I am residing in Pune , I have taken Airtel postpaid connection for Internet facility.
It was so frustating experience for me from Pune Airtel service team.
At the time of taking connection AIRTEL guaranteed me Internet Facility ,
After 2 months by repeatative complaints by me no one bothered to even entertain the complain.
I was really get frustated after getting treatment from such REPUTED TELECOMMUNICATION CO. LIKE AIRTEL.
Airtel authority should check this , I had made 104 calls to customer care centre in 2 months , evrey time I have to repeat my complaint , and sweetspeaking parrots from AIRTEL were telling me " sir you will get feedback in 72 Hrs. from our service dept."
After obesrving such shocking experience , AIRTEL gave me another shock by giving me BILL FOR services which they have never provided to me . Though I have paid it through my credit.
AIRTEL will be losing it's image day by day .

Senior Authority Sould Contact me If they have little attention towards there customers .
I think " EVERY CUSTOMER of AIRTEL IS AMBASSADOR OF AITEL ''

I have recently relocated to Pune and got a new Airtel postpaid connection through the agent who came to my company (IBM) for corporate connection.
The agent had promised me an activation time of 4 hours and it took almost 24 hours for activation.
But the real trouble came after that. The signal strength is extremely weak at most places. I cannot talk for more than 5 minutes continuously. If I take a call in my car while traveling to office from Aundh to Hinjewadi, the call gets dropped every 4-5 minutes. I never get the signal in my office- situated in the supposed to be IT hub of Pune - Hinjewadi Phase 2. And most of the times even when the network coverage is there while you make call it says "Network Busy".
I never get the signal at my home - in Aundh. Why do they come for corporate connection to the company when they know about the signal quality at the building? The customer support executives never attend to your queries well. You never get to talk to them.

I have had a prepaid connection of Airtel. But it has really been a headache to me. My connection does not work for more than 4.18 - 4.26 minutes, it gets disconnected. But I am being charged Rs.1.50 / STD call & Re.1.00 / Local call. Whenever the call gets disconnected in 1, 2, 3... minutes, immediately it jumps to 1 second more and my amount for 1 minute gets deducted. Besides when I'm inside my residential premises, it is a great moment to cheer if I can get a signal. Airtel has a very week signal strength. It is a lifetime card & I have paid an hefty amount of Rs. 499.00 to get this no. Now I feel cheated. Really Airtel is a company of frauds. But in India there is no justice, these big corporates know how to rob citizens and play with Indian laws. They pay hefty amonts to their law departments which ofcourse needless to say, is our own money & being used against us. Besides our ministers are provided some good under table amounts from these corporates so that the laws are framed to their convenience.

I have heard somewhere that initially around 8-9 years back this Airtel company had gone bankrupt. It seems now they are trying to make their customers go bankrupt.

The worst CustomerCare & telecom service I ever experienced is of airtel pune. The support from callcenter executives of airtel is pathetic. when asked to be patient while talking the person asked me to behave properly not only that he asked me--"do I speak like this in my home". I was provoked to use abusive language. he even told me his name, "Bhaskar", and told "jo karte bane kar le". Even I dont know whether he told his original name or fake. If any action would have been taken against this I would have been very happy.
Not only support but their services are also worst. numerous cross connection, false /hidden informations, bad services are all part of airtel services.
But still I have no choice but to use this connection only, else I have to give information to too many places about my new no. which is too tough for me in such a busy schedule. Might be this is a major reason why many people are still hanging with airtel.

Airtel connectivity in Pune is very very poor and weak. More than half of the time the phone will show "Emergency calls only" even if you are within the heart of the city. I recently moved to Pune and took airtel connection and from day one I had pathetic experience with Airtel. Nor can you make calls and nor can you attend calls cause more than half of the time connection is not there and more over when there is connection the moment you receive a call or make a call within 30 secs the call will go blank and automatically the call will get disconnected and after that to call back is a real pain... I would suggest please do not take Airtel connection in Pune.

