sir, i want to unsubscribe my yahoo zone subscription and also its automization. As it is useless for me.I have complaint so many times before but nothing got any responce.

Yahoo Hone on mobile — Deduction in the name of renewal although my handset is not compatible.

Sir/madam,
I had a different handset earlier when airtel live services was there. But now my airtel live services is not working due to change of my nokia handset . Kindly deactivate Yahoo Zone renewal in future against my life-time no: [protected].During last several months you are renewing the same from no:64611010 and simultaneously from 58243, which is not regular. If you have stopped the operation of these two numbers, then submit a FIR to police to detect the crime :who is operating it? Otherwise I may go to file an FIR.

I have already made a complain regarding the deactivation of Yahoo zone subscription. But my complaint has not been exercised and every time yahoo is charging me for renewal of the subscription.

    have complained at Airtel Retail Outlet Aghoria Bazar Muzaffer pur to unsubscribe my air tel no. [protected] from their Yahoo Zone but no action being taken since last 2 weeks, they are still charging every week Rs. 10/- it's very unfair. even tried to unsubscribe throuh their given website address but there is not right information given. How long I shall be charged ????????

    Every month I get an SMS that my subscription to yahoo zone is will be automatically renewed in 2 days time and I will be charged Rs.30. Even if I try to unsubscribe through the URL address which is also received through an SMS I get a reply stating the " No-Access, Please contact operator"

    This is simply ridiculous when we are not at all using any of the service of yahoo zone through our Mobile phone. Pls. look into this and cancel my subscription immediately and credit my amount recovered through this unwanted process.

      I'm from delhi . I have purchased airtel STB on 29th dec 2008 and scheduled installation .They told me that your installation will be on 31 dec. by 11:00 AM surely, but nobody came here to me . And when i raised my complained then they told me that it will be carried out by evening of same day 31st dec, but this time also they made me fool. And now they are saying that it will be done on 2 jan 2009 but i niether believe nor intrested now and want my money refund bcoz from thier initial service i can imagine how it will go in future, it will go to worst .

      I work in a company called Vodafone and do understand matters send through this media works really well and hence I am writing to you. Hope someone will read the mail and take some action.

      I went to this Store in Patna (Aditya Vision) to buy a Airtel Digital TV ([protected]) on 24th October with my family on eve of Dhantaras. The Airtel representative explained me about the available subscription packages and I choosed one he explained to me Economy = Value + 35 channels. As per him the annual charge for the same subscription was Rs. 2000/- and I would have to pay for anything extra that I want. But little did I know I am committing a crime that I will have to pay my peace with. Thereafter started my wooes and ironies with Airtel.

      I was asked to call a tollfree number to get the set installed. Same night I called up the tollfree number and they told me that they will send someone to install the set. Next day two persons from Airtel visited my home and installed the set. But due to some problem they couldn't install it properly and went back promising to visit next day again. Before leaving they gave me the shock of my life. They told me that the 2000/- that I have paid is only for the default 65 channels which didn't include my favorite channels Zee, Star Plus, Sahara One, Imagine, Aaj Tak, Zee News, O TV, ETV Oriya, Movie Channels & iNet. When I told them that I was told by the distributor that I will be getting these facilities, they told me that the same distributor has sold several sets promising false commitments to Customers. I got in touch with Airtel peoples and explained how I was cheated and requested them either to take back the handset or compensate me by giving the channels I was promised to. Local airtel officials promised me that they will look into the matter. Though more than 80 days has passed since then nothing has been done till now.

      Infact, I am getting a no signal message which has been taken by deaf ears by local airtel peoples.

      On 25th when the Airtel staffs left my home after installing my set, asked me to call tollfree number to recharge the voucher as the system was not working in my set top box. I called up Tollfree and recharged my account as per the instruction i received from them. But local Airtel people are saying that my account has not been recharged. Now I have simply a set top box which is simply consuming space in my home without serving any purpose thereof.

      I had a lot of faith on Airtel Digital TV seeing all those ads and also after using the Airtel Connection I have been using from Airtel since last two years. Infact, even after starting of Vodafone Service in Bihar, I haven't disconnected the Corporate Connection of Airtel. Hope someone will read this mail and try atleast to resolve my wooes.

