Dear Team,
I would like to change the plan of the mobile number [protected] to Rs 99. The number is currently in the Rs 199 plan. It is a corporate number, and i work for Infosys.
Please change the plan.

I am user of Airtel Postpaid plan 249 since 2007 Mo. No.[protected], regularly time to time paid to payment . but tow and three month not received the
bill of airtel no any details of bill, only sent the bill amount through sms, so feel many problem and request airtel office - Haridwar
change the plan post paid to prepaid, all payment are paid by 08 Dec.2008, we have get the time of change of plan proximate 72 Hrs. but not change of plan till now.
kindly please help and advise the airtel, so please provide the continue services and take the creative action immediately.

immediate effect.
Cell No. [protected] - The cell is postpaid under Sachin Plan. Sometime in 2008 I have taken an ad on Card on it bearin cel no. [protected]. In the last of January 2009 I have stopped continuing with ad on card. The SIM was misplaced. I was no interested to continue it. Your representative visited me and requested me to discontinue the ad on card but take a pre-paid sim on the same number. He assured me that post paid status will discontinue. For this he has charged me Rs. 300/-. He told me that Rs. 100/- will be adjusted in my future bill and a talk time of Rs. 75/- will be given to me. It was utmost to my surprise to see the bill, the Add-on card which was discontinued by me is still being charged in m Bill.
I strongly oppose the action of your company. My add on card should be discontiued with immediate effect.
It you are unable to do this. Immediately stop conection on [protected] and refund my Rs. 300/-
You are required to take immediate action.

I purchased a airtel student plan card before one and half years, for messaging they serviced at free cost.When i topped up the balance for my card before 6 months, they started to charge me 50paise per message.I was shocked and informed customer care that my plan was changed from student card and charging me 50 paise.Instead of evaluating the problem, they told me that it was not student plan card it might be handset offer so the number was not eligible for the plan.I repeatedely told them it was not handset offer.But they did not even take a minute to check whether whats the problem and simply answered in pale.

The customer service of airtel was very worst.Even, my friends and relatives are tellin the same.I dont know Y IS THERE CUSTOMER CARE, when there is no one to care about customer even for a simple problem.very very poor service.I really feel bad about it.

Hi, My name is Dheeraj Sharma an aggrieved customer of Airtel, my cell no. is [protected].

Some time back i made one mistake and asked Airtel Customer care executive to change my bill plan, that was i believe somewhere between Nov09 and Dec 09.

That executive confirmed me that she will change my plan for the next billing cycle(i.e 20/12/2009) and onward.

I said thanks and was happy that they will change my plan.

As i had good faith on Airtel because of my past communication/correspondence i thought that it is required to check whether they have changed my plan or not,

I Called them on 22/12/2009, asked whether my planned is changed or not but for my no sunrise my plan was not changed.

I asked her for the reasons, she told me that at that time of booking of plan you did not give the full information (what is that full information i am not able to understand, you want my card no. my cell no. what else you want).

I requested her to transfer my call to some senior person, who can talk call on this.

She transferred the call to some guy.

He said that you didn't give full information at the time of initial request, so we could't change your plan.

I asked whether you have my request with you, is it registered with you, he said yes it is very much there.

Then i asked if you have that requested than you should have processed the same at that time only or you should have called me.

Then he accepted his mistake and said he will change the plan retrospectively and gave me one Service Request No. F[protected].

I was happy but confused as this was from Airtel.

Again today one lady name Sarita called from No. [protected], and gave the same excuse as the Mr. X gave in above.

I asked her kindly give the call to some one who is senior to you she gave call to Mr. John some Team Leader.

He again started the same story.

Then after discussion he said they will change.

Again at 6:12 PM one guy name Amol Gaykwad from no. [protected] called me and repeated the same story.

I was very happy, cause this kind of trauma can only be cause by Airtel.

I again requested him to give it to some senior person, but for my surprise he didn't transfer this call to his boss.

Then I asked him to change the plan he again started the same story saying we will not change the plan in case you want the same can only be done from next month i.e. Jan 10.

I asked him Tell me one thing, your executive told me about plans at very initial and i agreed at some plan, now it is your responsibility to register the request and the plan detail or i need to come to your office and punch the details.

He said yes sir it was our mistake but we can't change our plan this can only be done from next month Jan 10, and disconnected the call without saying anything.

Now i need one thing from Airtel that what should i do, you are going to change my plan or not.

Or you will continue to give this inconvenience to me.

I dont have much time I am CA working with Hindustan Petroleum, i dont have much time to waste with Airtel, i want to change my plan but as this number is already circulated and i dont want to change it like that only.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY CURRENT PLAN TO BROWSER 649 WITH 128 KBPS OF AIRTEL NO.[protected].PLEASE INFORM ME ON MY MAIL.
The AirTel bill for mobile number [protected] for the month of february dated 28 and march 28/2010 was charged Rs 367 and Rs 349 respectively.Actually the plan we had was for Rs150, but was changed to Rs175 and Rs340 " without our consent".Please rectify the mistake and send the rectified bill.
My complaint No is 31586507 on 26/3/2010 and 31744862 on 7/4/2010.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a new airtel prepaid sim ,with number [protected] on 16th march 2010 , it was working fine until 17th april 2010, but after that it got deactivated, when i contacted customer caret, they informed me that it is due to non-verification of address but my sim was blocked prior to 1st april for the same reason, and they verified my address on the same week and told that there would not be any poblems in the future, but now once again it got deactivated on 17/4/10 and after making calls repeatedly to customer care it was activated on 26/4/10 at 10.20pm but now the problem is the call rates had become Rs.1/min and Rs.1/sms, as my plan was having call rates 50p/min and daily 150sms free and had validity till 16/3/2011, when contacted customer care they say that validity recharge is not yet made for my number, and i hve recharge Rs.94 to avail the offer as mentioned above, they also say that I have buyed this sim on 26/4/10, I dont know whats wrong with airtel, i buyed this sim only because of the offer it had, now the call rates have changed and also the validity has become 10/9/2037.
I request the authorities to solve this problem.

regarding the same i had the discussion with your customer care executive and i got the information that this plan is only offers to the ported customers not for the existing.
I am using Airtel since 2007 and i was happy with your service. but this policy you must change otherwise you will loose your customers. i personally don't want to change service provider.

I have purchased a per paid Air-tel Sim[protected] in the year 2005, Since it had been 7 years . I was in the special plan .

plan details :

First 75min air-tel to air-tel free every day.
100 local sms free everyday.

All other call chargers are huge form me .

As of now they had changed my plan many time , I did not raised any request from my end . I had give back my plan 2 wise . but as of now they are not changing my plan. since i had been into airtel network for very long time . They never treat the customer properly .

I really felt very bad for this . Some how i need my old plan .

i kindly request you to do the needful.