My name is Anthony Mendonca Mobile No - [protected]. On 06/05/09 I visited your SHREE BALAJI COMMUNICATION Kalyani nagar centre pune maharashtra. Met Mr.Sanjay . the purpose of visit was to change my postpaid to perpaid. I completed all the formalities.
paid all the dues. The amount paid receipt no - 6130. amount 84/- ( eighty four only), second one with receipt no 2846.amount 120/- ( one hundred & twenty only) dated 06/05/09. after this i was informed that the new sim card will be activated after 48 hrs. till date this card is not activated. I tried your customer care 121, the kalyani nagar centre people but not without any output. Today i have received a bill of 92.41 what is all this. Please look into this matter immediatly and take action.

I am useing airtel prepaid service mobile no.[protected], since 1 year i am getting the problem in service network. when i am in my office mobile shows there is no signal. i had booked my complaint on dt.07/06/2009 to customer care they gave me complaint no but there is no appriciation in network. i have an problem of network only in my office site and my office is situated in hart of the city opposite relway station of NAGPUR (M.S).
I think I made a grave mistake by taking Airtel mobile post paid connection. I stay at chinchwad, Pune. Just fed up of poor service/ NO SERVICE syndrome of Airtel. The moment one drop of rain pours, my Airtel goes in the water, just no service, the tower goes totally horizontal, no access, no network!!! Calls to customer care are a real pain. First its all computerizes- so dial this for that, dial this for that... After much effort when I could speak to them- they are like PARROTS--just rattling out what is put in their brain. They cannot converse with customer, they dont understand the problems of customers, they promise to get back, only never to get back--48 hrs/72 hrs/ how many hrs/ days??? They do eat up ur brain when u want to disconnect the connection. what do I do???

I'm facing a problem from the 1 month but this problem is still not resolved.
My number is [protected]. Mine is friends card and I"m added in the group whose group owner is having number([protected]). When I'm calling on this number from my number, 1 rs is cutting instead of 0.10 paise.
And, your executives are telling that my no is not added in any group. So, wen I try to include my no in the group created by my friend, I get the message that my number is added in the group.

I have written so many mails and I have called your Customer Care so many times that they have blocked my number and I can't call them now.
I'm trying to make your executives understand but they are not understanding the problem clearly.
Is this the service that you are providing to your customers?
How long one can have patience?
Either your system is incorrect or Airtel has started to make people fool and cheat them like this.

Airtel — Pathetic Service (Poor Signal Quality)

Dear Mr Sunil Mittal,

It’s very proud to know that Bharti Enterprises a leading business group of India. Seems that Bharti group is a pioneer in the telecom sector with many innovations to its credit (By Voice yourself) and Bharti Airtel Ltd, is one of the India’s leading private sector providers in telecommunications which has almost 80 million customers into its bucket by the end of Oct 2008.

Sir, I am Girish Daramoni a proud customer (+91-[protected])of your services. Well I had chosen Oct 2008 as my benchmark coz your services started giving me nightmares since then, because of poor pathetic signal quality. Escalated the issue several times, off course has some voice conversations recorded at my end. Well not threatening you that I will go the consumer forum with the weapon in my hands. Might be my escalation is a feather which can be easily neglected.

Seems that your company had boosted its growth to 2625 Million $ with a growth rate of almost 17%(please correct me if I am wrong). Financially your company is moving with a greater pace thanks to all those customers who had faith in you and I was one among them.

Well this is with regards to my complaint for poor signals at my residence and was escalated the issue more than 2 years ago. I don’t feel that it’s a challenge for you to rectify that when compared to your acquisitions of various companies into the folder of yours. Nether I have words nor I have patience to describe how painful were the days on behalf of my escalations since 2 years.
Now how could the situation is so painful to you when I neglect your bill for just 4 months? Not 4 years!!!. The reaction from your end is so drastic to cancel my incoming and outgoing calls.

Sir today (5/09/2010) when I called up your CC executive he says that the concern Dept is working on that and will be rectified soon (For 2 years, and your team is still finding a solution to resolve it?) but off course he is patient enough to listen to me. We the customers are frightened to call to your help lines as we are charged to express our grievances (0.50paise per 3 minutes). So definitely your complaints are zero indeed.

Well sir picking up the thread from where I left, till date I was a prompt payer of your bills, Never expected discounts and will neither expect in the future too, I am loyal to your brand but now feel that I was in an Illusion that I had purchased Asia’s trusted brand.