      Also if someone is listening, would like to understand the escalation matrix for logging a call for any issues.
      I am agreed with you. I m also facing some problem. I called up for book installation, but the fellow says there is no service in your local PIN no. I m from MUMBAI. The service is already launched in Mumbai. How can they make me fool, by saying no service in local pin no. This ridicules!!!
      I have purchAsed the Airtel Digital TVconnection on 25th from the famous stores in bangaloer by the name of "Sangeethas" .. At the time of sale i was told that the cost is RS 2000 and with this the Value pacl of Rs 99 is free for five months ...and in case i want the EConomy pack for Rs 199 then i Need to pay 2500 ... The deal was 2500 and Economy pack is free for 5 months .i was given the recharge vouchers of 2000 and 500 ...

      Half and hour I came home and registerted my cust ID ( [protected]) for installation i was todl tht there us no value pack exist any more and i have no choice than to opt for the NOrth Vlaue pack free for three months ...within 2500 only ... ( Ist level of harrasment ) 27th Decemebr 2008

      The airtel engineers post insataltion have advised me o registered within 24 hrs at the helplin e ... Next day when I caLled up to registered to my surprise I found tht my balance on the IVR menu was -1000 ... Whn i enquired abt the same I ws told that that the Package I have chosen in 3500 with north value pack free for six months ... (2nd level of harrasment ) 6th January 2009

      I had placed a order (Order No[protected] for relocation from Nagpur to Hyderabad on 1st March 2009. Connection disconnected from Nagpur by your Engineer on time but re-connection not happend till date.
      I called minimum 20 times at Call Centre Number but not get satisfactory answer.

      I have faced a severe problem while recharging my account via credit card, many times I have tried it and after entering the amount >200/- It is redirecting me to customer care. I have faced the same problem via airtel website also for recharge.

      Then I got a scrap cards then recharged. The requests which is raised by the customer care is NOT closed properly.

      Even after recharging my account for Rs. 400/- I got shocked that I'm unable to see any channels, I called twice/thrice to customer care and they raised an complaint:850102 they told that your problem wil be resolved within two working days. After two working days the problem is still not resolved.

      Again, called customer care twice and did all the troubleshooting steps what they asked me to do.

      I GOT SHOCKED THAT MY EXISTING COMPLAINT (850102) HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS THE COMPLAINT IS NOT TRUE!! I'm still facing problem and I don't know what to do with this worst service and what to do further!!
      Bunch of bull .. Airtel cannot do an installation within 24 hours and it takes atleast 7 days for you to get your dish and TV box. The below happens only with airtel.

      You raise a complaint that your installation has not been done and they will raise a complaint for your complaint... and a complaint for another complaint.. You will be given a bunch of complaint numbers at the end of the day..
      Bunch of jokers @ airtel !!! Airtel cheats you !! Sober minded people don't go for airtel !!!

      I have purchased a LCD Tv for which I got a free airtel digital tv installation kit. I had recharged my account with 840 Rs on the customer ID [protected]. I have scheduled the installation for the sixth time yesterday. Everytime they confirm that they have activated the account with the serial number and PIN provided by me and that the installation is scheduled. But no one turns up for installation. When called back they reply saying that the account hasn't been activated and repeat the whole process. Ive patiently given them the pin and serial for the sixth time on september 30th and had installation scheduled for oct 1st at 1 pm. As usual they didnt turn up. Now after spending so much time with the airtel ccare people I have no more patience to call them up and have lost trust on airtel. Its been two months now that I purchased the tv and it is sitting idle. Ive never expected Airtel being such a big brand is tryng to fool customers.

        I am using an Airtel Mobile Campus SIM. The thing is Rs. 1.50 is deducted from my balance for VAS Download. I dont know what thsi VAS Download is. I havnt download anything from the Airtel service. I have talk with the customer care also, they didnt give any exact reply instead they say we dont know about the VAS download. More than 10 times this amount (Rs. 1.50) is deducted from my balance. Anything to stop this... will be very thankful if someone give me the clue to stop this
        I have not yet used / subscribed to http:/m.igfun.com but my prepaid account ( +[protected] is being deducted Rs.10 per day since 27.12.2008.
        Pls arrange to unsubscribe the same.

