Thanks for writing so much on “value our association with Airtel” but my problem is still there. When I this SIM in other mobile but still it says ‘SIM Registration failed’ for 5-7 days I am facing problem. I could not understand how express my helplessness to Airtel Customer Services executives. I contacted in shop in Delhi for this problem but he says you contact to 121.
I thought Airtel is the Best but sorry to say that this is my last reminder to you if you are in position to rectify my problem then ok or advise me to whom I should contact otherwise please disconnect my connection and send my last bill, so I can say goodbye to Airtel (the brand I like most but I am helpless to continue).

I have received duplicate SIM long back but did not use as I got my mobile
after receiving call details I contacted to the concerned person. And then
I requested for activating the old SIM and they did it but last 5/10 days I
am getting problem in connectivity some sim registration failed, no network
etc. last week I was out of station for vacation and I have badly needed my
mobile but it was useless and we took some one?s mobile for use. Why this
is happened I could understand it. I have wasted 112 rupees for contacting
your service persons. 10 minutes to take to contact your concerned person
and I have no other mobile.
Kindly see my bills which are more than 1500 per month average for last 10
months but they have no respect for me to take care of this small problem.
If this problem is repairable to your end then ok otherwise please
disconnect my mobile connection and I will go for other service provider
(but it will be very unfortunate for me to give up ?Airtel?)
You know I have one office no. [protected] which is a corporate number and
when I call from this number they simply disconnect the number and say ?its
corporate no. we can not attend you call from other number or landline
number?, it means I should go to market and call from STD booth and I did
it and paid Rs. 112/- which please be reimbursed me. Honestly speaking,
because of your service network and responses from your executives I have
taken one VODA phone, which I do not like because of its British Brand, the
people who destroyed Indiaand made it Gulam.
Please tell me how you value my association with Airtel ?

I am a proud customer of Bharti Telecom Limited with my mobile no [protected] in Jammu and Kashmir region. But, the problem I am facing is that the most requisite facility that a company offers to a customer is that of the helpline no. or the customer care no. as in case of Airtel is 121 is not available to me. I have contacted many employees of the company to make this basic facility available to me but all in vain. If there would have been a justification to this, I would have not had any problem with the same but I believe that I am the only person in the whole state who has been barred from this service. This gives me an impression that either the company doesn’t care for the customers like me or there is no reason other than that. I humble request you that please activate this facility to my mobile no. so that I might not feel dejected and continue to be a customer of the ultimate brand as. The situation is very ironic for me as to need any sort of help I have to use any other Airtel mobile for any help.