    I m using prepaid airtel internet connection Through GPRS (Mobile) last 3 months. But speed is very slow, as per commitement of airtel customer care. They insure me i get 68-128 kbps speed through mobile GPRS. But now a days i m very fedup withe very slow speed of internet. What can i do Please give me suggestion.
    Because i m planing to go Consumers forum.

    my mobile no is [protected] i had activated 3g gprs on my mobile 100 mb free for 100 rupees rental was activated on 05/04/11 and same was deactivated on 10/04/11, when i saw that my unbilled amount was increasing daily on 300 rs basis i had spoken to customercare executive, and i got the feedback it will get minus when bill get generated, but i received the bill with gprs charged of Rs-1256, while in that 4 days period my uses wa only 38 mb, but why my bill comes like that,
    please give me clarification soon.

      I on behalf of Surender Singh,Mobile No. [protected] state as under:
      every month Rs. 249 is deducted for GPRS service while I have not activated the same. In november,2007 I got a sms that ur gprs service has been deactived. However, in december, 2007 the same amount is deducted and now my account does not show the balance. I can niether make call to customer care due to negative balance not send sms to customer service. this is very bad for bihar airtel service. kindly take an immediate action please because since february, 2007, my balance is deducted for the same but customer care doesn't respond properly. He always says that this service has been activated on your mobile on your request which is wrong. please take immediate action to refund my balance and to deactive gprs service.

        Executive of Airtel Mr. Santosh Kumar (Code 29648) took the booking on 22.9.07 for installation of telephone with broadband facility for which the payment was also made. committments were made regarding internal wiring and installation within 4 days. Representations were made for various benefits being given because of Bulk installation being provided in the MD block of Pitampura. However since then the phone has not been installed. Repeated phone calls were made on the tel no. [protected] of Mr. Santosh but he remained unavailable. None has approched so far for installation. This has caused immense harassment and also amounts to cheating. The defeciency in services to the consumer is apparant for which legal action is being taken.

          this in regards to the TRAI mandate that the phone service provider i.e,(airtel) cant continue to charge the clip charges without the consent of the consumer and its not a mandate for them to get this charged from a consumer,
          everyday i get 2-3 messages to accept the clip charges and this is frustrating

            I have Airtel connection and have Rs.6000/- as deposit with them. I requested them to activate call conference facility for my business needs but they say they cannot since i have ISD facility.
            I really cant understans what is the connection between two. They should provide the services on payment moreover call conference is provided by other service providers free of cost.

            There are ways in which one can save ISD bills. ISD International Gateways cREALLY Costs Companes Real Money So if you conference d call with some international person Airtel is in lose with one perpective ISD person ( your Conference caller ) clearly violating TRAI regulation of diverting ISD Calls

            Airtel is right in its own way; Since Every Mobile Company gonna Do the same thing ; At least in Semitransparent Tel cos and Govt policy implementations.
            i want to call conference. how to activate?

            Its disgusting to know that Airtel charges for Call Conference Facility, though we will be charged for all outgoing calls as per the plan while during conferencing and also our handset supports for the same, then I dont understand as to why it is being charged just to give access to call other nos. while we are already on a call with, no other service providers charge for this facility I believe.
            Airtel Charging for Conference Facility is ridiculous. Infact I believe if they provide Conference call facility for free than they might be able to increase their avg. revenue per user (ARPU) given that the customer would be induced to call more people leading to additional call revenues for the same min in use .

            I think they should give the facility to all customers for free for atleast 3 months and see the statistics for themselves.

            Also i believe if a Service provider wants they can easily restrict the usage of Conference call facility to Local/Indian numbers only as everything is system driven. Hence not affecting TRAI regulations.

            Just waiting for the day when TRAI allows the Number Portability option. I will surely move to another service provider. Airtel dissappoints in most aspects.