            I have my mobile no. [protected] and I have received msg from AIRTEL / Im.igfun.com site that i did not download anything on dt. 25.12.2008 and I have to get same message on[protected] and from that onwards I am receiving msg. from airtel /no 6411010 that is

            ‘ Thanks for using(subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP, You’ve been charged Rs.10. enjoy http://m.igfun.com. ‘

            Upto 30th i call to customer care...and get the deduct amount...to the account...today onwards...we can't deactivate that service...and unable to help you, this is the answer of customer care

            customer care told "I am only forwarding your request again to concerned department and he is helpless and I have to wait again 48 hrs. because he is instructed by their officials, ask to client for 48 hrs. for any complaint process".

            So my complaint is against AIRTEL, that they are charging by wrong ways, for that services, which we are not awaling or activating and after no of complaint again and again they are not responding properly . This is totally looting to client without and arms officially. Kindly let us know where we logged complaint against airtel with claims.

              I, on behalf of my friend I am putting forward a complaint. My friend is a subscriber to your service provider airtel pre-paid connection in Kolkata region bearing the following number: [protected]. Today, 31/12/2008 at around 10:00 AM in the morning suddenly his SIM card got Blocked without any apparent reason. We tried repeatedly to reach the Customer Care Service desk so as to enquire the reason behind the blokage, but to no avail. Lastly we decided to lodge a complaint through e-mail hoping to reach a solution to our problem.
              Sir, you might be aware that today is the last day of 2008 and all will be welcoming the new year 2009 with lots of hope and faith. many of his friends, elders will be calling at his number to wish him luck, but this is turning out to be a nightmare for him.

              I hope you will understand his problem and try to sort out it as early as possible.

                For a call from Airtel postpaid executive to the number [protected], a service called Missed Call alert was automatically installed & the amount charged. We did not accept the offer of this service. This was automatically installed by Airtel against our wish.

                Similar incident happened earlier also.

                I am useing Airtel connection. Last 1st October 2010 the Company has been deducted 15/- for Misscall alert service. But till now I am not able to get that facilities. Three times I had spoke to customer care @50paise per mintue. Everytime thair saying that problem has been slove. But I am not getting the facilities. Now I want to my moeny back.

                Often we are facing problems with incoming calls. Now, (25.11.10, 9 am) my mobile is on the table. No calls being attended. But I got 3 messages from Airtel "You have missed call(s). Dial *321*881# to subscribe to Missed Call alerts and know more about who called you. Charges Rs. 15 for 30 days." What is this attitude? Then what is the purpose of the mobile. How can they block the incoming call and make it as a missed call. I am facing this problem for long time. Expecting solution.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,
                    I have a postpaid connection of Airtel (Rajasthan). No. of this connection is [protected]. I am having this connection since more than 10 years. I am paying all the bills regularly since beginning. From today onwards they have stopped the outgoing call services without any justified reason and any notice. When I enquired about it, they informed me that bill of Rs. 1068/- for a connection in the name of my son Anil Jain is unpaid since last many months on his older postpaid connection no. [protected].
                    If my son has not paid the bill, what's my fault in it? When I asked them to justify the reason, they told that addresses of both the connections are same. I don't think that it is a justified reason. If this is a justified reason then a resident of a big plot can always take a postpaid connection from some service provider and can disturb the services to other residents of that plot who are subscribers of same service provider by not paying his bill.
                    Plz help me in this matter. My simple complain is that why should I face the consequences of wrong doings of my son.
                    Reference No. of complaint lodged with Aitrtel Customer Care is[protected]. Complaint has been lodged on 30/12/2008. Airtel Customer Care has expressed their inability to resolve the problem until amount of Rs. 1068/- is paid against my son's older postpaid connection no. [protected].

                        I'm customer for Airtel post paid connection and this compalint is regarding the non reciept of international roaming deposit which was deactivated on 12th Nov''08.

                        It's been 48 days but I've not received my refund (Rs. 6000) despite of continous follow up on customer care no. 121.

