For past many days, i have been receiving messages from airtel live and they are deducting Rs. 10/ for some stardust subscription charges, which have not been required and subscribed by me ever. It is strongly requested to disconnect all such un-necessary services from this account and stop deducting any money otherwise strong actions will be taken against this as the mobile number is in a CUG scheme of a company and it is unfair to adopt any such means to deduct money from any number like this. I'm also having this situation problems now.Everyday same message come"model of the day" whis i dont even know i subscribe and cut noney from my account.Whe i trief to call back or send message, nothing works(not allowed is the answer)i dont know what to do.

I am going to launch a complaint against Airtel Company. This company is charging fake chrges from Airtel-live. From Last Three Days they people have deducted aaprox 230/- r.s from my Balance. Every 30 Minutes I am getting a msg Thanks for using Dada sub 10 service, Than after half n hour again a msg flashes Thanks for ownloading Java Games from Airtel Live deduction 30-/ R.s, than again after half n Hour a Msg Came thanks for downloading Java Games deduction 10-/ R.s, The whole day from 15/03/2009. this was the sheduled critiria of Airtel. I, have launched 3 complaints to Airtel customer Care centre. But still no action is taken to stop this matter.But I am surprised how a number could charge without subscribing to that service.
Now they have changed the name of subscription and starting harrasing by deducting R.s. 50/- by sending msgs that Thanks for download Java Game (igmobi.com). this is just disgusting on the part of AIRTEL Service's.
I, thought Bharti(AIRTEL) has no value of his coustomer's. i am using Airtel from last 5 Year's. But they have very poor respect for valued coustomers.
In the end I could say Perhaps AIRTEL has reached on this Positions by deducting Money from the customer's. They are not earning money from there Service's but deducting money in unlawfull means from customers.
Sir, this complaint is not just for R.s 230/- bbut in the Past Airtel ahs deducted a Large sum of Money from my pre Paid, But this time they have cross the limits by harrasing me in every half a hour by dedcting Money.Lets see what will happend by launching a complaint against them.

It is submitted from all Diesel vendors from Haryana these following issues .
We are bearing Heavy unjustified deductions from many times But Co. is not sending us t any detail from the same & when we received the deduction detail Sunil Maggo Clearly says that deduction is wrong & Unjustify but we are not able to reimburse the same.
In this regard plz tell us why we are not receiving any deduction detail on time & why a justify deduction is not reimbursable.
We have the right according to over agreement to receive advance for one cycle But giving advance Moreover co. is not sending our payments on time & there is no response regarding When we will receive our Payments.
Recently we have received a mail from your side that we will issue u Fresh Advance After adjusting the old . But we have not received any advance & Received payment late (as all time happens ) after adjusting unjustify deduction.
Thanks for the same.
Now we requires
Every bill of our diesel will be Checked by the ZTM LEVEL, ZTM & CI both are the responsible authority for deduction . After checking the deduction Vendor will sign the bill . After signing the bill by ZTM there will be no deduction at any level will not applicable & considered except calculation mistake. ( ZTM will send the bill after satisfaction & signing of vendor )
You will make all efforts to Release our payments on time . 1-15 days cycle bill on every month 25 th & 16-30th cycle bill payment will made on 10th of next month.
In Mdl & Piu bill we will claim Pipe Lkg., Dg fail to stop, Renal hire Dg, Tank lkg etc. With same site . It helps us to u and us how much is expenses for a site .Example

We are not responsible for any dg runs Continue(360 OR 384 hrs) It is in scope of your team ( Technician, CI, ZTM) We are only responsible if there is any outage due to Only Diesel.
Plz send us outage Report on daily basis after vetting By Ztm because your team are filling fake Diesel outage in our a/c .
Plz reimburse our all of Previous Diesel deduction which is justify.
Your O&M department personal is talking in ugly language to vendor. This is professionalism.?

Till you not reply You will get 6% outage = 5% unjustify deduction. ( After this it will be 1% increased per day If you will not revert.
We are not doing any battle But we wants that matter will resolve peacefully You are forcing us to make outages.

I had subscribed for the life pack through http://igmobi.com.Therefore I am losing Rs1/- per day from my talktime balance.Please be kind enough to deactivate the subscription by tonight.(My cell no [protected]) Please unsubscribe monthly model of the day service on my mobile which is not taken by me.

Airtel — Unjustify deduction of balance
I complained at around 9.00 AM today and your representative called me but when I asked abount deduction of Rs. 1.27, he repiled that he would call after few minutes thereafter I did not receive any call. Can we expect such type of service from your company. Plz reply me whether I should continue with your company & such service.