              Dear sir,

              Please note that on 19th Dec 2007 I received 150 SMS on my mobile No-[protected] regarding downloading from airtellive,though I had not download single item. During this I was using portfolio manager on my mobile. I immediately complain three times on 121 regarding above matter and get request no also.I request for cancellation for wrong downloading charge at Ahmedabad Lobby at Ashran roadon 12th Dec2007. Again Similary problem observed on 17th Dec. I again visit Air tel lobby at Ashram road and meet Mr. Ridham for cancellation of download chages. I also email four times at [protected]@airtelindia.com ragarding above matter but they are not considering my request. They are not giving point wise clarification which I required. Please also give guidance on How I can prove that I have not download. You can also see my previous bills for my usage record. I had never visit airetel live for download.Please do needful at your end. Such a Big mobile company’s staff not responding proper.

              dear sir/madam,

              I am one of your oldest customer and my wife and self are travelling to Thailand on 19th and will return back to india on 20th jan night.

              My mobile has international roaming, but my wife's mobile you need to activate for 3 days and then disconnect.



              Since i am your customer for so many years and i got sim card for my wife based on my number, i request to accede all the privileges to my wife's number so that we can enjoy benefits of both the numbers.



              my wife's mobile number [protected] and you can call on me so that i can finalise this immediately.



              I called your help desk [protected] and they had informed me to pay deposit of Rs. 3500 and then connect for 2days. I am not having positive reply for this kind of 2 days connection paying a deposit.



              As a priveleged customer, my wife is also entitled to all the benefits as mine as it happens in any business.



              Your call centre was very reluctant and more over negative, they are not giving a chance or opportunity to escalate and bring to the notice of top management and then live to them to decide.





              I have been customer before Airtel bought over from JTM hence i am requesting you to give access for two days for my wife's number [protected] at the earliest. I need from 19th jan to 20th Jan only for two days as we are in thailand.



              I hope you will work out positive module for the above request.

              Dear Sir,
              I wish to bring to your notice the total careless attitude and disregard for the customer by your customer care executives calling from Mumbai. They have constantly been harassing us for payment of bills which they have not generated and sent, and have threatened to cut the line today by COB in case we do not pay. They cannot pronounce the company's name properly, or the persons name, and they dont want to listen to the customer and dont want tp take responsibility that the problem is from their end.
              Airtel makes the customer feel like an . Please train your people in the art of talking to customers getting their names correct, with etiquette and courtsey rather than issue ultimatums. the telephone line nu that they are threatening to cut off is[protected]. Why should we suffer for their lack of responsibility and the fact that we have paid our bills on time always. Would appreciate a look into this matter and certain respect to be shown to the users.

              Sending inflated bills and not listening to the customer has become order of the at Bharti. Customer can not raise its voice because he not able to contact any senior person in the co. No. Email or phone no. is given on Website of phone bills.

                Sir,
                I have done easy recharge of Rs 299/- on 18/11/07 for use of Airtel GPRS facility. My cell no is [protected]. I have contacted many times the customer care ,and given a complain no.[protected] on dated 21/11/07. After that followed many times but invain. Again on 16/12/07 ,I sent a sms in 121 for non resole of my problem. On 17/12/07 a got a sms stating the problem to be resolved by 18/12/07. But till date the problem is pending unresolved. Pl. help me out.

                    Thanks for writing so much on “value our association with Airtel” but my problem is still there. When I this SIM in other mobile but still it says ‘SIM Registration failed’ for 5-7 days I am facing problem. I could not understand how express my helplessness to Airtel Customer Services executives. I contacted in shop in Delhi for this problem but he says you contact to 121.

                    I thought Airtel is the Best but sorry to say that this is my last reminder to you if you are in position to rectify my problem then ok or advise me to whom I should contact otherwise please disconnect my connection and send my last bill, so I can say goodbye to Airtel (the brand I like most but I am helpless to continue).

                      I asked the shopkeeper about the booster pack in airtel.. He gave me an idea of Booster -69. In which all airtel to airtel is 20p and to other mobiles is 49p.. so i did the easy recharge and i got the message " Recharge Successfully". but this is not activated.. i called the customer care and asked about it.. he told me that " you are already in a spl plan(all calls 49p) so this will be not suitable for you.. But i[censored] do recharge it will get recharge. there is no option to climb the money back.".. This is a software problem of them.. if they dont have a solution for that.. then why they are not giving an alternative option for it.. whether they are thinking that all of the customers are fool and will not climb for the small amount..

                      i have put a 10rs topup card. usually i got 6.90rs per 10rs card, but 16th sep 08 i got only 5.90 rs for 10rs topup. is it airtel cheeting me and the customers????
                      i enquired in customer care hell lot of times. before recharging with the booster 149 in tamil nadu numbr and i even called the IVR stating its 10 paise from morning and night 5 paise from night 10 PM to 8 AM, but wen i reacharged its was in this plan only for 1 hr and after that it's 20 paise.. i enquired hel lot of times and now they are telling its wrong information with IVR.. so whom to blame nw...! airtel or me..! even if the IVR has a problem ! wher did that customercare exec.. memory went.!