                        My calls from attendents are disconnected on request to connect to higher authority and sometimes It's also said that cheque is couriered to my residence however, neither I received the cheque nor did I receive any call on my cell no for such courier.

                        It's painful to be in queue to speak to a customer care executive with false committments (Requested many times for the same dialing 121).

                        I believe such practice is harassment of customer's interests where company is not bothered about any complaint / request for which it charges the customer.

                        Unnecessarily I'm charged for late payment charge & interest from credit card company which I used.

                        A consumer of India appeals against the evil practice of Airtel and requests for heavy penalty to set a benchmark and justice for the customers's money Airtel sits on.

                          I have been using Airtel service for the last 4 years. I had an offer from Airtel network as mentioned below.

                          Offer name-Freind and Family
                          Call charges - Rs.0.10 / minute on 2 Airtel number.
                          Montly deduction - Rs 50-00/ Month

                          I have been using this service for the last 4 years, All my Local Airtel FnF Numbers call deducted as per this offer.
                          But on 26th December.2008 they have stopped this offer without informing. Moreover I was not getting call cost after
                          making a call. From 1st December onwards all my Local calls to my FnF Airtel numbers, they have deducted Rs 0.50/ minute.
                          i have made a complaint to airtel customer care regarding this, but no use. They are not giving correct
                          anwer.
                          So I kindly request you to accept this as my complaint TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.

                            I have relocated to Chennai from Hyderbad in the month of July'08. When I contacted Airtel Customer Service for Cancellation process they suggested me to switch to Relocation package rental INR 99 PM whereby the connection gets cancelled automatically, after 15 working days. The tariffs of this connection were lesser than normal roaming calls. On August 7th when I contacted Airtel Cust service, I was told that the I am already on Relocation package. However, when the bill came for that month, it had charged me as per the old plan 150- Freedom. I did not bother much about the additional tariffs, since anyway it was supposed to get cancelled after paying up the August bill. However, till date the Airtel has been sending me monthly bills despite of repeated requests to the Airtel customer service. I have informed them that I have already taken Airtel Chennai Post-paid connection and they should not be sending me the bills. Yet they seem not to do anything about it. This is causing unnecessary stress for me.

                            Airtel post paid is pathetic, I have also experienced there billing issues. they charge for the calls which u dun even make. some times they add the common made calls too many times which u cant identify whether its true or not. there bill for at least 2 times you use.
                            I suggest the guys who are still using airtel post paid to disconnect it and reduce the bills by considerable amount.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              I recieved a message from Airtel about friendz chat. I decided to know more about that, so I called a number '5432160' which was given by airtel.

                              When I called that number they provided two option: Option '1' to know more about friendz chat and Option '2' to log in.
                              I pressed the option '1' and i hired a recorded voice. After 80 seconds I disconnected the call.

                              After three hours I got a message from Airtel indicating that I have subscribed for friendz chat also they have deducted Rs 30/- from my account.

                              Without any proper guidance and without any confirmation from me, they have cheated me.

                              Dont know for how many of customers they did this.

                              When I called customer care, I did not get satisfactory answer. Now what should I do?

                              so here after do not deduct any amount from my number. i[censored] deduct once again I am going to

                              Hey! what is this? I am a consumer of "Airtel Friendz Chat" scheme, but when I call a chat user and he/she is busy or out of this service, I am still charged. Not only this, but most of the chat Ids/User Numbers given by airtel as 'most rated Ids of the day' had been logged of from this service and I am still charged. Stop this type of cheating please!

                              Same thing has happened to me. I got meesage that to unsubscribe send STOP Sms to 121.When I had sent the sms I got reply that due to technical reason my request cannot be entertained till 10th September.
                              Airtal is really cheating the customers. I do not know how can I get my phone unsubscribed.

                              Airtel is the biggest fraud company in India. They make money by hook and crook.Dummy Ids are sending friendz chat SMS and trying to lure the young people so that they get in the loop and thus Airtel earns Crores of rupees. They are the cheaters and fool people.

