Sir I am a regular customer of Airtel from apr 2005 and using internet services & telephone.
The Airtel Has been stoped my services after 9/10/2007. in this connection i complained to customer care then they check my status and give a 2-3 hrs time to connect my services. Worst GPRS service and customer care got barred without any reason on seeking help

useless customer service

i recently subscribed to a prepaid plan and it was valid for 1 year with a tariff of 39 ps /min for airtel no s and 59 ps /min for other lacal mobiles. but my plan was suddenly changed to student plan with a tariff of 1 rs /min outgoing. i made several complaints to airtel customer service they say that the problem will be rectified within 24 hrs but nothing has happened for 5 days. 1. At the time of Activation - It took more the 7 working days.

Connection Name Change

The airtel connection I am currently using is in the name of my mother. I wanted it transferred to my name. I submitted all the Documents for the same with Airtel Outlet (SheebaTel, Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi). I have paid my airtel bill of Rs.1532 by my credit card on June 25th at airtel outlet in Jayanagar,Bangalore, and it is not credited in my account, and i have complained atleast 50 times, and i have also faxed the charge slip of credit card and finally they asked me to fax the credit card statement which i have again faxed, but till date no response from any one, i am being cheated ,,would request to responsible authorities...

Facing multiple problems