He asking "are you receive any message from airtel like recharge successfully?". I told, we received only top up recharge message only... today i recharge my message booster in another shop rs.26. it recharged successfully. i asked previous retailer, what about my 61 booster? he said i dont know you... is it responsible answer?
                      Y only 100 msg per day?? Its not enough for us...
                      pls inform us, when the booster pack will expire.

                            First of all i wanna to say that AIRTEL is Worst in their service and network providings. Everyone blindly know that they creating more towers and Servive is good.

                            But the truth is worst service and Hidden cost taker in the name of offer of the Day.

                            I Used BSNL and then shifted to Worst AIRTEL.

                            U people all should know that they gave free SMS at first, then they charged 5 Paise/SMS or One Rupee per day. Finally they cancelled that plan and introduce a new scheme called booster Pack.

                            Similarly, they introduced 20 rupees GPRS/Day with unlimited browsing, but now they stopped that and introduced 30 Paise/ 50 KB.

                            This is Sample Examples to show this Idiotic AIRTEL Service.

                            I Cant eloborate my complaints fully in this site. I gave complaints in AIRTEL Customer Service but there is no proper Service. i talked to Executives, Team Lead's, Supervisor and Nodal Officers. Finally i got disappointed on this service. My number is [protected].

                            I'm trying to reach any of the higher authorities to complaint my problems. Any of them having any contact numbers or mail IDS, Please provide me ASAP

                              The outstanding of Rs. 481.78/-in the old account for the Airtel number [protected] has been paid separately and the proof for that is your own acknowledgement and my credit card statement are enclosed.

                              The 481.78 was paid by HDFC credit card xxxxx on 13-11-07.

                              But you have wrongly shown it again as one time charges. If it was outstanding why it is not shown as outstanding and why in one time payment? Why my payment has not been recorded properly?

                              Why two bills of varying amount dated Dec 3rd. One showing that outstanding has been paid and one showing outstanding has not been paid? Two bills enclosed for your reference.

                              Please resolve this issue on urgent basis.

                                i have sympathy with you. I also faced the somehow same problem with Airtel connection.

                                My advice - Go and register a complain in TRAI.

                                my name is Lokesh Sharma. I am working with EXL Services, Noida.
                                Actually I have bought 4 connections of Airtel from an agent (Name-Rajiv, [protected]) at EXL in mid november 2007. Three of my connections (9971xxxxxx, 9971xxxxxx and 9971xxxxxx) have already working properly but one number 9971xxxxxx is not activate still.
                                I had talk with the customer care and they said that there would be address verification in 48 hours and then that number would work. But there is no address verification and when i called to the customer care AFTER 48 HOURS, they again told that they are forwarding my complain and there would be address verification in 48 hours and the number would activate only after successfully address verification.

                                I had sent a mail on 17th of December to Airtel's Nodal Officer regarding this problem, but i am still waiting for a sulution from that side.
                                I had a call with customer care on 22nd December 2007 and He told me that i have to register a complain at nearest Airtel shop. I went to the nearest shop ( Airtel Showroom, 290 A, GT Road, Ghantaghar, Ghaziabad). There i requested the staff to register my complain. But the airtel staff has made very rude behave with me. He told that he has no time to take the complain. He said "AAP KAL AANA . HAMARE PASS AUR BHI BAHUT KAAM HAI. ABHI HAM COMPLAIN NAHIN LE SAKTE." I requested a lot but he didnt get any attention to me. It was surprisingly very rude & unethical behaviour from an airtel staff. I again asked to the customer care and they told (surprising answer again) that any agent would not right to issue four SIM to a single person, and the number 9971xxxxxx would not activate anyhow. Also he suggest that i have to talk with EXL's relationship manager. I am asking you that if your agent Mr. Rajiv ([protected]) was collecting cheque for that number and gave me that SIM, was he unaware of Airtel policies??