                              Just remove the Airtel connection and go with better operator who is professional and not the cheater, they must get [censored]ed by all Indian People, Airtel is not a good company, just delete their account from your life and then see your life becomes blissfull

                              I am a prepaid user of airtel mobile services. eventhough i have not subscribed to Airtelfriendz option Airtel have made me a subscriber to this chat group. I tried calling their customer service and many other airtel numbers but i have not been asble to get through. After 10days chat option which i didnot use i received a sms that my subscription to airtelfriendz will be renewed. i tried to unsubscribe using the'stop' option but it is not successful. with all this i have unnecessarily been charged Rs10/+ Rs.30/- for this subscription.
                              i am deeply angered and pained by this money making gimmicks floated by this mobile company . I would like to be refunded the amount as quickly as possible

                              Airtel is looting — Airtel is activating a friends chat without my consent

                              I am an user of Airtel mobile since last 1.5 years. Today I realized that Airtel is charging me 30 rupees per month for all friends chat. When I called for the customer service, the response was not good and they said they can't help as it was activated through internet.

                              After 5 to 6 time of calling (they deliberately disconnect the phone) I manage to reach them through another phone.

                              I talked to Mr. Mohammed Hussain on this and told him the details. He agreed that it is not activated from my cell phone as my phone I was using since feb does not support internet and was a basic phone ( I switched the phone last week to an upgraded phone).

                              He said that he can refund only 30 rupees even if I have not activated the service and Airtel has taken money from my account.

                              Please help in resolving this issue. I am reachable in [protected] incase anything is required from my side.
                              this has happened with me too . just today when i was checking through the airtel services i came across friendz chat . i thought it will be some sort of a way to contact all my friends in my phone list at once, but it wasn't that . i disconnected the phone in flat 15 seconds, but they still charged me Rs. 3 for the call . then after 3 and a half hours i get a message from from airtel informing me that Rs. 30 per month have been deducted from my account . when i unsubscribed from it i still didn't get my money back .

                                    I am Nilesh Lagad. I purchased New Sim Card of Airtel on 16.12.2008 at 10.30 pm at m nearest retailer i.e in Moshi, Pune that card is in the Mobile Campus Plan on that Starter Pack they clearly mention the Name of Plan in bold i.e Mobile Campus Plan Tariff rates are as below:
                                    From 7.00am to 11.00pm From 11.00pm to 7.00 am
                                    (weekend Also)
                                    A2A /Other 1.00 Rs / min 50.00ps/min
                                    sms Charges 20ps/ams 10ps/ sms

                                    The card activated on 24.12.08 at 5.00 pm afer activation I send the message of no. change at night after 11 pm i charged as 25 paise/sms and also make the call after 11 pm it will be charged as 50.00paise/min resp. to aforesaid plan but they charge 1.00rs/min.
                                    On the next morning i call on 121 i.e. airtel customer care no. afetr hearing from them i shocked they are saying your not in Mobile Campus pack your in Friendz plan so they make that charges I told them i am not subscriber of that plan so why you activated this plan on this they say you taken friendz plan then i reply on my starter pack you mentioned as campus plan on that they say go to the retailer retailer also not responding well he replies as I don't know.
                                    This clearly frode case on starter pack they mention Campus plan and active the other plan and says the fault of customer.

                                      I am using a prepaid Airtel connection (Jamshedpur) more than 2 months. My SIM no is 9006******. I have brought the SIM 2 months ago from a renowned retailer of Jamshedpur. I have given actual proofs for the same during the time of purchase.
                                      I got a alert SMS on 28th April that your connection will be deactivated due to your address is can’t be verified. Before this SMS I never receive any kind of address enquiry call.
                                      And connection is disconnected on 1st May 2010. Then I went to Airtel office at Dimna Road, Mango, Jamshedpur to submit my identification proof again. I met there Mr. Manoranjan I think he is office incharge his phone no is [protected]. He promised me that my phone will be activated within 24 hrs which is not done yet.
                                      I have been calling to Mr. Manoranjan and 121 but I m not getting proper answer both of them saying it will activated morning, evening, today, tomorrow.
                                      But phone is not activated yet.
                                      Kindly do the needful or intimate me where I should complain next??
