Rs.8100. approx., I's told by your collection Executive ot Make payment of atleast half of the amount. Hence, I paid Rs.4000 via cheque, dated 10/05/09. He told me after collecting the cheque that he'ld collect the rest on 12th of May.

But today when I's waiting at the airport to receive my family members, I found my outgoing was out of action. Is this fare from your end, If he would have insist some more on the same day I would have..
This is really disgusting me..(Remember I'm using this, nearing one year) Never mind!

I request you to release my line n ask your executive to collect the payment in addition if you are looking for.. But release the line first.. (even I can give a cheque No. to u 112402 for Rs.3000) coz its a international line...

I am Nithin, My number is [protected],
First the problem started when i paid my bill for the month of feb-09 at Basavehswara nagar, Bangalore

1).I had paid the bill for 2 nos ie;1) [protected] 2) [protected] then i was still receiving calls from airtel saying that your payment is due and the amount was reflecting .Called customer care they said to visit the centre and speak to the people there i gave a compliant and still the problem was not rectified, called customer care again but no good response i received from them.After repeated calls i receive a message from airtel saying that your amount has been realized but the amount of 270/- Rs i had paid for [protected] and 550/-Rs i had paid for [protected] were inter-changed.I had to unwillingly accept that

This was for about 45 days with all these tensions i had spend around 2 hours daily only to speak with Customer care people with no results from their end.

2)After all this hassles i wanted clear problem was there with the other number ie; [protected] as mentioned above same thing was repeated showing outstanding amount for the month of march.
Again same procedures no go effect.

3) seeing all this i request for the bills from feb, march, april-09 but no results, called the customer care
they would say we would update and when the deadline for the complaint came i used to receive a message saying your issue has been sorted out but i never received any mail from airtel

When called the customer care again they said some technical error they would sort out the issue but for my emabarssment same thing repeated without any bill beening received.With all these hasseles after giving the complaint for the same matter for not receiving bills for three months feb, march, april-09

I did pay my bill for the month of march-09 thinking that i would receive the bills.

But to my frustration !!! and shock !!!

I RECEIVED A BILL FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY -09 IN PLACE OF FEB, MARCH, APRIL-09

Now i receive a message on mobile saying that your april monthly bill is not available and please email us [protected]@airtelindia.com

This is very pathetic to know that the service is so bad one issue to be solved is take so many months.I have clearly stated that i would not pay my april bills and may bill unless the issue is sorted out

Please find a way out to solve the issue

Hoping everything is sorted out I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR THE PAST 3-4 YEARS

I am an Airtel post paid mobile customer No [protected] for the last many years., I have never defaulted my monthly bills. Unfortunately I lost my Motorola make mobile along with SIM card on Saturday .Information to this effect was given to the Airtel CC. Today I visited your authorised dealers/agents/shops situated at BMC Chonk, Joty chonk and Central Town Jalandhar to get the duplicate SIM card; but they all said that the SIMs are not available/are out stock .At the same time they were not telling when the SIMs will be available with them. They all tried to influence me to go for new connection which seems to be more lucrative for them.Instead of sympathetic on my loss, behaviour /response of the persons attending at your above shops was quite dry and uncourteous. It was felt that in an era of competition you must be more careful in appointing Airtel agents. Keeping in view the above facts it is requested to make arrangements for supplying the duplicate SIM card at my place and oblige. Charges for duplicate SIM card will be made .Cotact Phone[protected].