                                It is very surprising that how can a negative address verification for a number where three numbers are already working on that same address.

                                I am very upset with the misguide and misbehave of all the related members of Airtel. I have already submitted the amount of Rs 000.00 as well as the tax of that amount Rs. 00.00. The amount has already been credited from my bank account from 3 weeks ago and my SIM is still not working.

                                So i m requesting all the readers to not buy any Airtel connections because i am get fed off all the nonsense from the Airtel staff.

                                The similar kind of incident happened with me also.
                                I got a call few days back form Airtel guy that we have very good offer for you as you are already a Airtel land line customer. we have 998 plan (one time rental for a year). The executive came to my house and I filled the form for connection and issued a 998 rs check. I received the receipt of the same amount along with new sim as he told me when this amount will be credited in company account then we will call you and tell you the sim no. The executive was form some airtel DSA(kind of franchise). The DSA name printed in the receipt is "KARSHNI SOLUTIONS" along with the "Airtel" and the employee name who collected the cheque was Bhanu Pratap Singh with emp code DA066 but after 10 days my sim is not been activated. I called the same guy and the phone is switched off now.
                                When I told this to sec 25 airtel outlet, they don't have any answer to say. When I asked that check this your franchise named "KARSHNI SOLUTIONS". Is it fake or valid DSA and if it is valid then give me the address. They checked and told me that its valid and exist in East Noida but we don't have any address. I was very surprised that Airtel company don't maintain his DSA details through which the company is doing
                                business and the company is not aware that what the DSAs are doing with their customer.

                                If the DSA is fake then how he got the new sim as well as the customer registration form for post paid connection as well as receipt book also with the name of airtel.
                                I am planning to go in consumer court and let them give a good lesson.
                                If anybody has faced same incident pl z let me know so that I can give those details to court.

                                I also got duped by one 'executive' from Karsni Solutions. This guy gave me Airtel postpaid SIM card and told me that I'd got a call from Airtel to activate this when my cheque of Rs 699/- be cleared. Money has been debited from my account but no call from Airtel and now I know that they're into conning business.

                                Let all o[censored]s get together and take this company to court.

                                I am one of the person who asked for one new connection from airtell, i have got the sim but i dont know will it ever work.

                                the details are : like i called to your customer care to purchase one new connection which i thought to replace with my hutch connection which i am using since last 3 yrs due to the poor services and attention paid towards their customers.

                                when i requested for a new sim it was gaurav in the night shift on 7th april.
                                he assuerd me that i will get a new connection within a day.

                                this call was forwarded to KARSHNI solutions in NOIDA
                                when i recieved a person from them he introduced himself as Radu from Airtell.

                                he took my necessary documents like my ID card, copy of my address proof, my company details...etc. took a check of rupees 998 in favour of KArshni Solutions, ( I on the same time called Airtell toll free number and when confiorming from the call center that they are authorised to collect the details ai handede over).

                                My check got honoured on 11th April. since then i am calling that person whose name is Sunil from Karshni solutions and the number is [protected].

                                since then i am regularly calling your call center, complaining about the sim without any connection, neither they are providing me any solution nor are they providing me any details of KARSHNI Solutions.

                                the number he alloted me on the sim is [protected].


                                i will really appreciate if you can pls tell me what is the best action to go ahead with.

                                I got an Airtel Post Paid connection as per following details:

                                Plan : Monthly rental Rs 125, POSTPAID

                                Grievance:

                                1. While I was travelling to Allahabad my outgoing was blocked on 23 April 2008. When I contacted the customer care I was told to visit the place from where i bought the SIM. Reason given was address verification failure because of short address.
                                2. My several request to customer care centers to reactivte the outgoing since I was on Journey I was badly in need of it,
                                went unheard.
                                3. On coming back to PUNE, I contacted the customer care center, He was kind enough to take my call and said he is launching a request for address reverification. I was happy that it will be done shortly, but the after 3 days I again contatcted the customer care centre, i was told that address reverification is not possible, since 10 days has expired.
                                4. Every time i was told to visit the AIRTEL gallery to reverificatin request.
                                5. The telephone number printed on the receipt of the Telesoft Bill is wrong. No one replies on that number.
                                6. When I personnaly reached the gallery, I was told it is not possible for them to rezctivate, since 10 days have passed.
                                7. They gave me a phone number to call back and find out next day for the status.
                                8. I have been trying the number but it is switched off.
                                9. I asked to refund my Activation charges since hte service is not provided, they refused.
                                10. I asked to refund my deposit, they refused.

