[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Recharge issue | |||
I am using Airtel Digital TV around 2 years , my account number is [protected] , As per my recharge susrciption my validity last day was Oct 19th , and i called the customer care people and suscribed my a/c on 20th 12:15 AM for 1 year valdiity . but i am deducted with rs 4.71 paise . if i had subscribed on Oct 19th , stil i would have lost a day . Its not acceptable fact that i wil be losing a day or i wil be deducted with Rs 4.71 . This thing should be considered seriously , Vivek [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I want your urgent intervention on to get my account balance corrected by rupees 310.Please Find the My A/C Statement detail
Case summary:-
Ø Refilled my account with above mentioned amount = 16th Feb’11
Ø When checked on 18th Feb’11 services were not working
Ø Logged complaint on 18th Feb’11 and on 19th
Ø case id =5517964
Ø Till 20th Feb’11 issue is not resolved.
Ø I had spoken to various customer care executive (Siddharth, Priyam, Mayur,Praveen) and none could resolve the query today spoke to supervisor Monika and Rahul But she kept on speaking on different topic and was very rude and aggressive.
Made me feel as if I’m a beggar and she’s doing great favor by listening to me and finally disconnected the call.
I have only two question for you:-
1. When will this error get corrected?
2. What do you have to say about the customer service provided by your executives and supervisor? Do you recommend that we should stop your services because your team can’t manage it well?
