Sir,
My name is Kalesh Devi. I had been using airtel post paid plan on [protected] since 5 years. I requested to migrate my plan to pre-paid and submitted all relevent papers to him and cleared all my previous post paid bills and paid another Rs150/- to get the new sim for the same number and the next day it started working. After 3 days later, airtel blocked my incoming and outgoing call. I approched the prepais airtel Jassur and submitted my proof of res and all other document and after 3 days it started working. After 3 days later it again stop working and I went to ARC Jassur and they again asked me to dubmit the paper as head office did not get the paper.so I again submitted the paper to ARC prepaid office and it started working after 3 days but today again it stoped working and when i conted them they told me that ur migration form has not submitted thats why iur service has been banned. I am fed up with this and being suffered bcz og their fault not mine . Pls advise.

I am turaly requested to u our village runs 1200 airtel concactions of mobile.but a problem of net work covrage are comes to face. there is no natwork coverage in our village.sir there is anther reason been that our village setup in a boder of punjab. Survey team (Airtel, from shimla, leading by Mr. Vishal) is already visited our premises number of months back.But still, no action has been taken place by Airtel. Due to bad coverage, i have facing roaming on my number and paid abt 1000/- roaming charges every month from last 2 years..Because of my need, i dont quit airtel network, but now situation is so much tense to me that i m complaining you again. As mechanical engineer in profession, i m requesting you that please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

My problem is that I am getting OBSENCE and un-parliament language and filthy SMS from your service 321.I complainted to your customer service centre also but of no use. Please stop these such filthy SMS otherwise I have to go to the Consumer Court.

I want to draw your kind attension towards harrashment given to me by your executives.One of your dealer Mr. Manohar Lal from Baddi gave me two nos on july 31,2207.one [protected](under govt. plan+cu topping) & second [protected](under cug 249 plan) & commited me that calls from one no to another will be charged 10p/min.I used these nos according to this plan but to me surprise when I got its bill,all calls were charged at normal rate i.e 1Rs/min,then your chief executive Mr. Gunjan Aggarwal told me that I will get these discounts in next bill ,any how he gave me discount of 7000 Rs against 8200 but after that he left or transfered.After that I have not got any discount in month of october & nov.as a result my nos. have been disconnected.
Please help me out from this problem.