                                11. COMPLAIN AGAIST THE ADDRESS VERIFICATION EXECUTIVE:

                                a. The address provided by me is a standard address and this place is getting correspondance for last 40 years on the same address.
                                b. My all correspondance related to BANK, BSNL, etc are on the same address.
                                c. Your executive has failed to do his duty sincerely. This has put me in trouble, inspite of being a genuine customer.
                                I request you to launch a disciplinary action against the person who was given responsibility for address verification. He has not made sincere effort to locate the khadakwasla lake. I am surprised if he does not know, sinhgad road. How an he miss out DIAT when the singhad road hits the DIAT at the wnd of lake.

                                12. Solution for me?

                                Airtel Mobile Postpaid — call divert not working

                                i'm having airtel no [protected]. i'm not able to set call divert to my another mobile(TATA docomo) when i'm busy. contacted local service centres of airtel at ernakulam. they say it's not possible. how??? why this poor service by aiirtel when other service providers allow call divert to airtel

                                  Daily basis phone and daily new & new complain number i m totly fedup with ur shift manager and managers his name (KULDEEP DUA , MUKESH, KUMAR, DEEPAK SHURTI, ADITYA, NEETU, NILENDRA, MANPREET). They gave me lots of complain no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], and extra exctra) i don't know whats problen in your server in last 5 days. i know your brand name is high but your working style of just like RAILWAY ENQUIRIES. all customers is BLOODY and STUPID acordind as your customer care services.


                                  Thanks a lot for last 3 year exprience of airtel.

                                  So many times I call to costumer care but not get satisfied ans.
                                  Now airtell cutting everyday Rs.14.99 paise for MO GPRS facility which is I am not able to use because I get this error “subscribe to packet data first – Link not available”
                                  And I want my Rs. 14.99 x 3 = 44.97 Money back .

                                    I bought two Corporate connections of Airtel Postpaid 50 days back, Intially I chose 2 numers which were suppose to be activated in two days,the executive linger me up for 10 days and after that he called me to chose another numbers because those numbers were expired as per him,but those number given to someone else,and when i chose other no's again it was activated after 15 days which is usually done in 1 day, and after that airtel could'nt do address verification and now my no's are deactivated and when I talk to customer care executives says that it will be activated in 24hrs,but no one is entertaining my complaint and then i started dealing with some senior executive he also lingered me up for a Week and now he has stopped attending calls and now I am frustrated from AIRTEL though I already have 4 Airtel connections, and want to unsubscribe from Airtel Completely,
                                    If my query is not solved in 2 days i would be forced to approach someone else.

                                      inspite of giving all the documents to the reatailer he did not submit my documents and kept on lying to me that he has submitted all my documents for the new connection.and as a result of this my connection got disconnected.why should the customers sufer due to the retailers negligence.the company should not be giving business to such people who cheat the customers.on taking another connection from the same retailer he did not fill the outstation form which he was suppose to know about.how on earth do the customers know which form has to be attached the information is given by the retailer only.

                                      I have some querry about mobile no [protected]. i want to know the name and address of said mobile connection holder. I called on toll free no 121 at 10.30 pm and some Mr. Manoj attand my call. Instead of giving correct information, he insisted me to contact your outlet. Is it possible any body to contact your outlete at 10.30 pm in the night. I made so many time requests but all in vain. Even he couldn't help me to get RTI form to know why shud not I view online telephone directory? When ever this facilityis provided by MTNL also. why not airtel providing it?

