Rude Behaviour of customer care executives

customer care executives from airtel talk rudely and didn't talk only.They put me on hold for 15 to 25 min.If i didn't disconnect the call even after hold then they disconnects after a long hold.It happened with me at least 10 to 15 times.My problem related to mobile office service (internet on phone)when i am not getting the service correctly.Please do something about this problem as the customer care exe are not trying to satisfy...

Irresponsible and unattended queries even after months

Sir,
I have been using services from Airtel AP since almost a year, whenever I raise a query with regards to connectivity, tariff etc., they seldom revert with clarifications, the NODAL OFFICER is very careless on answering, with great difficulties I traced the phone no and called him but even afer holding the call for 22 mins he didnot come online to speak to me or called me back, rather he had asked his subordinate to take the complaint...

not change the my rental plan from last two months

dear sir,

i request to airtel customer care from last 45 days for change my rental plan from 299 to 444+cug.
but they are not listening.
customer care suggest me at 4th of oct, give the written complain at any airtel shoppe. i went at sarita vihar airtel shopee but they do not recieved that request .
after that i faxed that request at airtel customer care fax and mail also to them at 5th of oct.

my Airtel friends prepaid card no is [protected].my card validity was over, my all friends got the SMS from airtel of 110RS, to extend validity about 1 yr, so request to u to send m that SMS so as i can extend my validty.

when i was purches friends card from that date my DND service is bydefault activated so any airtel scheem sms recieved to me so plz checked and stop that DND service.i already tell to customer care of airtel,...

security amount - non refund

i had a postpaid connection for a couple of months with airtel, wherin i was to deposit a security amount for international calls. I have switched over to prepaid now and have been requesting for the refund of the security amount for over a year now but they just dont seem to entertain the request. everytime i call the customercare, which generally takes an hr to get to the customer care, iam told to call airtel postpaid n if i call airtel...

Call drops and cross connections

After repeated complains to airtel, my problem has not been solved. Airtel going really poor in their call connectivity. complain list:

There is a call drop problem in Koramangala Area, Airtel is well informed of this and still no action fro their side. its approx 40 days from the date of last complain....

abroad message and calling services are blocked completely

Hi i am a banker n hv a no. of relatives abroad so i keep on calling n messaging them...but for the last one month of oct 2008 the abroad services r completely blocked..no messages r sent n no calls can b made..whenever u message it gives response that ur text message can not b delivered...

I am really fed up with it..Especially when it was Diwali n i was unable to wish my loved ones bcoz of AIRTEL 3rd grade service..I hv been...

I'm thoroughly displeased by your response. It means nothing to me as you do not provide a firm date of resolution and have always kept it open ended, as per Airtel non-committal policy.

Anyways, as requested pls. terminate my connections. I do not wish to further deal with Airtel.

Dismal customer service

Hi,

Its been more than 50 days that i ve been calling regarding a problem with my Airtel no. [protected].

It is a youth pack with local msg charge at 25 paisa/160 characters and calling charge at 10p/min to any airtel no.

Almost 50 days back i was charged more for the same and whn i called up te cust care i was told that the plan has been deactivated but they did not have any reason for the same....

AIRTEL is SUCKING my balance with this service 543212...
I received more than 6 sms per day with sports update...
i dint want this service it got automatically activated in my mobile and i was charged 10 ruppees for this.
