[Resolved]  Airtel — call with isd code +92

I also today got missed call from [protected]...Please let me know if anyone having idea who is doing this

Dear SIr/Madam,

I'm using Vodafone Postpaid service. Last month I got continue calls from following numbers, 92 [protected], 92 [protected],[protected],
They suggest me Lottery worth Rs, 2500000 and also asking for my Bank accounts and all that, Now what should I do?

miss call from +92 — getting miss call from +923476449709

Today I got miss call from the number twice at 06:37 pm.I don't know the origin of the number because it is not from India.
Kindly tell me what to do.

Just now I got a call from +92 [protected] which is a Pakistan number. I have not called back but I am really worried why and how I can get a call from Pakistan.

Can you pls look into the matter and suggest me what I should be doing.

Most of you guys are posted your no in this website and other website...
So its easy to get the Nos...

Secondly every one getting a miscall. It means, the caller is trying some nos and reaching to some one...

Drastic situation begger or terrorist from Pakistan making call to Indian Citizen. Hereby I would like to draw the attention of our Telecom/ Vigilance department about this matter & request to take necessary step against such defaulter.

It is very serious case that a person from getting information about our mobile no. which is not public.

Today i.e.12.01.2012 I got a miss call from mobile no. [protected] by time 07.22 PM.

Please look into the matter & take necessary action against the person who are addicted of peeping another's house & tresspassing.

I missed the call. I just wanted to check this on web, thru this website I got to know that many are facing the same issue
I am wondering what is all this about.

Today morning 13.01.12 got a missed call from [protected] (Pakistan number). Don't have any contacts there but how do they get our numbers? Maybe they just try randomly. If someone from India calls them back on the missed call number, I think they get a commission or extra talktime added to their account from your call charge. I remember Virgin mobile in India had a similar scheme when they first started here. They had even had a slogan "Earn extra talktime each time your friends call you". I'm sure our Pakistani friends have the same or similar scheme there too now !

Seems the list of such victims goes a long. Today, I also got a missed call from [protected] . Which is from Pakistan and no one from my family nor any known of me/my family is staying in Pakistan.
I request you to kindly investigate the matter immediately.

Hi myself stella even i recieved the call from the same isd code i am little tensed that these many people recieved the call some thing serious so please look in to this matter i recieved the call from [protected] on11/1/2012 at 12:14 pm

TODAY, 19 JAN 2012, AT11:11, I ALSO RECEIVED A MISS CALL FROM [protected].
. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i also missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number.I am also received miss call 3 time in 2011 from +92 with deferent numbers. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

Airtel — an international miss call starting from +92

There is suspicious miss call on my on the date 02/01/2012.
The no from which i had that miss call is [protected].
My no is [protected].

Hi all, I got missed call from same ISD code no was[protected], being into sales i treat every call is important for business so i called back on same no. one lady answered that call pretending herself from vodafone and she said " I won lottery of Rs 25, 00, 000.00/- from lucky draw of vodafone" and gave me another no[protected] to register myself with my bank account details. the most fishy thing which i found was, I was able to hear a small child was crying in background. The next thought went into my mind was how cum vodafone will allow their employees to bring their child to workplace.

This all calls are fraud and dont share any of your details to them.

today i got a missed call from [protected] n when i called dey told me dat i won a prize of 25lakhs, d calling person was named Ranjit Singh(airtel banglore as he told).I asked for some proof.he gave me a number [protected](some sarder sunder singh pnb official) asked for my account number to transfer d money but i askd for any proof so asked him to send an email...n m waiting. .
I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

I got the missed calls twice, one on 24.01.2012 at 21:48 pm from [protected] and another on 03.02.2012 at 20:10 pm from [protected]. the ISD code says call is from across the border. Clearly this is some kind of big flaw in the technical system of service providers. Must be looked into.