                                      Be ware of Airtel Landline Connection, during connection of new landline, Airtel will commit that there is no shifting charges, but when you give request for shifting, your request will be delayed with committed dates of shifting and then starts day after day but there will be no shifting, in the mean time your landline no. will be deactivated, whenever you give call at customer care 44444121, the customer executives will give you fresh date of shifting and the thing will go on rolling, then when you get dissappointed and decided to cancelled the landline, you will get lots of call to know the reason of cancellation from Airtel and some of the executives will commit you to offer discounts, waive off charges etc. This is how such a big and well know reputed organisation losses customer's faith and making the customers suffers.....this is what happen to me, I request others not to fall in trap with the Airtel connection.

                                      I am really stunned to get a call from Airtel office in Noida that I had a land line connection no.[protected] at my residence address ( E -303, Kesar Garden Appartment,Sector-48 Noida).
                                      I shifted to Greater Noida from my residence at Sector-48 in the month of Feb'09 and till this period a BSNL connection was installed and working and later I applied for disconnection of BSNL no. and I had a proof of BSNL disconnection.

                                      What I want to say that I had never applied an AIRTEL connection at my this address( E-303 , kesar Garden Apts, sector-48 NOIDA), Despite I am being asked to deposit the amount Rs. 500 something.

                                      This is totally fake no. installed and being used by unknown person in my name at my residence ( E-303 ,KGA, Sector-48,Noida).

                                      I request to the concerned authorities to find out the culprit ( this can be traced by verification of dialled no. from this so called land line connection 4229284.) and punish him.

                                      Hope an appropriate action will be taken at the soonest.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My name is Pavan working in BEL
                                      Bangalore. I have been using Airtel
                                      connection for 3 years. Recently
                                      took a new sim for my Aunt who has come
                                      from US. She used the number
                                      for allmost 2 months, she was happy about
                                      the network.

                                      Ten days back they disconnected the number saying there was some
                                      problem with the verification details. Then i submitted the
                                      documents at airtel showroom near Yeshwanthpur ( APMC YARD to
                                      person called Sashi contact number [protected] ) I requested him
                                      that there should not be such problem in future. He assured that
                                      very thing has been updated in system n very thing will be fine.
                                      On Dec 13 midnight they have disconnected the network again. We
                                      had a balance of 700 Rs and there is no solution for this when i
                                      enquired to customer care.

                                      I request you to look into this
                                      matter and please help me out.

                                        Day by day airtel internet IS BECOMING WEAKER AND WEAKER I AM USING AIRTEL GPRS FROM 1 HALF YRS THE SPEED WAS SLOW BUT INTERNET WAS RUNNING BUT FROM 3 MONTH AIRTEL GPRS IS NOT WORKING IN OUR

                                        AREA AT ALL .THE AIRTEL TOWER IS NEAR TO OUR BUILDING ON SWANAND APT OUR AREA NAM AND ADD IS {VIRAR-E ,BAZARWARD,NEAR RAILWAY STN,PANDITWADI ,GAGANGIRI-DHA,WALGIRI APT}. WE HAV REGISTER OUR COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE AND TO AIRTEL OFFICE IN VASAI THEY TOLD THAT TECHNICAL DEP PEOPLE WILL COM TO U AREA AND SOLVE U PROBLEM SOON AIRTEL USING GPRS MOBILE OFFICE INTERNET . BUT THERE WAS NO IMPROVEMENT AND THEY WERE CARELESS AND NOT DOING THERE DUTY ON THESE IN OUR AREA VIRAR-E .                                         i am running prepaid recharge shop in ra puram my vodafone distributer is nt com to shop properly and making irrresponsibilities. Except vodafone all my distributers are given me easy deal sim card. with easy card how can i service to my customers so much of customers are goan off. If customers asking vodafone sim card i am suggest for aircel & airtel and sale him.
                                        Last 22 customers are asking vodafone sim i am given aircel.
                                        With out easy how can i recharge him so plze arrange easy sim for me other wise i nt sale your products

                                        I m an airtel user since seven years
                                        I have a phone which works with 3g and 2g
                                        However when I surf internet either in mumbai or pune speed is good...even facebook works
                                        I stay in virar west near amul ice cream parlour

                                        speed is so pathetic that I cant even load google homepage on the screen
                                        Please find out the solution because its been a year we cant use gprs.
